Disappointing Experience with Staff and Management at Wyndham Garden Astana We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, primarily due to poor customer service and management behavior. Our family had booked and paid for the room until for a few days, but one guest had a shorter stay planned and was leaving one day earlier. Despite the room being fully paid for, the hotel staff called at 12 PM and began insisting that the room must be vacated immediately, stating only one guest was allowed to stay until noon — even though the booking clearly covered the extended period. The remaining guest only stayed until 2 PM, simply waiting for a flight, and caused no inconvenience. What made the situation worse was the rude and unprofessional behavior of the reception staff and management. Rather than handling the matter politely or seeking clarification, they were dismissive and confrontational. The worst part of the situation is inability of management and personal to speak and manage situation politely , it was extremely rude and inappropriate with arrogant attitude You need to train your middle management properly Additionally, the room was not cleaned on that day. The hotel staff provided no explanation or apologies — despite the room being paid for in full. This seems like a basic failure in hospitality service and coordination. Overall, the stay was overshadowed by poor management and a clear lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. There was NO DO NOT DUSTURB SIGN at the door at any time of the day!!!!

I have been staying at the hotel for 3 weeks now. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the smell of clean linen and towels. Very friendly staff. Large forehead, allows you to work quietly in the evening. A super gym, there are almost all fitness equipment and everything is of high quality. Spa, massage, everything can be arranged. I've read a lot of bad reviews on nutrition, and I disagree with them. Of course, I've already been tired for 3 weeks from the lack of homemade food in the morning, but if you don't come here for as long as I do, then you'll be happy with the food at the restaurant for breakfast. There are no questions about the bar either. But I advise you to choose a restaurant somewhere else to have a snack for lunch or dinner. Not all dishes on the menu are delicious, and in order not to spoil your mood, it's better to go to Megu, a 5-minute walk from the hotel, there is a very large selection of delicious places. The hotel is not cheap, but the conditions for recreation are decent. Cozy rooms, cleanliness, comfortable bed, courteous service. Excellent breakfasts. I was not impressed with the restaurant menu. The choice is not great, many dishes are "stewed onion", which is unacceptable for me personally. The hotel is close to the airport, there is no problem to get there at any time without traffic jams. There is a Mega store nearby, and a taxi is needed to get to the center, as well as to the right-bank side of the city. Suitable for business trips, there are halls for events.

The rooms have everything, but I can't say what's missing. There is a gym, which is quite decent for a hotel. There are no questions for the staff either, they are friendly and friendly. The only drawback that spoils the whole impression of the hotel is the restaurant and breakfast. We stayed at the hotel for quite a long time, so we managed to try a lot of things from the restaurant menu - almost everything is not tasty. They carry it for a long time and sometimes they can bring, for example, a dish in which they should give meat, without meat.... Breakfasts: the choice is small, there are constant problems with egg dishes (as if it is difficult to prepare them in advance so that there are no empty trays). It's rare for a cook to cook scrambled eggs or an omelet, but when that happy day arrives, you'll have to stand in line. Moreover, all the guests of the hotel go in the morning in search of something to eat. In short, I urge the hotel management to pay attention to the restaurant and breakfasts, thereby you will significantly change the impression of the hotel.

Excellent hotel, nice comfortable bed, pillows for a comfortable sleep. Excellent sound insulation. Good varied breakfasts. the rooms are clean, nice cosmetics. There is an ironing board and an iron in the room.The highlight of the hotel is the masseuse Bayan at the SPA. Her magic pens work wonders. She'll do such a great job trading her body, every muscle, from her toes to her head. I came to her in a very tired state, but she skillfully and professionally created a miracle!! She has great energy! When a person does his own thing, it gives excellent results. I dream of having such a professional Accordion player in my city.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, cozy rooms. The buffet breakfast is simply nothing. There wasn't much choice, the inventory wasn't working properly, not a single guest could make toast, and the cook who cooked the eggs only had time to advise where to put the toasts so that they would at least dry out, since there was no way to roast them in this toaster. The food itself is of poor quality, it corresponds to the level of a canteen, but not a 4-star hotel. The waiters are inert, they don't know anything, only the guy was active. The bartenders are good, they will advise and prompt you. In general, it's not bad for an intermediate stop, let's just say I wouldn't come again.

It's a very cool hotel. We came to a concert by J.Lo and were very happy to be here for 4 days. Let's start with the location. Someone finds it inconvenient, but we were very comfortable after the flight, in 12 minutes to be in the shower of the hotel) There is a beautiful new mosque near the hotel, you can walk there and admire the views. There is also a very cool shopping mall near the hotel - the Silk Road. A hundred times better and more in volume than the famous Khan Shatyr The hotel has a very cool staff, they always helped us, prompted us, smiled, in general, wonderful people work here. It's a pity we couldn't appreciate the restaurant and the breakfasts, but we ordered food and wine in the room - it was very tasty and brought very quickly. In order not to rush back and forth from the city with purchases, we sent a courier from the center to the reception, where our purchases were put away in the luggage room. We were also allowed to stay for an extra hour to avoid being stuck at the airport! All the furniture and decorations are very modern and clean! And most importantly - peace and quiet! Excellent sound insulation and quiet area!! In general, we were absolutely delighted with our stay here and if we come to Astana, we will only stay here!! And also recommend this place for friends and family.

There are always questions for the restaurant. If you are limited in time and want to have a snack, even snacks will take 40 minutes to wait. We ordered the shrimps because they cook quickly. The waiters moved as if in slow motion, and when politely asked why there was such a long wait, they explained that they were cooking in the kitchen for a long time, which amused us, but we did not have time to eat. The dishes themselves are always delicious, so if you have an hour and a half or two left, you can visit the restaurant.

A wonderful hotel! Very professional staff, beautiful rooms, excellent breakfasts with a good selection of dishes (and special thanks for the cook who roasts omelets!) Did not have time to use all the amenities, but it's great that there are free bicycles and a sauna, as well as a spa. The only thing that was missing in the rooms was convenient shelves for placing clothes. Within walking distance of a huge shopping center, expo, at the exit of the hotel you can admire the mosque.
