A well-known, popular restaurant that has earned wide recognition and many various awards. In places like this, you want everything to be perfect.
The interior is in Asian style, in red and burgundy color. The hall is dark, but the light above the table is set perfectly. From the unpleasant – a very strong smell of some kind of incense, you can make it calmer.
Amateur food. Of course, everything is fresh, there are no complaints about the products. But these delicate, delicious foods are simply drowned in harsh, not always suitable sauces. I would like a more delicate job.
The ceviche from the trumpeter is not really ceviche at all. Excellent raw, fresh flesh is beautifully shaded by mango. Vegetables are not the best, both in taste and appearance. Very sloppy slicing, and the cherries were generally cut into quarters and of course all the juice flowed out of them.
Trepang is an interesting snack, there is a lot of sauce, tomato prevails in taste. It was possible to shade the tomato acid a little, after all, for the author's dish you want a more complex and deep taste. Trepang is completely lost here.
Crab and halibut. The signature dish is tender, there is also a lot of sauce, but it does not overshadow the crab.
Fern. Panchan. As a compliment, it would be normal, but it is too boring and expensive for the ordered dish.
There are no complaints about the service. The meeting was good, the restaurant was conducted, everything was shown, they offered to choose a table even without reservation. Table maintenance is also normal.
Overall, it's a good place, but due to high expectations, I was a little disappointed.

The atmosphere is great, the waiters are great fellows, I was in the company of Japanese who speak only Japanese and not very English. The waiter surprised both me and the Japanese by speaking Japanese fluently.
Excellent service, everything that was ordered is incredibly delicious, fresh 😌😌😌🤩
I thank the team of this restaurant for a wonderful evening
