Today, 03/12/2025, at 11:03 a.m., an employee (named Zura) called and began talking in a sleepy, rude tone about why my brother wasn't paying the loan. I explain to her that he didn't have the opportunity to pay, so he filed for bankruptcy. And she went on, went on being rude, why I don't help her sister, why we don't have money, as if we owe her. She hung up the phone and after 2 minutes she was calling again from another number and in a different tone she began to introduce herself. I tell her you just called, I explained to you that he filed for bankruptcy and we are waiting for court decisions. No, she's kind of aggressive, and she started swearing again, threatening that she would call a hundred times a day, that these were flowers, etc.d. You can't treat people like that. They're not sitting in the bazaar. They should know all the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, all the articles that bank employees or collection agencies should and should not do. I ask you to deal with this employee. The complaint is sent to the RFBR.
