A wonderful hotel! Very professional staff, beautiful rooms, excellent breakfasts with a good selection of dishes (and special thanks for the cook who roasts omelets!)
Did not have time to use all the amenities, but it's great that there are free bicycles and a sauna, as well as a spa. The only thing that was missing in the rooms was convenient shelves for placing clothes.
Within walking distance of a huge shopping center, expo, at the exit of the hotel you can admire the mosque.
Many thanks to the hotel and its staff for their hospitality!

The room was spacious, clean and cozy, with a modern interior and good sound insulation. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was fresh and soft. A nice bonus was the presence of a kettle, coffee and tea in the room, which added comfort. Cleaning was carried out daily, and each time we returned to a perfectly cleaned room.
The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The breakfasts were just great – a variety of dishes.

Clean, uncluttered, neat, without scratches. Spacious rooms, bed, mattress, shower on the level. The staff does not bother their eyes, but at the same time they worked clearly and professionally. The airport is very close. A 7-minute walk will take you to a huge standard shopping center with groceries, boutiques, a pharmacy, banks, exchangers and cafes. Next to stretch their legs after the flight, their pride is the mosque. Maybe without pretentious chic, but familiar, high-quality, cozy, thoughtful. You will not leave breakfast hungry with any food problems. If the price and location are acceptable, it is a good option. I didn't notice any obvious disadvantages. Pavaga.

A wonderful chain hotel. The location is straight tourist. Near the Expo center , mega and other attractions.
The breakfasts are very good - a buffet. At the same time, an assistant cook is standing in the hall and frying fried eggs for the guests.
A huge selection of jams and preserves.
The staff is very competent and responsive.

Nice hotel, close to the airport. Polite staff. The star was removed for lunch by a box in which they put not fresh meat cuts, which could not be eaten and could have been poisoned! This is always important, but before the plane, it is especially important! It is a pity that the kitchen staff did not control this. The room was clean, the bed linen with a pleasant smell, ironed.

This is a system that has mountains of dishes on the tables in the breakfast area. There is nowhere to sit, as the tables are not cleaned. Customers drink tea on the corner of a table covered with dishes. Meanwhile, the staff in the group were looking at their phones. Often the coffee machine (one of the two) does not work, requires service. In general, there is no adequate supervision or control on the part of management.

Great rooms. I flew to a business conference. I was very pleased with the presence of a ironing board and an iron. Additional internal cabinet lighting, this is the first time I've ever seen this.

The choice of dishes in the restaurant is small, but the food is delicious and there is a lot to choose from.

Overall, I liked the hotel. Comfortable beds, comfortable rooms. The breakfasts are delicious and varied (unless you live in a hotel for a long time, of course). The hotel is located very close to the airport, and from this you can meet quite a large number of vacationing crews of various airlines.
We lived in a two-room business suite with a view of the mosque. The hotel is located on the very edge of the city, and it should be noted that the winds in Astana are the strongest. Even with the windows closed, there are fluctuations in the windows. In this sense, we were not very lucky with the room, because the sealing gum was torn in one of the windows (probably from frequent openings), and the feeling was like on the street (Room No. 616). Of the unpleasant ones, these are absolutely not comfortable extra beds (cots), they were taken for a child. I couldn't sleep half the night, the whole metal frame of the base felt like my body... However, perhaps the problem could be solved with a denser and thicker mattress.

Отель понравился - современный, с хорошим обслуживанием, чистые комфортные номера, удобные кровати, хорошее белое бельё. Хорошая звукоизоляция. От аэропорта- 9 км, близко. Рядом в 800 метрах - торгово-развлекательный центр Mega Silk Way, прекрасный ТЦ. Много кафешек, магазинов, каток. Из окна был вид на мечеть Хазрет Султан, самую большую мечеть в Средней Азии. В отеле хороший WiFi. В стоимость номера входит посещение фитнес-центра и сауны. За завтраки в ресторане Тенгри отдельное спасибо - очень вкусно и разнообразно. Персонал вежливый, готовый помочь. На ресепшене можно бесплатно пользоваться компьютером и печатать необходимые документы.

Идеальное расположение. Близко к Аэропорту и к хорошему ТК.
Персонал вежливый и главное отзывчивый. Крайний раз, в связи с поздним вылетом, предложили без доплат задержаться в номере.
Завтраки - хорошие. Шведский стол. Но можно попросить приготовить завтрак из под ножа.
Коворкинг - все хорошо работает. Никто за спиной не будет стоять.
Лобби - отличное место для проведения встреч.
Любимое место в Астане за эти деньги.
