We had a rest on March 25. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Only one thing spoiled the impression: the air conditioner for bed linen - it looks like it's being poured over duvet covers and sheets. The smell is very concentrated and heavy. It seems like nonsense and I find fault, but I really woke up at night with a headache because of this smell. Everything else (location, food, etc.) is very good. I recommend an indoor gym and pool.

Earlier, I drove past the SU hotel several times and found myself thinking that this hotel was a must-visit, and here I am! The hotel deserves 5 stars! The lack of all-inclusive meals was a boon to me, I tried to stick to my usual diet, but I couldn't resist the temptation of a rich and delicious breakfast at the hotel.) The hotel offers both lunches and dinners at an affordable price. The hotel is quite large, but there is peace and comfort everywhere. There are no queues anywhere. A gorgeous swimming pool with a huge number of soft sun beds with snow-white pillows. In general, the hotel is perfectly clean, and this is despite the fact that the design of the hotel is white throughout! How this is achieved: by the work of numerous staff. I would also like to express my gratitude to the hotel manager Svetlana for her care, understanding and invaluable help! She is the heart of the SU hotel, I will definitely come back to you!

It is very conveniently located: cafes, shops are just a few steps away, and the old town is just a couple of minutes away by taxi. The hotel is very conveniently located. Within walking distance of a large shopping center, aquarium, amusement park, embankment, cafe. The water park was not yet open in April. The food is decent, there is plenty to choose from. There is a private beach near the hotel, a tennis court with a hard surface, and you can rent rackets. The staff is very helpful, there are many Russian speakers. I wanted to dilute the white interior in the rooms with something and lay a carpet. So far, this has been the best option in terms of price/quality ratio.

For some reason, on one of my visits, the boy vomited there. A random picture, not indicative. But still, this was not observed in my neighboring rixos hotel. In the evening we went to the rooftop restaurant of this hotel and did not like it either. It's not cozy (again, everything is white), the kitchen is also not interesting. I do not recommend it! I 'm trying to dissuade you ! I looked at the price tag for June for the sake of curiosity - it is inadequate to what is, 4 times less needs to be done.

The hotel has a long pool- there are enough places for everyone, comfortable mattress beds with pillows near the pool. There is a street cinema, a mini water park, everything is green, tidy and clean. Buffet meals- it is varied and delicious, calm European music is playing. The hotel itself is very extravagant - white with red neon lights, large glass balls in the lobby and very comfortable huge and comfortable couches with large pillows. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are quiet and you can't hear the slamming of doors and voices like in other hotels. The hotel provides services of a good gym, spa area and other equipment. 4 I bet only because there is a lot of red, pebbles, and the hotel does not provide an all-inclusive system to whom it is important

Everything is fresh, varied menu, there were no poisoning attempts, when a lot of people, the head waiter personally serves drinks and helps the guests. There is a "Cat house" - a group of cats that lives on the territory of the hotel and they are fed and treated. The kids like it. There are many Russian-speaking employees. There is a nightclub on site, but we have not seen or heard of it. By the pool you can order hookah, cocktails and quietly watch the children. The mattresses and pillows are good, high-quality, the air conditioner worked like clockwork, the bathtub was clean, the shower with hot water, a normal hair dryer. No one sells excursions, but there is a tour desk - you can order everything in the lobby. If you don't find fault, fine, everything is exactly as in the photo. If you find fault: 1. Cleaning is irregular and not systematic. But when they are cleaned, it is as it should be. One day, dear Khanum, knocked on our door in the morning and woke us up with the question: should I clean up at your place? 2. They require a deposit of $ 100 - it's not scary, just if you write about it when booking there will not be such a negative. 3. For me personally, their bank does not work with Promsvyazbank and the amount of payment for the hotel was blocked on my card for 10 days. 4. You can not bring food to the room, although no one will dig into your bags. Therefore, if you really want to, then you can, but the rule itself ... 5. Balcony doors are very heavy, they are made on the principle of a wardrobe and it is very difficult to close, my nail broke on the first day when trying to close the balcony. 6. Manicure in the hotel salon costs 1.5 times more expensive than in Moscow and is extremely crappy. 7. There is no air freshener in the toilet. It is essential for me. Well, there's a lot more with obstacles out of the blue. For example, an attempt to order room service failed. Because "The radio tube at the restaurant does not catch everywhere." As a client, I am very moderately interested in who is not catching whom there - I want to eat! But from the second time everything was as it should be. When lunch arrived: it was wonderfully served, very tasty, but there were no napkins and dessert utensils. Well, guys?! Or I came to the hammam, but it doesn't work, and the staff found out about it from me. They also have a sauna and a good one, so if there is no hammam, a sauna will go, it is tolerable, but it's a shame. I understand that I'm being picky, but my expectations of 5 stars were: "I'll just come and they've already thought of everything for me."That is, I will get out of the taxi, take the key, come to the room, Skype everyone that we have arrived, put on a swimsuit and go to the beach. And I won't have to call asking where my luggage is 15 minutes after checking into the room, and I won't have to go down to the reception to connect wi-fi, and I won't have to deal with 2 roaming banks asking: where did my money go??? And I didn't plan to fight for 30 minutes with a balcony door and a safe either. "... And for the rest, the beautiful Marchioness..."
