In Samarkand, I could not find a combination of good Uzbek cuisine and a decent level of service. Everything that I visited earlier on the recommendation of local experts (pilaf centers, etc.) is really very tasty, but the service frankly suffered, which made us nervous. Then the service is terrible, then the bathrooms are disgusting, then the establishments themselves are dirty. Either a good restaurant, but you will not be able to try high-quality pilaf or samsa there. And finally, we found an institution with excellent interior and service, as well as high-quality cuisine! The prices are certainly higher than in other restaurants, but it's worth it. The samsa is excellent, the pilaf is amazing, the ayran is awesome, the shorpa is of the highest quality! I recommend it!
