I decided to see for myself what the local "masters" had picked up there. Judging by the traces of dust and dirt on the gaskets, the thermal interface is native. And I wore it twice for cleaning, and I clarified whether a replacement would be made. In the tradition of the "troubles" developers, they said:

After removing the thermal paste with a napkin, deep scratches on the crystal of the video chip were also found.

I brought a laptop that did not charge and sometimes did not turn on the first time with the battery connected (with the laptop turned off, it worked properly). They said they would call and point out the problem within 3-4 days. After 7 days, no calls were received. I decided to call myself and was told that the master still could not understand the problem, but was about to tell me. As a result, the diagnosis lasted another 5 days. On the fifth day, I said that either they voice the problem, or I take the laptop and refuse to repair it. As a result, I was told that there were problems with the power controller, and also a replacement battery (according to them, it would not work with the old one). Since they didn't have a battery in stock, they ordered it from Russia. While I was waiting for the battery, they made a power controller and told me to come up in a week when the battery comes to install it. Two weeks later, they installed a new battery, I turn on the laptop and it has the same problem that I came to them with. I.e., they did nothing for a month!!! But I paid for the repair of the power controller! I do not advise anyone to contact them, just take your time
