A wonderful hotel, the staff speaks Russian well, we had a 501 room with a sea view in the second building where the apartments are, we were in this hotel from August 28 to September 7. The water in the sea is beautiful, there is no sweltering heat, the food is above all praise, the breakfasts are the same as they wrote, but the lunches and the dinners are great. Alcohol-wise, the beer was good, the cocktails were fine, the Russians drank mostly blue lagoon and whiskey cola, and the dry champagne was also good. A quiet hotel, in the evening those who are bored can walk along the embankment to the center, there are various restaurants along the embankment, the choice is huge. Solid 4 c + . Upon arrival, we went to the first sun beds in Miami, do not go there, 1000 lira is expensive, if you do not buy this amount, you will see terrible dissatisfaction and may be asked to leave. We were relaxing on the beach of Diana Sisters, which is the second from the hotel on the left after Miami, fine, order at least 1 Coke for 150 lira and lie down all day.

There were 20 of us on vacation in Germany, in July 2025. The hotel suited everyone, with its 4 stars and relatively low cost- very passable. The rooms are good, everything is there, the staff is friendly (Russian-speaking girls at the reception are always ready to help, the waiters are smiling and courteous), the pool is clean and warm. The cuisine for 4 stars is gorgeous: the breakfasts are the same, but lots of cheeses, vegetables / herbs, eggs in 3 types, sausages / sausages, pancakes with different pastas/ jams. Lunches and dinners are very diverse- everyone has fish, and more than once a day, and different (mezgit, dorado, trout, both river and sea) and meat is different. Desserts are really monotonous and fruits are scarce- but this is not critical. We've never been hungry. The beer is delicious (it was always watered down in 5* hotels), the whiskey is excellent (JB), the wine is not very good. It's close to the beach, 5 minutes, you choose any bar and sun beds with it, you buy 2 drinks and your umbrella and 2 sun beds for the whole day, we went straight almost straight and slightly to the right to the Diana Sisters bar (it's cheaper there, and the entrance to the sea is good, and the boats don't park here. We walked around the city every day (Old Town, Grand Bazaar, embankment, shops along the coastal street/road), +excursions. It is better to take dollars or Russian rubles (in cash) with you- it is easier and more profitable to exchange them for lira, and we also withdrew lira from the ATM of AKV Bank from the Rosselkhoznadzor Union Pay card (it is not possible to pay in all stores). There are many ATMs in the area, even at the exit to the beach. It is harder and more unprofitable to transfer rubles. In general, the rest was a success, the hotel is for unassuming tourists (our children were even happy, even though there is no animation). I recommend it!

The food at the hotel is modest, but the food is delicious, everything is fresh, thanks to the chef. The drinks are decent . I recommend the hotel, we will definitely come back again!

There is no private beach, not far from the sea, a sunbed from the beach bar for a cocktail. Not a luxury, he met our expectations more than possible. The hotel administration was very helpful in a difficult situation when my sister had to wait for evacuation on insurance, and her 5-star refused insurance. They provided a room for the disabled here, and it was easier for us to help her, and the staff helped if necessary.

The air conditioner only works when the balcony is closed and the key is inserted. The issue can be resolved, the maid gave us an additional key. You can change the room, you can go swimming in Icmeler, all the disadvantages can be solved, but they poison the vacation

We stayed at this hotel in July 2024. Located in one of the most beautiful places on the Turkish coast. It is located on the first coastline with its own beach area, swimming pool, recreation area. The hotel is not large, not an "anthill", which is very pleasant for vacationers who have come to feel the comfort of privacy. The rooms in the hotel are very cozy, they are cleaned daily. We were lucky to get a room with a sea view. It's a ritual to go out on the balcony at sunset with a cup of freshly brewed tea, to contemplate and feel all the beauty and grace. Evening walks through the streets of Marmaris are one of the types of entertainment, everything is decorated with colorful colors like ours for the New Year. 😊 The cuisine is great, the buffet is very varied. There is a bar. There are many boutiques, shops, and supermarkets within walking distance of the hotel. There are money exchangers in the hotel and near the hotel. They speak Russian at the reception, they are very friendly, they will ask how the rest is, they help with the issues of check-in and rooms. We stayed at the Prestige Garden Hotel in October. The hotel certainly has many strengths, but our experience was seriously marred by two problems that outweighed all the positive aspects. The strengths of the hotel (and why it can be given a "plus"): · Location: Very convenient. A quiet and peaceful area, but at the same time everything you need is at hand. I would especially like to mention the Migros store just a stone's throw away — this is a great convenience. · Staff: Very pleasant, friendly and always ready to help. It is immediately clear that people work with their hearts. · Power supply: We were pleasantly surprised. The choice is not huge, but it is always delicious and varied. Pizza, pide, and a grill were regularly prepared for lunch and dinner. Beer is of high quality. What spoiled the impression (and it is important to take this into account when choosing a room): 1. The problem with the adjoining room (room 551). This is our main disadvantage. The room has a connecting door to the next room. There is no sound insulation through it at all. We heard not just a general hum, but literally every conversation and all everyday sounds. It felt like you were in the same room with strangers. Privacy suffers greatly. An important point: there may not be this problem in rooms without such doors, but be prepared when checking into 551. 2. Lack of cleanliness in bed. It was the most unpleasant surprise. We found dried traces on the duvet cover, obviously of biological origin. The extra blanket in the closet was old, very dusty, and looked unwashed. There is an impression of negligence in the work of the laundry or cleaning service in this aspect. Result: Obviously, Prestige Garden is basically a good hotel with a strong base: excellent location, delicious food and excellent staff. However, our vacation was ruined. We cannot recommend it without reservations. If you decide to stay here, strongly request a room without an adjoining door and be sure to check the cleanliness of the bed linen before checking in. Verdict: The potential of the hotel is huge, and if the management pays attention to the problem of sound insulation in such rooms and tightens control over the cleanliness of linen, it can become a great place to relax. Unfortunately, until these changes have occurred, we are unlikely to return.

We had a rest in early August 2025. The only positive thing is the staff of waiters and bartenders. There is nothing else positive about this hotel. 1) There is absolutely no territory, two buildings and a swimming pool. 2) There is no private beach, it takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the sea, but to lie there on a chaise longue, you need to take a drink at a cafe. The cost of a bottle of 0.2 soda costs 300 rubles (the cheapest). One lounger - one drink. 3) The food in the hotel is very poor. The breakfasts are monotonous, eggs and pancakes. Of the vegetables, tomatoes and cucumbers are already all laid out. From greens - bitter lettuce, "tired" spinach. The cheeses are completely tasteless and bland. The maximum amount of meat was chicken. The rest is soy patties, sausages. It's impossible to eat them. Fruits include green oranges, red and green apples. Sometimes there was a watermelon. That's all. On the third day of our stay at the hotel, we started going to the nearest store and buying our own food. In order not to stay hungry. The number is also interesting. We were supposed to have one double bed. As a result, there are two separate mattresses and a broken common backrest. The bathroom sink is either mildewed, or holes have formed from time to time. The water was very poorly drained. Beach towels at the hotel are paid, like 100lir (we had our own). The safe in the room is $15 per week. The reception said that the hotel does not bear any responsibility for the loss of things/ money/ valuables in the room. At first we wanted to take it, because there was a lot of equipment, but it turned out that only passports and a wallet fit in the safe. That's why they refused. It was decided that the room would be cleaned only upon prior request from the reception. There was also billiards on site for entertainment. Both cues are short and uncomfortable, we tried to play, but nothing worked. I do not recommend this hotel. There are much better options nearby on both sides. If you go to Marmaris, take something better.

Spacious and democratic. Thank you very much for the excellent service! I recommend any beach, closer to Icmeler, a minibus of 30 lira, goes in that direction regularly. The views are amazing. Looking at the sea - On the left there are yachts and a party, a cafe, on the right there is a promenade towards Icmeler, it is quiet and peaceful there, a lot of greenery and a cozy public beach. Entertainment for every taste, you can walk perfectly.

Therefore, those who write that there is nothing to eat do not make me laugh))) the territory of the hotel is small, but for a city hotel it is very pretty. The rooms are cleaned perfectly, the jars with shampoo and conditioner are replenished daily. The sea is beautiful in a 3-minute walk, mostly in the shade. Sun beds are paid (because the hotel does not have its own beach)- you buy a drink for 100 lire and the chaise longue is yours. There is even champagne in the hotel bar - and this does not always happen. All the nuances of arrival and departure are told by a separate guide. The staff is only obliged to tell the concept of the hotel what they do when checking in. There are no complaints about the hotel or Marmaris)) Drive safely!

We really liked this hotel - my husband and I stayed here for 10 days in the middle of June. Let's start with the room: spacious, though 1 room, clean, everything you need is there: refrigerator, TV, air conditioning (working), slippers, toiletries, hairdryer, bottled water upon arrival. The Wi-Fi is not very good in the room, but there is nothing on the balcony, and it flies by the pool at all. We checked in around 10 a.m., and for $10 we were offered early check-in and a room with a view of the pool and the Green Nature Hotel, and we were generally satisfied with the view. The sea is just around the corner, no more than 5 minutes on foot. There is no private beach, so you can either breed for a drink on a public beach, or cheat and go to the beach of a nearby hotel, hiding bracelets on your hands from the guards. The sea is a thrill, clean, the beach itself is also clean, they are watching, umbrellas and deck chairs are everywhere. I really liked the food at the hotel - in fact, only hot dishes change for lunch and dinner, and the side dishes and snacks are always the same, but you definitely won't leave hungry: barbecue, chicken, fish, soups, pizza, salads. For breakfast - eggs in various forms, pancakes, cheeses in a huge variety - I was pleased. It's a little tight with sausages here: I didn't like them at all (not meat, like, soy). Fruits include watermelon and apples. Unlimited bar from 10 to 22: cocktails, beer, wine, local spirits. You can order a hookah. There is also a photographer at the hotel, and you can have a photo shoot wherever you want. There is no animation, but on Wednesdays there is a musician, live music. The pool is not big, but in general, it is enough - it is serviced daily, which is a plus. The staff understands Russian, and English, of course, too. In general, a big plus for the staff is that I have never seen any fatigue or dissatisfaction on their face - they are all kind and smiling. Overall, we are very satisfied with the rest. I don't know if we'll be back or not, but I have only positive impressions about Prestige Garden.

Slippers, consumables are rarely changed and they are not of high quality. The location of the hotel in the bay is slightly away from the center. This makes it possible to swim in a more or less clean sea, but sometimes there is a lot of mud. There is a large grocery store next to the hotel - you can buy water and anything you want (like a crossroads), you can ask the girls at the reception for a loyalty card number, which makes shopping more enjoyable (promotional prices apply). There is also a souvenir shop nearby. Icmeler can be easily reached by taxi (250-300 liras) directly from the beach, or by minibus - 40 liras per person, stop next to the hotel. A lot of people do not leave the hotel, but there is no territory of its own, only a swimming pool. There is also free parking next to the hotel, and the hotel can be used as a base for traveling by car. Parking spaces are always yours in June. Since the hotel is off to the side, you can walk along the embankment back and forth in each direction comfortably, the distance for an evening walk in both directions is comfortable. Have a good holiday at the resort!

Snow-white linen, regular replacement. There are two buildings: the family and the main one. Here, which is preferable to whom, two rooms or one and what kind of view will come across from the room. We chose to live in the main building. Of the disadvantages, as many write: the lack of a private beach. And not once, as some write in the reviews, no one provided us with a sunbed for the purchase of a bottle of water. The minimum cost of a drink for which you will be allowed to take a sunbed is 140-160 liras, and this is translated into rubles - 420-480 rubles. There will be a significant cost item for a family with children. It was inconvenient for us to set the time interval for lunch: 12.30-14.00, only an hour and a half, at least two hours are needed. The bar is open until 23 hours, I would like to see up to 24 hours. People are still sitting in companies, chatting, and the bar is already closed. Champagne, wine is poured from bottles, several types of cocktails. There are no complaints about the food, everything is fresh and very tasty. Breakfast is standard, everything is the same: omelette, pancakes, porridge, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumbers. For lunch and dinner there are three types of grits and side dishes, there were trout several times, in general fish every day, very tasty cooked meat, grilled dishes, one type of soup, a lot of greens, vegetables, sweets. Of the fruits, only plums, apples, grapes and melon can be varied with at least watermelon. In general, once again, the hotel left a very pleasant impression, I would love to come back again.

And so there was beef, chicken, turkey, fish, soup, various side dishes, vegetables, burgers, pizza, pide, French fries, sauces, pickles, fruits. Lots of desserts, but I especially liked baklava! It can be seen that it is old but it is maintained in very good condition. The rooms are decent, we came across a sea view, the staff does not hint at tips in any way, if you have such a desire, you can give, you can not give. The staff is Russian-speaking, although people here are from different countries, the emphasis here is on Russians, which is very pleasant. The food is all very tasty and very fresh, it's very good, the only thing is that the breakfasts are a little meager, but you won't stay hungry either. There is no beach of its own, but in principle you can take a sun lounger on the beach for a drink the price tag is acceptable. There is a good swimming pool on the territory, for the first time I see that it would be cleaned every other day, very well. Nearby there is a supermarket, outlet shopping center, where you can buy everything, a Russian-speaking pharmacy. Fish every day, meat is mainly chicken in different variations, turkey less often. In general, the usual food in hotels of this class. Watermelons, apples, oranges are made from fruits. Beer, dry red wine, whiskey are normal. Of the disadvantages of the bar, there are no refrigerators for drinks, but they did not spare ice if they asked for more. In general, all the staff is friendly. Drinking water is taken from the cooler, as well as freely available drinks cherry, orange and pineapple, the quality is not bad, not upi for sure. At the reception, they also change the currency, the average exchange rate if you are not a fan of playing courses, you can safely change it at the reception, I did not use it for my needs. If I'm not mistaken, they even changed rubles. I didn't like the place for swimming itself, but this is not the way to treat the hotel everywhere on the entire coast of Marmaris. You swim with boats and yachts, we went swimming before reaching Icmeler. There is not a bad place called Ikon Beach. I did not find any critical disadvantages for myself. If next year we decide to go to Marmaris again, then we will go back to this hotel without hesitation.

Meals - breakfast is the same every day, but lunch and dinner are varied and delicious (both meat and fish in different versions, side dishes, vegetables, many desserts, soup each time one to choose from, but different). We were accommodated in a family room, although we booked the standard, because all the standards were occupied. The family room liked the sea view, it has two rooms, two balconies, in general, two adults with a child turned out to be the best. Room cleaning is mediocre, but in principle it will work. There is one adult pool, one children's pool, and a pool with slides. The children's pool is not heated, so it is better to swim in it when the sun is shining on it, because the water is cool. There are no baby pots. At the reception they give out children's toys for the beach (they are inherited there), so you can not take them with you. We didn't take anything with us, and we were lucky enough to take all sorts of shovels and so on, as well as a circle, for temporary use there. I recommend the hotel.
