Great place! Beer bar Prague was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere, pleasant music and very friendly service. The staff is attentive, everything is fast and without too much fuss. We were pleased with the prices, especially considering the quality — both drinks and snacks were excellent. Have a nice evening with friends — I will definitely come back again!

I have never seen such terrible service anywhere.
Let's start in order. My boyfriend ordered Caesar, I ordered Olivier. The waiter brought caesar in about 25 minutes and only after putting it on the table said that Olivier was not available. This is already some kind of trash, why did the waiter not know at the time of ordering that the dish was out of stock? Why did I find out about it only after 25 minutes? Well, I ordered a man's whim salad, garlic croutons and fried dumplings instead.
The croutons were waiting for another half hour. Twice I called the waiter and asked where my salad was. Finally, after half an hour of waiting, I received a salad "man's whim" without any dressing. I couldn't stand it anymore and went to the bar and asked if I could add at least some dressing to the salad. Finally, after another 10 minutes, I got a salad with dressing. We never saw the dumplings, no one remembered about them in general, as if we hadn't ordered them. At the end of the evening, we called a taxi and ordered the bill at the same time. When ordering a taxi, the waiting time was 12 minutes, so we thought that well, during this time the bill would be brought for sure. Pffff no. As a result, the taxi was already standing outside and waiting for us, but the bill never arrived. I had to go to the bar myself and pay there. And with all this, 15% of the tip is included in the bill, whether you want it or not. And what is 15% for? For the most miserable service in my life. I will never go to this bar again.

It is very noisy and crowded, because there is a disproportionate number of seats in a small room. There is no ventilation, despite the fact that you can smoke. Waiters serve primarily rich companies, so you have to wait a long time for an order. Even beer, which only needs to be poured into a mug and brought. They cheat customers. And generally disrespectful attitude towards humble customers, according to the principle "you are not so different." In a word, it is an arrogant institution.

Everything is fine, but the waiter got caught who is not satisfied with his work, he does not understand Russian at all, did not deliver the order firstly, secondly, he proved that the kitchen is loaded, although he forgot to punch the order himself, an hour has passed, he comes up and says that the order is not ready yet, I think you should pay attention to the staff who serves!

Excellent pub, excellent service. I highly recommend it. Always fresh beer, a big TV in case of watching football matches. A wide range of snacks and, if desired, has its own kitchen. (Though I haven't tried the dishes there)

Don't be fooled by the appearance of the bar! A beautiful bar is hidden behind a gray concrete box, which can be easily overlooked.
The most important thing here is great beer and great steaks. And French fries are just a bomb, I've never tasted better in my life.
The bar is small, but with a pleasant interior, sports matches are held.
The staff is friendly, the service is excellent.
A great bar in Bukhara, if you like delicious beer and steaks, is a must-visit.
