I have been studying here for a long time, and during this time I have developed a very holistic and understandable understanding of the process and the result. The training is structured logically and clearly, the material is presented consistently and is easily perceived. It is clear that it is important for teachers not only to provide information, but to achieve real understanding and results from those who are undergoing training. In the process, management and teamwork issues are dealt with in detail and easily, taking into account both large companies and small organizations. Training provides not only practical knowledge, but also helps to develop more widely: there is more confidence, understanding of processes and a general view of management. Separately, I would like to note the practical value of learning — I immediately apply all the knowledge I have gained in my work, and the effect of this is felt very quickly. I attended the training "Technology of building a successful team". The training turned out to be really interesting, useful and practical. After the training, he was able to implement the acquired tools for evaluating new employees, as well as analyze his own actions and mistakes during previous personnel changes. It helped to take a fresh look at the interaction with the team and understand how it was possible to act more effectively. I would also like to note that we also evaluated some of the current employees, which provided valuable feedback for the work.
