Dear Mac Pizza Administration I am writing to you to express my deep disappointment in connection with the delivery order the other day. Unfortunately, we encountered a number of unpleasant moments that completely ruined our experience. 1. Significant delay in delivery. The order was delivered more than an hour later than the promised time. When trying to clarify the reason for the delay on the phone, the employee who took the call responded with a phrase that demonstrates a lack of willingness to solve the problem and empathy for the client: "What will I do?". Such a reaction is unacceptable to the support service. 2. Incorrect courier behavior. The courier refused to go up to the second floor, citing a non-functioning intercom. However, the intercom functioned properly all day, including the time before and after delivery. Despite this, we went down to meet the courier without any objections. 3. Catastrophic product quality. Unfortunately, the problems described above pale in comparison with the quality of the pizza itself, which turned out to be completely unsatisfactory: · Dough: had the consistency of rubber, it was impossible to chew properly. · Chicken: had a pronounced unpleasant odor, indicating that the product was stale. · Sauce: it was liquid, like water, almost tasteless, with a barely perceptible sign of garlic. We have been regular and loyal customers of your pizzeria, but this case forces us to question the quality control of both the dishes and the level of service! We expect that our complaint will be reviewed and appropriate action will be taken regarding: * Training staff (especially call center staff) to communicate correctly with customers. * Monitoring compliance with delivery standards. * Checking the quality of the source products and compliance with the recipe in the kitchen.
