I gave 5 stars based on the ratio of pre-properties and price. The apartment hotel itself is a typical Hindu three-piece, maybe 3+, but in the center of Deira, there is a "Crossroads" store, i.e. "karefur" in Al Gureira... You can cook at least a whole salmon in the room. It's easy to get by bus directly to the sea, even to Al Mamzar Park, even if it's just near free excellent beaches with service.
