Not a bad hotel with its own beach. Slightly outdated renovation, but in terms of price /quality ratio, it is one of the best offers on Palma. Very cool breakfasts, especially the oriental corner - an opportunity to feel the flavor of Arabic cuisine. The rooms are clean and tidy. There is animation for milking children. The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfasts are good and dinners are more modest. But not hungry for free drinks except alcohol, delicious natural coffee. Beach in June, sun beds are available, showers, changing rooms, toilets are all working. The sea is very warm. We are currently vacationing at this hotel. Expectations coincided with reality. The food is excellent (half board). The beach is nice, clean, nothing superfluous floats in the water (the problem of the islands is all the garbage washed ashore). There is no such problem here. Literally today, employees are cleaning the water, right by the buoys. And it is clear that this is not once a year (there is little garbage, just a couple of plastic bottles). Cleanliness, the staff is polite, there are enough Russian-speaking employees. I read in the reviews that there is no hair dryer, no iron, do not believe it, everything is there, look carefully in the room, in the cupboards and cabinets. Literally 3, 4 more Russian families are staying at this hotel... Mostly Germans and British... the whole hotel! They complain in the reviews that it is expensive everywhere, so people, if you are going to the country of millionaires and oligarchs at the start, well, somehow get ready not to fumble in your pockets... Of course, we are not oligarchs either, but we need to prepare for such a trip, it's natural! Have a good rest and new experiences!

A very pleasant hotel. Good sound insulation, polite and friendly staff, there is a small garden, a beach nearby, a large swimming pool. It took 25 minutes and 110 dirhams to get from Dubai Airport. The room is good, the luggage is taken immediately to the room, you can refuse the deposit. Soft drinks and a snack (dates and nuts) are included in the room. Beach towels are provided. We were on full board, all drinks except alcohol are also included. There is a lot of food, varied and delicious. There are always nuggets/fish fingers, vegetables/fruits, ice cream for the child. He brings 2 bottles of water per person to the room, there is a wellness drink in the lobby. There is a small supermarket right by the pool and a large mall across the street. By taxi to Atlantis (there is an aquarium) 7 minutes, by metro 15 minutes (arrives directly at the Mall). There are a lot of shells, crabs and crustaceans on the beach, fish in the water. Because the bay, no waves, the water is warm and quite shallow.

Nice hotel! We booked it at the last minute and worried that there would be no decent options left. But we were lucky! Of the advantages- 1. New hotel, fresh renovation, beautiful interior. The hotel is built in the form of a U-shaped high-rise building with a rooftop pool. It is located on the territory of a complex with residential high-rise buildings, so the inner area with a swimming pool and a beach is common to the entire complex; 2. Location. The hotel is located at the base of the Palm Tree, which is a good option to travel anywhere in Dubai as quickly and conveniently as possible. Near Dubai Marina, you can walk along the embankment (we did it in the evening when the heat subsides), walk to the park with a Ferris wheel, there are many cafes, restaurants everywhere, huge shopping malls for shopping lovers. By the way, opposite the hotel itself, one of the attractions is the Nakhil Mall shopping mall in the form of huge headphones, in the building of which there is a steep observation deck with an overview of the entire palm tree and its attractions, as well as the monorail. Firstly, it is just interesting and beautiful to ride on this transport, you will not find such a thing in Russia.) Secondly, it is convenient to get to the end of the palm branch, for example, to an expensive hotel with its own Aqua Park, as well as in the other direction to the subway, which will take you further where you need to go. We only rode this monorail a couple of times for the sake of interest, shot a video and then went everywhere only by taxi (Yandex works); 3. Your own beach. This is a very important factor for a hotel in Dubai, because in the absence of its own beach, you will have to spend a lot of time and money on the way to the city and also on the city beach itself to pay for everything from sun beds. There are frankly not many hotels with a private beach in the city, this one is one of them. In addition to the beach, there are 2 swimming pools. One is in close proximity to the beach, the second is 18+ on the roof of the building, but we didn't really like it because it was small; 4. Buffet breakfasts and dinners are included in the price. This is a huge advantage, because eating in Dubai, like everything else, is very, very expensive! A cup of coffee in the shopping mall opposite, for example, costs 900 rubles. The food is very varied and delicious. The menu of European cuisine. By the way, there is no local cuisine as such in the Emirates at all. Given the abundance of food in the morning and evening at the hotel + the heat all day, we often had a light snack in restaurants/cafes during the day or even limited ourselves to only two meals at the hotel. Therefore, I highly recommend the breakfast + dinner system to all tourists in the UAE; 5. Excellent air conditioning system. This huge plus, taking into account the local climate and the type of urban development ("concrete jungle", which literally makes the city even hotter in the scorching sun), can be attributed to all enclosed spaces in Dubai. Everywhere there is very expensive, well-designed air conditioning, which is "not felt" in a good understanding of this phrase. There is no feeling that you are being blown away; 6. There is alcohol. It sounds strange to those who have not been to the Emirates, but it is almost impossible to buy alcohol here. It is banned from sale everywhere. You can get it only in closed, often basement, semi-legal locations. Wine and beer of not very good quality are sold here (wine of one type of white and red, 2 types of beer), but at least it is sold. Of the cons: 1. Alcohol is not included in the price. With breakfast and dinner included in the price, I note that alcohol will still have to be paid separately. A glass of ordinary table white wine, exactly like cheap beer, will cost 1,500 rubles. You will be offered only soda or sweet water/ packaged juice for free; 2. As everywhere in Dubai, there are no pedestrian zones near the hotel at all. You have to walk through the parking lot to the hotel building itself. In order to get into the Nakhil Mall shopping mall building opposite (!!!) literally jumping on the road (roadway). There are almost no pedestrian crossings on the road, they are rare. As a result, it takes 15 minutes to get to the shopping mall, which stands "in front of your nose". And these are minutes in the infernal heat.; 3. Lovers of nature and walking in Dubai have nothing to do. This disadvantage can be attributed not even to the hotel itself, but to the city and even to the entire state in which it is located. If your vacation is associated with outdoor walks, beautiful natural landscapes, greenery and animals, this is not about the UAE. Here, a person finds himself literally in a huge shopping mall inside an even larger shopping mall. Getting somewhere is a whole story. Even when you put a stop to Yandex, you are taken to the wrong place. NOT ONCE did we get TO THE RIGHT PLACE! When you need to get to Buj Khalifa, you will be dropped off at the Mall opposite across the street and told that the journey is complete! We spent 1.5 hours searching for a passage inside the Mall to the tower, but we did not find it (( admired everything from below… No one speaks English normally, there are no signs. With a huge price list for literally everything, all the time a person finds himself tormented by crowds of people, the heat and tired of trying to explain himself to those who do not understand you. All the "green" attractions like Garden Park are also very difficult to watch live for the reasons described above.

The hotel has its own beach, there are practically no people, which is very important. The beach is made of sand, the water is warmest, the descent into the water is gentle-very convenient with children. There are pools of different configurations and depths on the territory. There is a cafe near the pools-you can have a snack, drink juice, coffee. The territory of the hotel is large. There is a kids club for children of all ages. We rested from 01 to 10 November. The weather is the most wonderful. Dubai Mall can be reached by taxi for 70 dirhams.

The room is spacious, a cool hair dryer is not the same as usual in hotels, a table with a pull-out mirror for makeup and hairstyles, everything in the room is thought out. I was very pleased with the location of the hotel opposite Nakhil mall, not a large shopping center where you can buy groceries and clothes. There is also an observation deck on the 54th floor opposite the hotel, a swimming pool with an overview on all 4 sides where a palm tree is perfectly visible. We had a rest in early March 2023. The hotel is beyond praise! The territory is beautiful and clean, stylish interiors in all rooms. The food is incredible, absolutely everything is delicious!!!
