My experience of visiting this boutique was extremely negative. When I approached the manager (I didn't remember her name) to find out about the Trinity thread, I was told that it was issued only if I had a bracelet. I didn't have a Trinity bracelet with me. Imagine our surprise when they confirmed to us at the Cartier boutique at the airport that the thread was issued without a bracelet (although they did not have it available). That is, we were misled! I'm very glad that in the end we didn't buy anything there. We purchased the bracelet at the airport, where the managers worked at the highest level. I strongly advise you to shop in airport boutiques, and not in this one.
