The hotel is "3 stars", but in fact it is not, because it is 3 stars. The bathtub does not rest against the wall as it should, because when you take a shower, the water flows down the wall to the floor. The air conditioner is old and noisy, there are few outlets, there is no kettle in the room, they are not cleaned thoroughly. When I moved the mini fridge to turn it on, I saw a century-old layer of dust. It is suitable for a maximum of one or two nights, but for this price it is difficult to find a better hotel in Aktau.

The hotel is located in the historically old part of the city, but it is convenient from the point of view of arrival to /from the Airport. Everything you need in the room is clean, mostly Russian staff, friendly attitude. Delicious food: breakfast is included in the price, and lunch or dinner can be ordered at a convenient time. There are coolers with drinking water on the floors, an elevator (4 floors)

There are no advantages, only negatives. We arrived at this hotel on May 4 to book two rooms for two couples for one day, on May 9th. The price was indicated, which we agreed to and verbally confirmed to us that we had booked two rooms for May 9th. We left to explore the city of Aktau. In the late afternoon, they call us and tell us that the cost of rooms has increased by 30 percent from the originally indicated one. We thought about it and agreed. Twenty minutes later, they call us again and say that someone is coming to them and they cannot provide us with numbers for the specified dates, so we will need to call on May 8 and check the availability... It was a shock for us, since we could not physically have and we had no connection with the outside world, because we came to see the beauty of Mangestau and specially came to this hotel to book. I do not recommend visiting this hotel.

A good number of rooms - clean, cozy rooms, the bed is made every three days, the washbasin is replenished. The staff is polite and helpful. The included breakfast (buffet with a wide selection) can be supplemented with lunch and dinner (on request). The location of the hotel is convenient, there is a large parking lot.

02-07.07.2023. The hotel is in a quiet, old neighborhood. About halfway from the center and the country beaches. Breakfast (buffet),swimming pool (free of charge until 15:00). And nearby (~10min walk) is a good KAKHETI restaurant. And if I happen to visit Aktau again, then the first thing I will consider for my stay is this hotel.

Convenient location in a clean area near new buildings, a walking step to the sea. Grocery stores, transport are also nearby. Unfortunately, the flowerbed at the entrance has not been cared for for several years, which gives a shade of abandonment and spoils the overall appearance.

The hotel is good. I came on a business trip. The room is clean, cleaned every day. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. The kitchen is very tasty. The only drawback was that the room was cool, I had to turn on the air conditioner to heat the room. I came in winter, which is probably why it was cool in the room. The location is good - quite a quiet area, outside the school, on the other hand a small residential complex, near a grocery store with everything you need, sound insulation in the rooms is excellent, the bed is comfortable, clean, odorless, you get enough sleep fresh and rested, breakfast is delicious and hearty, you forget even about lunch :) Special thanks to all the staff - always they are responsive, adequate, friendly and in a good mood, answer any questions, wish you a good day in the morning - and everything works out! If I had known in advance, I would have booked through the booking mobile app, 10% is not superfluous :)
