I happened to cross the hero city of Minsk on May 15 at about 18PM, and the memories from contact with Migui A.S. employee remained the most negative. It started with the fact that the employee was not in place. Well, okay, the phone is roaming, they called her...came...they asked me to issue a Green card for a car with a roc. Numbers. The lady did something senselessly for a long time, began to ask strange questions. For example...where our surname is written in Belarusian, I definitely need to see it, how it is written, I have to enter it....this is despite the fact that the documents were lying under her nose and even a sample of the required policy. (Already overdue, alas). As a result, after about 15 minutes of waiting, she gave out....Drum roll!!!! The usual CTP policy, which, in fact, we have and we did not need it. We are trying to explain, the employee is sooooo slow to think, the feeling that she is generally "tipsy" or out of place. As a result, minus an hour of time, minus 100 rubles for an unnecessary policy and a feeling of complete drowsiness and incompetence. I don't advise anyone!
