The room is small, comfortable for only one person. There is a bus stop right at the exit of the hotel, it is convenient to get to the metro. You need to cross the road and take bus 12 to Equiti metro station, and bus 93 to mall of emirates. if you leave the stop at the hotel, you can drive towards Kite beach. But I'll have to walk again. Breakfast is a poor choice, but you can order according to the menu (included in the price), you had to catch up with the waiter and ask, they rarely come up. If the room opens onto the courtyard, where there are tables from the place where you have breakfast, then music is playing until 12 at night and it is very difficult to fall asleep. The pool is icy, it's impossible to swim, they bring towels and sometimes water. The window in the room cannot be opened, therefore, during a period of good, not very hot weather, it is a dubious solution. The cleaning is good. They didn't pick up the suitcase at the check-out, so they had to sit and guard it, although it was 2.5 hours before the transfer to the airport and they could have spent time on something more useful. Wait rose and union coop are within walking distance.

It is located in a quiet and rather remote area: it takes about 25 minutes on foot to the metro, and 20-25 minutes to Jumeirah beach, but we went swimming at Kite Beach (10-15 minutes by taxi). Delicious breakfasts, you can order pancakes or pancakes - I liked everything) We had a room with a view of the courtyard - it was quiet, there was no noise, but some of the rooms overlook a busy road, you need to keep in mind those who sleep in silence. In our room, the windows did not open, so everything was through the air conditioner, it worked fine. On the downside, things don't dry very well, especially in the bathtub, and you need to keep that in mind. There was also almost no refrigerator in our room (it wasn't cold), but we didn't need it, so we didn't contact the staff.

It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the sea, and the beach is not very good, there is a construction site nearby and a separate dedicated swimming area. We took a taxi for 500 rubles every day to Kite Beach, this beach is just great! It takes 20 minutes to get to the metro, in principle you can walk, to the Emirates mall only by bus, it's impossible to walk. There are a lot of stray cats in the area, which are all dirty and I feel sorry for them! They didn't swim in the pool, it didn't look very clean. The hotel is tired, and a lot of things need to be changed in the bathroom. The water flows either boiling or cold. It's not very clean. There is a lot of dust on the surfaces. There is no balcony.
