I went from 1.10 to 5.10.25 Great hotel!! It is located 7 minutes from the T1 - Chamberlitash tram stop. At the same time, the Grand Bazaar and the Suleymaniye Mosque are within walking distance on the left, and Sultanahmet Square with the main sights of the old city is on the right. Upon arrival, I asked for a room with a beautiful view, because I would like my first trip to be remembered with pleasant impressions. I was given room 508, which had a beautiful view of the houses and the sea. Through the window, I could access the fire escape, which I used as a balcony. The room itself is comfortable. With two beds pushed together, a comfortable mattress, a warm blanket, and a closet with plenty of hangers. There is a shower with boiling water in the bathroom, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo. We cleaned every day. There were almost always Russian-speaking staff at the reception who were always ready to help. I also changed money there at a good exchange rate (it's more profitable only for Istiklal). The breakfasts are good, I had enough. There were boiled eggs, sausages in sauce, sausage, two types of cheese, small pasta in Greek yogurt, cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs, olives, olives, bread, tea, coffee, and small jams, honey, butter, and sometimes cookies. Terrace. Well, it's just something!!! Great panoramic view, tables, swings 🤌🏼 Overall, I really enjoyed it and am ready to return there again and again. 🤍

A small hotel in the heart of Istanbul, a 10-minute walk from Sultanahmet. I deliberately chose a hotel, read reviews, and analyzed it. This is my sixth time in Istanbul, having previously stayed in the same location. We arrived in Sabiha Gokcen early in the morning, took the subway, and found that the old Istanbul maps were not working. We bought a new card at the vending machine for 165 lira, put the money down and went to Kadikoy, from there by ferry to Eminem. The hotel is equally accessible from Sultanahmet and Chamberlitash. I met Orhan at the reception, who speaks excellent Russian. Check-in is clearly a matter of 2 p.m., but if we want earlier, then there is an option to look at the room in the building opposite, since this is also their topic. Everything was fine with us - we got room 131 on the second floor with a separate entrance! Without any additional charges. A small, clean room with a large bed. The mattress turned out to be very comfortable. Shower, toilet, everything is new and decent. The room has a TV, refrigerator, candeille and kettle. The TV showed 2 channels, Turkish news and Arabic, but we didn't care much about that. Breakfast on the ground floor - eggs, sausage, cheese, butter, olives, once in 4 days there was also an omelet, tea, instant coffee - we had enough of everything. The special feature of the hotel is an absolutely stunning veranda overlooking the Bosphorus! In the evening, we took all kinds of drinks with us and enjoyed ourselves, usually in a campaign with our compatriots, but no one bothered anyone. There were hotel people who didn't like something, but they are everywhere. You can't pay mere pennies and want to pay for them. Orkhan changed money at the exchange rate as everywhere else, and they also bought a tour of the Bosphorus from him cheaper than on the street. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come back!

The hotel is located in the center of the historical part of Istanbul. Everything is within walking distance, including the Grand Bazaar and the bazaar on Lalli. Most of the staff are Russian speakers. Currency exchange is right on the repshen. Book discounted excursions right away. They are very polite. Breakfast is so-so. It's the same thing every day. Sausages, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, cheese, tea, instant coffee. I would like to be more specific. I had a view of the Bosphorus from my windows. There is a mosque nearby. Prayer begins with a loudspeaker at 6.30. Exotic. It didn't bother me. The room is clean, cleaned every day. There are several programs in Turkish on TV. To get to the main street, you need to climb a steep paved road. The mute is a bit heavy. The overall impression is good. The price-quality ratio. The only thing I didn't like was the group transfer. I had to wait almost 3 hours at the airport and when I left, they took me back 6 hours before departure. There were 5 people traveling with me, all on the same plane. It's not clear why the minibus came to pick us up so early. I'll give you a solid four.

The hotel is just great for your money! I had a room with a sea view. Every morning and evening I admired the boats on the water surface. There is a TV, air conditioning, an acceptable bathroom, a comfortable bed, a safe, towels, slippers, soap and shampoo are available. The staff speaks and understands Russian. Such cuties! Lots of attractions nearby, grocery stores are available. There is also a tram line and an embankment nearby. I will definitely come back again! For super breakfasts and cleaning, to make everything shine, you need to move into more expensive places. It's more than enough for a morning snack, an overnight stay, and a shower.

I'll start with the most important thing - the LOCATION of the hotel is in the most convenient location near all the main attractions of Istanbul. The Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia Mosque, the Hurrem Sultan Hammam, the Grand Bazaar are all nearby cafes, restaurants, shops, benches with vegetables and fruits. And that's not all I could list, everyone woke up within walking distance, had breakfast and went for a walk😊The hotel itself is small but cozy, the main thing is that it's clean, and you definitely won't stay hungry for a solid four. There is a staff who speaks Russian and will always help and prompt.Do I recommend this hotel DEFINITELY YES!!!

A small, cozy hotel in the old town. All historical sites are within easy reach. Stop T1 in five to seven minutes at a leisurely pace. There are also shops and cafes in the immediate vicinity. The hotel itself has well-spoken Russian staff. There are breakfasts - a modest and inexpensive buffet with a poor choice. There is a comfortable terrace on the roof with excellent views of the city and the Bosphorus. The rooms have all the amenities (but it's time to change some air conditioners). Room prices are low. A kind of "three-star olinclusive"))) I recommend it to those who know the value of money.

We had a rest from 10.11 to 17.11.2025, the hotel is not bad, corresponds to its 3 stars, the Cembirlitash tram stop is 7 minutes on foot (but uphill), shops / pharmacies are 5-6 minutes on foot, the hotel has a beautiful rooftop veranda with a magnificent view of the Marmara Sea and the Blue Mosque. The breakfasts are monotonous, but you can eat , a Russian-speaking girl works in the kitchen, she is very friendly, the rooms are small , generally normal , but the bed linen is already washed - gray, not white , the quality is so-so , the duvet covers were dirty, they were replaced , but when I took them off , I saw the blankets , all stained . The floors were washed , the bed linen hadn 't been changed in a week . Well, that's how it is! 👌

The hotel is clean, cleaned every day, the breakfasts are the same, take rooms in the middle if the windows overlook the city, the audibility is very strong, especially when smoking under your window and chatting half the night or early in the morning. I'm a light sleeper and it was very hard for me. If the windows were plastic, it might be different. Very helpful guys work at the reception, they always came to meet us. Everything is nearby and within walking distance. We had a rest in October 2025. Since there was no heating, it was cool at night, we turned on the air conditioner.

Pros: price, location in the center, walking distance to attractions, public transport, there is a terrace with tables on the roof, pleasant and responsive staff, speak Russian. Cons: narrow corridors and stairs, a small hall, a room in the basement (-2 floor) is not particularly clean and well maintained. Conclusion: a good option for an inexpensive stay in the center for 1-2 nights to walk or relax on a trip.

We stayed in the economy room of this hotel. One of the advantages is the view from the terrace and the friendly staff. Cons: the room, located in the basement, was very dirty already upon check-in (mirrors, floor, trash can, dust, towels and bed linen are not fresh). The air conditioner was generally disassembled and worked strangely. During the stay (7 days), it was never cleaned, only the garbage was taken out. The towels were changed only after our 3rd request. The bedding hadn't been changed at all, and it was even torn. The bathroom outlet is in disrepair, and everything is covered in mold and plaque. We didn't expect any more from the housekeeper, but there is a question about the sanitary condition of the room. You shouldn't expect much from breakfast. The walls look like cardboard. We were just going to spend the night, but we really didn't want to go back there.

Positive: Air conditioning is the only positive quality of the hotel. Minuses: Disgusting location: To get around, you have to climb the mountain at a steep angle, which creates significant inconvenience. Tired rooms: The interior of the rooms looks worn and outdated. Problems of sound insulation and comfort: Guests staying on the ground floor are faced with noise, unpleasant odors of smoking and insufficient insulation of the walls. Poor quality of equipment: The bathrooms are in poor condition, close to emergency. Unpredictable living conditions: There may be power outages at night, as well as cases of privacy violations (for example, an attempt by an intruder). Disappointed expectations regarding the proximity of the sea: The promised distance to the sea (350 meters) turned out to be unreliable, the sea was never found.

A lovely hotel, with excellent service. The view from the room is gorgeous, but it's more gorgeous from the terrace. Close to everything, close to architectural heritage and various restaurants. Thanks a lot to the team for their help, coordination and advice. Especially the hotel manager. I definitely recommend it and I will definitely come back!

The location is excellent, 7min, and you are on Sultan Ahmed Square, the tram is nearby, the breakfasts are modest, but you will not be hungry. The terrace is open, overlooking the sea, the seagulls were fed.We lived in a three-bed room with a sea view. The room was standard, everything was fine, the cleaning really wasn't very good. The staff is good, they all told me where and how.Well, if you like the hotel in general, I think that if I come to Istanbul, I will stay there again.

Of the advantages, walking distance to the sights, the embankment and the staff at the reception desk who fulfills all requests, this is the end of the advantages. Minuses: The breakfasts are identical from day to day and are so meager that they can be listed: loaf, sausages, boiled eggs, greens, cucumber, tomato, cheese, sausage, tofu, olives, olives, some cold pasta (if you look at the photo on the Booking, that's all there is), number 105 (e ) bed linen with stains when checking in. neither the TV nor the air conditioner worked, everything in the bathroom was covered with plaque and water stone, there were some smudges on the doors, the shower doors were broken, the room was not cleaned once in 4 days, only garbage was taken out, and on the last day there was no such thing). We've heard all the neighbors talking, and there's a mosque nearby, so get ready to go at b in the morning when the first service begins.

A normal hotel! Those who write that everything is bad, apparently, come to Istanbul to sit in a hotel)) I got a standard room on the 3rd floor, the view from the window is something incredible!!! The Sea of Marmara, the sky, ships and seagulls! Well, how can you not fall in love with this!)) Yes, the rooms are not new, but everything is clean, everything works, does not leak, does not fall off. The water is hot, the shower is large, towels for each resident - I was alone in a room with two double beds, I had 8 towels, 8 jars of shampoo and shower gel, 4 soaps, 4 pairs of slippers)))) And every day they still reported it, if they used it! The floor was clean, there was no dust on the surfaces. Everything was washed away everywhere and the water flowed away without any problems. The breakfasts are without frills, but if it is important for you to have a quick snack with a view of the sea and go for a walk around the city - that's it! The staff speaks many languages and is always ready to help. In the lobby there are umbrellas for guests, a cooler with hot/cold water. Walking distance to the old town, the palace, Hagia Sophia and everything else. There is a tram stop nearby. In general, if I happen to go to Istanbul again, then I will most likely stop right there.

A wonderful hotel for tourists in Istanbul. Polite, friendly staff who will help you with any questions. The money can be changed immediately, the exchange rate is acceptable. Within walking distance of the main attractions and the tram line, as well as busy streets and lots of cafes. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily.

The hotel is a solid 3-star hotel, clean, small and tidy. The location is the best you can think of, within walking distance of Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, many hamams and shops, transport of any kind. The staff speaks all the languages we know, they are very responsive and pleasant people, they met us and had a wonderful time) We booked a room with a sea view and it was worth it - we had a wonderful landing with a spiral staircase, where the kitties sometimes looked in, and the view itself was simply breathtaking. Breakfast- nothing supernatural, but everything is fresh and hot, a sufficient choice of both food and drinks (sausages in tomato sauce, eggs, 2-3 types of sausages, bread, fresh vegetables, olives, butter-jam-chocolate, coffee and tea, orange juice were stable) The air conditioner, refrigerator, and plumbing were working properly in the room. If desired, room cleaning and fresh supplies. The price-quality ratio is excellent, I would love to stay here next time.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. When choosing, I looked at the reviews and the location. They greeted me wonderfully, very cordially! Nice people work in the department, nice men at the reception and friendly cleaning girls. The room is very simple, in this case it is important for me that the shower works well, there was a clean bed and it was warm. It was all there) If you really find fault, I would vacuum the room) Breakfast is simple, hearty, and the coffee is delicious (! instant). The hotel offered a great tour of the Bosphorus. The price is less than what is offered on the embankment. And everything is clear about the organization. We had coffee before departure in the morning) I'm happy, it's a good place. The location is also good, in the old town, walking distance to all significant places. Thank you, I will return to this hotel if possible.

We were in Istanbul in early November 2024, and stayed at this hotel for a week. We stayed very long ago! Despite the not-quite-new interior, everything is clean in the hotel, the room was cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly, the guys at the reception will always help, I will tell you everything, they will advise you where to go. The tours were bought from them, and they were much cheaper than the guides. Their currency was also changed at a very favorable rate. Special thanks to the girls from the cafeteria! They're very cute. They gave us delicious food for breakfast. On the day of our departure, I hugged everyone. The location is just perfect! All the most interesting and meaningful things are within walking distance! I definitely recommend it!

At first, we were checked into this room. Naturally, we paid for comfort. And it was unpleasant. But then we were moved to a hotel through a wall. Everything is fine there. Both the room and the facilities. The only thing that's a little dirty. I cleaned the floors myself. And she wiped the window, there was a lot of dust, even if she planted flowers. The guys are Russian-speaking. The money was changed profitably at the reception. In general, the hotel is a solid four. Breakfast for three. But I would rather return to this hotel directly without a travel agency. I think the price will be cheaper. The kids and I only spent the night. We lived for a week. We had a room for four people.

We write 4 (3 in mind) for the location of the hotel and the price. All the main attractions are within walking distance. And there is also a terrace with stunning views. The hotel itself is of course quite tired, but the staff is friendly. Cleaning is frequent but mediocre, the most important thing is to have clean towels every day. Breakfast is the same, you won't stay hungry.

We spent 5 nights in Art City, booked through Yandex Travel, 12 thousand rubles came out with breakfast, we cleaned and changed towels every day for this money, the currency was exchanged directly at the reception at a very favorable rate, and we were also able to exchange lira for dollars upon departure. The terrace offers a fascinating view of the Bosphorus, having breakfast with local cats and seagulls is a pleasure, and all popular tourist destinations are just a 5-minute walk away.

I would say that the hotel is below average. One of the advantages is the location in the center, a beautiful terrace upstairs and a working air conditioner in the room. Among the disadvantages are the old rooms, our safe did not work, the toilet and shower leaked when you wash in it, there is no hood in the shower, so there is mold on the ceiling. But, they were ready to change the room the next day after arrival, we just didn't bother because it wasn't the fact that it would get better, but we wanted to spend more time walking than moving and problems. The breakfast is so-so, you can eat something, but somehow it was always untidy: the forks were dirty, something was spilled, there were no napkins, then cups. For some reason we were also given a room with 4 beds, although there are only two of us)) We only slept in the hotel, so it was normal for us, but I wouldn't recommend it. And Istanbul is beautiful))

It's certainly not 3 stars, but it's probably the way it's done in Istanbul. Be prepared that you will be checked into other hotels, even worse. But, only in the last month we were in much more expensive and in all respects the best hotels, according to my criteria, the basis is the mattress, if the mattress is dead, then there is no rest, with many disadvantages of this hotel, the mattress was new, a terrace with excellent views and walking distance to all attractions.

About the hotel itself- we initially booked a room without a window, in the basement. It smells very damp and uncomfortable. Utterly murdered. Starting from the reception, ending with the dining room. There is no glass or cup in the rooms, no kettle, nothing "superfluous" at all:(they do not clean, they will take out the trash at most, they will add toilet paper. Walls and floors with other people's hair stuck to them, including pubic hair. Rough. The balcony is dirty with a rusted roof and garden furniture. To sit and admire the view, so to speak, you need to somehow remove it so as not to kill your stuff in the trash. In short, there's a lot to list here. I don't recommend it, spoil your whole impression of Istanbul.

The guys at the reception are very pleasant, friendly, they will always help and advise where to go, what to buy and where. And what a panorama opens on the roof, you'll swing. I recommend the hotel, but it's not new, but you come to Istanbul not to sleep, but to walk and enjoy the views, cuisine and of course architecture.

Convenient location, wonderful managers who know Russian. The atmosphere is calm. The hotel itself is located in a quiet area and with minimal traffic of cars and people. It's a great option for low-budget travel. The economy room has everything you need if you are not going to live in it, but it's better to take your slippers, as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste! The hotel has excellent WiFi and outdoor access, as well as a large first-aid kit!

Great location, everything is nearby, very attentive staff, offered two rooms to choose from, the breakfasts are normal. The towel was changed every day. I'll definitely go and stay there.
