A one-time hotel.
Positive:
1. The buffet is varied, delicious, there are a lot of fruits, vegetables, greens, there is enough for everyone. I liked the staff. Especially in the restaurant, the girl is young, Gulzina, sooo pleasant.
2. The sea is nearby. Two minutes walk.
3. The reception area is convenient, it is convenient to work.
Minuses:
1. The pool is small.
2. The SPA area is very small, there are sun beds for 12 people, despite the fact that there are a lot of rooms in the hotel.
3. There was a constant unpleasant smell in my room, 802. There was no time or desire to go and sort things out with the administration.
4. The room is poorly cleaned. It's really bad. At the same time, on the day the room was vacated, a cleaning woman came and asked to write a luxurious review of her work on paper)))
I will not stop again, definitely.

The hotel has an advantageous location, located between the famous Konyatli district among tourists and the Lara district, famous for its sandy beaches. A large Migros shopping center is located 15 minutes away, which has many brands that have left Russia. The hotel itself has a small territory, but it is possible to visit the nearby water park, and there are also sun beds on the public beach. The coast is rocky, the entrance to the sea is gentle. It would be good to think about bathing in special shoes or special shoes for swimming and walking on stones earlier. The food is 5+ , seafood, shrimp, mussels, various fish, trout, pollock were always served for dinner. There is also a variety of delicious cheeses, olives, olives, fruits, fresh watermelon. I liked the rooms in the hotels, they are large, there are many mirrors and interesting red lighting in the rooms, as well as the entire design of the hotel in these red and white tones. The staff is well-mannered, helpful, room cleaning every day. In general, a good hotel, I took a star for a rocky beach, this is not mentioned in the presentation of the hotel.

Magnificent! Tired, of course, he is already 15-17 years old, but still handsome, neat. The best view of the sea is directly from the balcony, which has a second bed. They didn't forget about the DOCTOR, although I didn't remind anyone. A large swimming pool, comfortable sun beds (rather even beds) and umbrellas. There are practically no children, which guarantees a relaxing holiday by the water. There are questions about the beach, but it is not a hotel beach either.

I liked the hotel very much, with its unusual design and interior (the rooms are snow-white), super-level service, high-quality daily cleaning, chic bed linen, towels, bathrobes, a lot of upholstered furniture in the rooms, a large balcony with an ottoman. Now to the kitchen- well, there's just abundance and variety in everything, and it's delicious! Its territory is excellent, with an orange alley, lawns, an outdoor chic non-chlorine pool, with a bar, nightly events with live music. SPA is a separate topic, hammam, sauna, Jacuzzi, fitness, billiards, tennis (free of charge), massages and much more - everything is very high quality and worthy! It is convenient to relax with children, its own playground, swimming pool, near the water park, which hotel guests can enter for free and without restrictions!In a word, a Recommendation!

The hotel has a maximum of 3 stars. One of the advantages is the location and a comfortable sunbed on the balcony in the room. The food is varied, but compared to the other "five" in Turkey, it does not hold up. You have to pay extra everywhere. For dinner, only water, even tea for an additional fee. The beach is across the street from the hotel, but only the last two rows of sun beds are free on it. Towels are not provided on the beach. Also only for a fee. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom is small, the towels are very tired. There is no dental kit, only for a fee. The territory is small and cozy. The staff is relaxed, you have to ask for a good room. We checked in the second time. The hotel is not for long-term stays.

I really liked the hotel. It is very conveniently located, opposite the aquarium, several stops from the old town, within walking distance of ponds with wildlife, near the beach. For all its splendor and luxury, I was annoyingly surprised by the lack of basic shower accessories in the room, there was only soap in the dispensers. No toothbrushes, no toothpaste. Although these are small things and they did not spoil the overall impression. Polite and friendly staff, wonderful territory.

This is the best hotel in Turkey that I have been able to visit! We stayed there three times for several days. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied, the sea is close. I visited my fellow countrymen twice, who were vacationing there with the whole family.
The hotel looks not just like a hospital, but like a psychiatric hospital, which is shown in the movies. Everything is white- walls, furniture, floors- creepy
The territory is also uncomplicated: a rectangular swimming pool, along which on the sun beds in even orderly rows vacationers "chill on relax"
The pool rests against the bar, where everything is for money.
For some reason, on one of my visits, the boy vomited there. A random picture, not indicative.
But still, this was not observed in my neighboring rixos hotel.
In the evening we went to the rooftop restaurant of this hotel and did not like it either. It's not cozy (again, everything is white), the kitchen is also not interesting.
I do not recommend it! I 'm trying to dissuade you ! I looked at the price tag for June for the sake of curiosity - it is inadequate to what is, 4 times less needs to be done.

It's a disgusting place! Everything is white in my eyes.. and in the evenings from red! Old furniture, the hotel is clearly in need of repair! There was someone's hair lying in the room near the sink! There were dimmed and red lights in the corridors, In the buffet restaurant, everything was cleaned in five minutes, the time was only about 21:30.. without warning! Upon entering or ordering something, "extra" requires payment immediately, as in the worst brothels in the world.. and this, comrades, is a 5* in Antalya! I absolutely do not recommend it, the price does not match the quality! Thank God we're passing through! 🙏 do not believe the beautiful pictures, it is far from true! P.S. After reading the review that I foolishly wrote while still at the hotel, they started calling my mother, who had a birthday for a minute, horror... and what did they do to prevent people from writing? Nothing.
And by the way, on the day of your departure, starting at 9 a.m. they will knock on your door and ask when you are leaving. They also need to clean the rooms, for the next unfortunate, this is an incredible discomfort, with all that, when we arrived.. It was about five o'clock in the evening, the rooms were not ready yet 🤦♀️🤣🤣🤣

In general, the service is low, the staff is rude. As a result, we were refused an extension of our stay due to a booking review that they did not like. This is blatant arrogance and disrespect for their guests.
We are hoteliers ourselves, we know how to treat our guests. You should never allow yourself such disrespect for a guest. If you decide so, then we, in turn, decided to write everything as it is. So that there is no doubt, photos from this SU hotel are attached. For 27K a day, feel free to go to Ruxsos and get high) but if you want to spoil your vacation, then go to SU. There's just nothing normal around anymore).

It's like a nice hotel.
Of course, you can always get to something, but in general everything is OK. Especially considering the low level of service in Antalya.

The hotel has spacious rooms. Huge windows. High ceilings.
Good breakfast and dinner
The problem is that they don't even let you pour water - only the waiter does it, and always brings ice water.
Coffee and tea in the restaurant are disgusting, do not drink for anything.
But the food is what you need. An abundance of vegetables and fruits. Delicious desserts. Meat, fish - a large assortment.
The waiters hardly speak English - this is a common problem in Turkey. There's a problem with the shots here)
A gorgeous garden is planted in the courtyard - tangerines and oranges. It is fashionable to pluck ripe fruits. Very beautiful.

The hotel is located away from the party places and is ideal for a relaxing holiday with children: on the beach, in the water park. Good interior, good kitchen, good swimming pool, good sauna and fitness center. The restaurant's cuisine is really impressive: 15-18 tables with food for every taste. Everything is fresh, varied menu, there were no poisoning attempts, when a lot of people, the head waiter personally serves drinks and helps the guests. There is a "Cat house" - a group of cats that lives on the territory of the hotel and they are fed and treated. The kids like it. There are many Russian-speaking employees. There is a nightclub on site, but we have not seen or heard of it. By the pool you can order hookah, cocktails and quietly watch the children. The mattresses and pillows are good, high-quality, the air conditioner worked like clockwork, the bathtub was clean, the shower with hot water, a normal hair dryer. No one sells excursions, but there is a tour desk - you can order everything in the lobby. If you don't find fault, fine, everything is exactly as in the photo.
If you find fault:
1. Cleaning is irregular and not systematic. But when they are cleaned, it is as it should be. One day, dear Khanum, knocked on our door in the morning and woke us up with the question: should I clean up at your place?
2. They require a deposit of $ 100 - it's not scary, just if you write about it when booking there will not be such a negative.
3. For me personally, their bank does not work with Promsvyazbank and the amount of payment for the hotel was blocked on my card for 10 days.
4. You can not bring food to the room, although no one will dig into your bags. Therefore, if you really want to, then you can, but the rule itself ...
5. Balcony doors are very heavy, they are made on the principle of a wardrobe and it is very difficult to close, my nail broke on the first day when trying to close the balcony.
6. Manicure in the hotel salon costs 1.5 times more expensive than in Moscow and is extremely crappy.
7. There is no air freshener in the toilet. It is essential for me.
Well, there's a lot more with obstacles out of the blue. For example, an attempt to order room service failed. Because "The radio tube at the restaurant does not catch everywhere." As a client, I am very moderately interested in who is not catching whom there - I want to eat! But from the second time everything was as it should be.
When lunch arrived: it was wonderfully served, very tasty, but there were no napkins and dessert utensils. Well, guys?!
Or I came to the hammam, but it doesn't work, and the staff found out about it from me. They also have a sauna and a good one, so if there is no hammam, a sauna will go, it is tolerable, but it's a shame.
I understand that I'm being picky, but my expectations of 5 stars were: "I'll just come and they've already thought of everything for me."That is, I will get out of the taxi, take the key, come to the room, Skype everyone that we have arrived, put on a swimsuit and go to the beach.
And I won't have to call asking where my luggage is 15 minutes after checking into the room, and I won't have to go down to the reception to connect wi-fi, and I won't have to deal with 2 roaming banks asking: where did my money go???
And I didn't plan to fight for 30 minutes with a balcony door and a safe either.

I liked this hotel: close to the sea, 1 line across the street, but it's not comme il faut to go in a swimsuit - there are restaurants and cafes there. The sea is clean, transparent and calm in the morning, the beach is pebbly-take the shoes. There are sun beds and umbrellas from the hotel - they are free. The hotel has a long pool- there are enough places for everyone, comfortable mattress beds with pillows near the pool. There is a street cinema, a mini water park, everything is green, tidy and clean. Buffet meals- it is varied and delicious, calm European music is playing. The hotel itself is very extravagant - white with red neon lights, large glass balls in the lobby and very comfortable huge and comfortable couches with large pillows. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are quiet and you can't hear the slamming of doors and voices like in other hotels. The hotel provides services of a good gym, spa area and other equipment. 4 I bet only because there is a lot of red, pebbles, and the hotel does not provide an all-inclusive system to whom it is important
