This exchanger, located in the center of The Walk events, offers a good exchange rate and does not withhold commission. For example, at Blue Waters, I waited at the bank branch for 15 minutes to be processed and was unsuccessful. There was a commission in another department. Here, everything is fast and clear. To exchange, you need a passport or a photo of the spread. The passport is photographed and the phone number is requested. This procedure is standard for exchangers in the UAE. Old dollars are accepted, the exchange rate is a penny lower.
