excellent hotel, we had a rest for 9 days in July, we are satisfied with everything. We booked the simplest room, and upon check-in, we were accommodated with a sea view for a small surcharge. the rooms are all fresh, apparently recently renovated, cleaning every day, towels and bed linen are often changed, the food is very tasty, the beach is also beautiful. The only problem is the rocks when entering the water, but you can take your slippers or jump right off the pier. the location is also excellent, on the one hand the promenade to Icmeler is all green, on the other to Marmaris, the bus stop is also nearby. the staff speaks Russian, everyone is friendly, the pool is small, but we had enough and even more often we were in the pool than at the sea. separately, I would like to mention the spa center from the hotel, they do excellent massages, a hammam, as if they were born again, and they also give discounts

A wonderful hotel on the first line. The rooms are clean and equipped. The beach is equipped with the best sun beds of the resort (mattresses, pillows, closed cabins that are free for hotel visitors). The entrance to the sea is not very rocky, there is a private pier where you can relax on pillows. The hotel offers breakfast, lunch and dinner + coffee break from 16 to 18 with desserts. There's not much food, but there's plenty. All the staff is friendly, starting from the department owner (who is always visible and open to dialogue), ending with the room cleaner. I recommend it to everyone. The concept of the hotel is 14+. Mostly pensioners from European countries. There is not much missing in the show program, but we arranged it ourselves if we wanted, connecting via Bluetooth to the speakers))). Every Saturday evening there is live music and once dancers with a show program were invited. And of course, the beautiful view from the terrace. I recommend it to everyone

I really enjoyed my vacation (September 2025), excellent value for money. Newly renovated rooms, everything is clean, unobtrusive staff. Very comfortable and beautiful gazebos on the beach. Delicious food, you definitely won't leave hungry. Fish, beef, pork, chicken, many fruits and vegetables. The coffee is not very tasty, but the tea is delicious. The pool is small, more for just relaxing than swimming. The hotel is located right at the end of Marmaris, on the seafront, far from the center, in a quiet location. There is no animation, on Saturdays there is great live music (violin and guitar, I think).

The hotel is very nice, with its own beach 30 meters away, and a wonderful terrace in the restaurant. The rooms are standard and small, we took a room with a sea view, but we had a partial sea view. This also counts as a sea view, the view was blocked by the neighboring hotel and trees, but in general the sea was visible. And the view in the restaurant on the terrace is great. The hotel is mostly populated by Poles and Russians. We communicated with the Poles very well, no politics. There is enough food in the hotel: beef, chicken, turkey, lamb, fruits, vegetables. Alex is a Russian speaker at the reception. One evening, we talked with the owner of the hotel, his name is Mehmed, and he treated us to cherry wine. I had been to Turkey more than once before, but on the Antalya coast and in 5 stars, but Marmaris and the 4-star hotel made me very happy, and Marmaris itself delighted with its nature, beautiful views and very favorable climate. The hotel is aimed at the age of 14+, we were from 14.09-23.09.2025. Take excursions from Sussana at a very reasonable price, unlike the prices of the tour operator, her mini office is not far from the hotel in the direction of the old town, 15 minutes along the embankment.

There is a pontoon, you can dive from it, lie on soft pillows. Food for 4/5. Various meats, fish, vegetables, etc. The room is cleaned every day. Nice rooms. Russian-speaking guys work at the reception, they are responsive. Cons, for me: the waiters in the hotel restaurant are not very efficient, the rooms seemed smaller than stated, the pool is tiny. In general, everything is fine, but we must understand that this is a trifle, but acceptable.

We met perfectly- we were fed and settled in an hour. Cleaning every day. Food without idle abundance is not a very big choice, but all the dishes are delicious and of high quality. The staff is friendly, well done, everyone! The room matches the description, the air conditioner is working. It 's quiet in the evenings . There are plenty of bars and hangouts around until 0.30. My special respect to the massage therapist- I recommend it! I did peeling, foam massage, pebbles, relaxing massage! Awesome! And the price is normal. There are always places on the beach. It's a pity that the bottom is rocky.Everything in this hotel is no frills, but to the point! Performs the main functions!

I liked the hotel. We arrived in the evening, while we got almost overnight. We asked to go to a restaurant to sit, everything is already closed, but we picked up something at the dooty free. The guys, the staff, opened the dining area, put napkins, utensils, and then brought salads, meat, and much more. And this is not an isolated case. We came from an excursion, I was late. We walk past the restaurant, everything is already being taken out on carts. They saw us, nodded to each other, slowed down, showed us, come over, there are plates, appliances. Take it, eat it. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The owner of the hotel is with everyone "his boyfriend". The beach is private, well-groomed, they bring you to drink, etc. The water is not hot, the springs cool down to 24 degrees in my opinion, but it is comfortable to swim. We stayed at the hotel from August 18-25. What is good: a beautiful place , a good location of the hotel, the hotel itself is well renovated. That's all good stuff. The cleaning at the hotel is very bad, as are the cleaners. During the week, we never changed the towel for hands and feet, we just folded it and that's it. There is a kettle and tea and coffee bags in the room, but there are no cups and the request to bring them was simply ignored. We were put in a room with a faulty shower, I informed the reception (Alex solves all the issues) the plumber quickly came and fixed everything, after which the cleaner pretended that she did not understand what needed to be cleaned.. Food is a separate story and very unpleasant. The fact that it's not very diverse is not terrible, but the fact that there is hair in salads, and the peaches are moldy, it's just some kind of horror! The dishes are poorly washed, the water glasses are not washed, they are simply rinsed, they are sticky and with traces of lipstick on the trays. The sea has no waves, but it's cold- 24 degrees, you need to swim straight. The beach at the hotel has good sun beds, but dirty, cigarette butts were lying around all week, no one cleaned them up.…The entrance to the sea is by pebbles, it is better to enter in shoes or from the pier.

We were disappointed for the second time (the first time in 2024). I do not recommend buying rooms with non-sea views. They are so small that it is difficult to walk between the table and the bed, and they need to be repaired. The sink was clogged with hair, they cleaned it themselves, the balcony was not closed, but it was good that the room was on the 3rd floor. A torn-out socket, mold, a poorly functioning air conditioner, a missing lamp by the bed. They asked for additional cleaning on the balcony, it was dirty, including furniture. Despite the gifts brought to the administrator, they offered to change to the same room in the basement. Compared to 2024, the food has become more diverse and tastier, but this is not important for us: we come not to eat, but to travel and live in comfort. Repairs were made in the lobby of the hotel, where I only saw the guests a couple of times (apparently they did it for themselves), while the rooms with a view of the sea have long been in need of repair. The mattresses on the deck chairs are torn and dirty. We really hope that the administration will take these comments into account.

The beach is across the street, there have never been any problems with free sun beds. It is better to enter the sea in shoes, firstly because the bottom is rocky, and secondly because fish near the shore have a habit of biting their feet. The center can be reached on foot along the embankment or by dolmusha. Dolmush walks often, there is usually an empty seat. When booking, you should pay attention to the fact that there are many bars under the windows and music usually plays until midnight: everything can be heard in the room. Upon arrival, we were checked into a nearby hotel, but in the morning we were moved to our room. Alexander works at the reception, who will be able to solve all the issues.

My rating FOR the HOTEL is 5 . the staff tries to keep everything clean, I took a room with a sea view, a stunning view of the bay (a delight for the eyes), the room had a fresh modern design after renovation, everything worked, new plumbing, a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel were added every day. THE FOOD is good, not a large selection of dishes, but there was perfectly cooked meat, chicken, fish cooked 3 times during our stay, the menu was changed every day, respect to the cook, I visit different hotels for inspections in different countries for work, I can say for sure this hotel meets the stated price and quality.ALEX, a pleasant young man who speaks different languages, is our compatriot at the reception, and this is a big plus for the hotel. The first coastline is through a 30 m boardwalk, a small beach area, new deck chairs and umbrellas , there is a shower on the right , the entrance to the sea is pebbles and stones, you need aquashoos , or dive from a pontoon. The perfect vacation for couples. I forgot about alcohol, I TASTED gin and tonic cocktail, beer , excellent quality, I did not try wine, I will not rate all other drinks. The rooms in the hotel vary greatly in condition. On the ground floor there are so-called ECO rooms, very "tired of the guests" with a balcony door opening onto the road (sitting on the balcony or even hanging wet clothes in some privacy will not work).But they were also much cheaper. And it seems that these rooms are gradually being restored, so maybe soon they will become less gloomy. Starting from the 2nd floor, the rooms have been updated: beautiful, modern design, a successful combination of colors in the interior, all plumbing is new. The air conditioners are working. In general, it is very pleasant to be in the room. A huge plus is the outdoor veranda of the dining room with sea views. You can also eat inside the dining room, but with a view of the sea it is much more pleasant and romantic. The range of dishes is not very large, but they are prepared very tasty, with a soul. The cook often cooks something on the outdoor veranda... And he doesn't just cook, he creates!!! Even watching his actions is "delicious." And anyway, all the staff of the canteen and bar are well done!!! The guys work from early morning until late at night, but they are always polite and positive! The room cleaning is average, but we are not particularly whimsical... The hotel's gorgeous beach. The sun beds are wooden, even more like beds, with thick soft mattresses and pillows. We've never seen anything like this in any hotel!!! There are usually places. Entering the sea is sand with small pebbles near the shore... You can't even take coral slippers with you, but many people go into the shales along the pontoon, take off their slippers, leave them on the pontoon and swim. Since there are no small children in the hotel, there are no screams, crying, or musical accompaniment in the hotel, in the dining room, or on the beach.children's toys that sometimes you have to listen to all the time in other hotels. Complete relaxation!!! On the downside, there are several discos around the hotel, and most rooms, especially those with sea views, are very noisy in the evening, even with the windows closed. But if you don't plan to go to bed before 12 a.m., then it won't hurt you. After 12, everything gradually calms down. Anyway, it's hard to find a hotel on the 1st line in Marmaris where it would be quiet. Another disadvantage is the incomprehensible classification of rooms. In 2024, under the guise of "seaview", they occupied all rooms that "conditionally overlook the side where there is a sea," i.e. from some rooms there is a magnificent view of the sea, and from others, somewhere in the gap between the trees measuring 2 by 3 cm, a blue speck of the sea shines through, and even then if "jump up high and stretch your neck half a meter." So at the reception, people were constantly arguing, trying to get a room with a real view of the sea... Some people were resettled after a few days, when rooms with a "real view" were vacated, some remained "without a paid view." If we had made some kind of clearer classification of rooms "by type" in relation to the price, there would have been fewer misunderstandings and disappointments when checking in. But overall, the hotel is very pleasant. I recommend it!

There are stones, but there is a descent path, so you can enter without special shoes. The sea is right 30 meters from the hotel restaurant. The hotel is practically located on the beach. The hotel is located at a dead end of the highway, so there is a road, you can drive up by car, but cars only come to this hotel and the road is symbolic. There is a boardwalk and bike path in both directions. The hotel staff is very helpful, there is a Russian-speaking Alex at the reception, very sociable and executive. His patience in dealing with the guests is a special respect!!! The biggest and only disadvantage of the hotel is the music from neighboring hotels until 12 o'clock at night, and at full capacity! For those who like to walk at night, it's even good! But if you go to bed early, you won't succeed! By the way, the neighboring bars are very interesting to entertain in the evenings, and the neighboring hotel has excellent live music concerts. The hotel does not have its own animation, so nearby entertainment is very useful. But it's quiet in the morning and there are a lot of running enthusiasts! The jogging path is really amazing!!! There are no problems with the food, everything is like in other Turkish hotels. The food is good! A very big plus is that everything is compact, no queues for food, you don't have to go far anywhere! The rooms are renovated! Small ones! But everything is fresh and working. If something is missing, then they carry it right away! Alex is at the reception and the maids are very nice! There are a lot of young people in the hotel, but not noisy, apparently also fans of going out to see something. I would like to mention the excellent Internet! The hotel takes it everywhere! I am currently staying at the Class Unique Beach Hotel 3*. The location is just great! I've been to many places in Turkey and Europe, and there were class 5+ hotels, but there was no such wonderful view from the room window or the restaurant veranda. Many people write about Alex at the reception, and I completely agree that Alexander Alexandrovich, who speaks several languages, is a godsend for the hotel owner. The guy is really ready to help 24/7, a jack of all trades. For example, he fixed a blockage in the shower and adjusted the air conditioner. Thank him very much for his help on any issue. It's rare to see such a workaholic at the age of 25. Good luck to you San Sanych! You can find fault with the service, but for the sake of such views and such a sea, you don't want to remember all the little things that were and are. I liked the concept of Adults Only. The hotel is somehow quieter, the atmosphere is completely different- no one occupies sun beds, there is not enough food, there is no pushing or fussing. The rest was a success! I recommend the hotel to those who are not demanding of service, did not come just to overeat and look for disadvantages.

We checked into the hotel at 22 o'clock, but the King-size room was not ready to receive guests: the floors were very dirty, the balcony had not been washed for a hundred years; one mini blanket for a huge bed for two; there were no toiletries and paper. The air conditioner was barely working, and if there is a gap in the panoramic sliding windows, the air conditioner stops working. The food is very modest, you can see that they are saving. Once we came for breakfast at 9:10 a.m. (and it was before 10 a.m.), there were only boiled eggs and a roll, all the other pots and plates were empty, there was not even milk in the coffee machine (Beach towels are changed every three days, but they may run out and there will be no replacement. Music is playing in the neighboring hotel until 23:30, and if you are used to going to bed early, this is not the place. We chose this particular hotel because of the 14+ concept, but were surprised by the presence of small children in the hotel!!!! And not only at the hotel, but also on the beach, of course, after lunch there are a lot of locals with children! There were not always enough umbrellas on the beach, because umbrellas are not equal to the number of sun beds. The elevator to the fifth floor takes a very long time. It didn't work once. You can only walk up to the 4th floor, and then only the technical staircase for staff. The most important thing that pleased me was the sea, the sun and the magnificent views.

Then they moved to a new, basic one, of course it was great there! Such a settlement plan is practiced with all new arrivals. The food is imported, there is no own kitchen. The most delicious dinner, there are soy meat semi-finished products for lunch, it's not tasty at all. The breakfast is good! The fruits are delicious! The beach is 1 minute away from the hotel, just cross the road! Own sun beds and panton, for free, wild boars for money. Take beach towels with you! They don't give them out there, and it's expensive to buy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Alexander is a very friendly and courteous guy at the reception! All the staff are very nice people! And attention! Lovers of beautiful sunsets! You won't see the sunset! The sun is setting behind the mountain. There is no sun on the beach after 18.00. There are no waves on the sea either, the sea is like in a bay, always calm. We were at the end of September, the sea became noticeably colder overnight, due to the cold streams, lovers of the warm sea should come in the summer after all.

We had a rest at the end of May 2025. The hotel is terrible, the food is tasteless and there is VERY LITTLE of it, the tablecloths are dirty, we checked into a room on the ground floor, where we were greeted by dirty floors and broken tiles in the bathroom. One night, there was a fire in the hotel, and my roommate and I were not woken up. We got out when the firefighters were already leaving. Fortunately, the fire was somewhere above, and the fumes did not reach us. I give the hotel a minimum rating. It's a pity the Russian-speaking guy who works at the reception pulls everything for ten. I liked Marmaris itself, the only advantage of the hotel is its location. I give 1 star for this, otherwise it would be 0. By the way, anyone can come to the beach of the hotel from the street, no one is watching this. Bottles of water are not put in the room every day. The audibility is terrible, if the neighbors blow-dry your hair, you won't fall asleep.

It was important to have a measured rest and have the sea under your NOSE! It all came true 👍 There is no food in pots here! If you need tables to break down, pass by. Upon check-in, there was a nuance, we arrived late - they said there was a problem with the room and we spent the night in a VERY ancient room until the morning, just like the mammoths were there. They promised to fix everything in the morning - voila , everything is OK . They gave us room 309 - in principle , it has a sea view , even at an angle . Quite a new repair , everything is OK . The hotel has guests from different countries. At the reception , Alex is our guy , hearing his native language generally all problems fly away . Marmaris is beautiful. There is a place to go in both directions when leaving the hotel . The location is great. A meal with a view of the sea . There are sun beds , a small hotel area on the beach. So the hotel does NOT have its own territory. But who needs what)))We are happy.

The hotel staff is friendly, solves any issues quickly and politely. The rooms are old, but the bare minimum is present: air conditioning, hot water, a balcony with a rope for drying things, comfortable beds, everything is standard. Cleaned every day + on demand. The only drawback is the doors. They are terribly difficult to open, sometimes they are closed incompletely. Delicious food, a bar with cold drinks (sometimes ice and lemons run out). The pool is present, but it was not in demand by me. We spent the whole vacation swimming in the sea. The water is cool in July, it's hard to go in. Pebbles, going in and out only in slippers, it's hard without them. There are comfortable soft sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. However, with the shadow of a problem, creating it, especially in the morning, is not an easy task. There is a very long promenade along the sea with restaurants and quiet places.

I will not write about the excellent coast and the view, this is the merit of Marmaris :) For the hotel: it would be nice, but also not great, the sediment remained from the kitchen, the food is monotonous, you can say meager, as they say, you will not stay hungry ... if you are picky, definitely not here. Great guys at the reception and at the bar. The guy at the reception is generally super friendly, no matter how much time there is always with a smile, he knows Russian. The beach is without entering the water, and there are huge boulders there, it is possible to damage your legs. There is no territory, no entertainment. Absolutely divine places, the sea is unusually turquoise in color. It is very different from the sea in Marmaris. They took it, of course, not from the operator)) I highly recommend Valentine's Agency (take the boardwalk to the left from the hotel to Tropicai 4* and turn left in front of it. Go out onto the main street and exactly across the street at the crosswalk is her agency. Very good organization, a wonderful boat to the islands with used WiFi, transport is certainly not worse than Anex's! And the prices are 2-2.5 times lower. Also, you can always change the currency at the exchange rate a little better than in the exchangers) And in the aisle at the Flamingo hotel, they took an evening disco and karaoke on a pirate ship for 3 hours (for only $ 5) at Susanna's. It's a bomb!!! We HIGHLY recommend it, we had a great time before leaving! I really liked the shopping center De Facto. There is nothing to do in Blu Port at all.

The food is varied, but not all delicious for us, therefore, what we don't like, we just didn't take and that's all, besides that, there was a lot of everything. The dining room is completely panoramic, you can see the entire Marmaris embankment, the blue sea, a beautiful view. Very cheerful and friendly bartenders who will pour everything you ask. They don't understand Russian, but they know typical phrases. It is very convenient that there is a private beach, and it is located across the street from the hotel, it takes a minute to go there. The beach is great, there are a lot of sunbeds, the water is clear, warm. There is a pier where you can also sunbathe, there are large pillows, or jump from it into the water. Just be careful, I lost my glasses like that) The hotel has 50/50 Russians and Turks, but this was not a problem for us at all, we communicated through a translator on the phone, since there is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and the beach. There is a swimming pool, but it is mostly empty, I swam there alone 😅 when the sea was a little cold, I swam in the pool. We had a room with a view of the dining room and the sea, although when buying a ticket, the room was with a view of the forest. But it turned out to be much better, we went out on the balcony and looked at the whole coast of Marmaris, and it was gorgeous. The room has everything you need. Lots of mirrors, wardrobe, air conditioning, two beds, bedside tables, shower. Also, there is a mini fridge, we put the products bought from the store there. It cools well. The hotel is quite small, it consists of a building with rooms and a dining room. 1 minute from the sea, you just need to cross the road. There is a clothing and accessories store with reasonable prices, so it's not a big deal if you lose your cap or sunglasses. There is a swimming pool, but it is not in demand, as it is small, and the sea is very close. The sea is clear. The beach is made of a large fraction of sand, the entrance to the sea is rocky, so I recommend buying rubber galoshes for swimming so as not to injure your feet. There are small fish swimming in the water that can bite unexpectedly, it's okay, it's just unpleasant. There are many sturdy wooden sun beds on the beach with blue thick soft mattresses and umbrellas. I recommend taking or buying 160x80 cm towels so that you can tie them to umbrellas and increase the area of the shadow cast. There is also a pontoon platform from where you can dive into the sea and where you can sunbathe on pillows. The rooms are not very comfortable, but a week's rest will do. They are cleaned every three days. The suites are equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator and a TV. It is uncomfortable to sleep at night, as there are two cafes nearby that compete to turn on the music louder. The food in the dining room is good, hot dishes are almost never repeated. Lots of vegetables and fruits. In the evening, bees fly around the tables and enjoy your desserts with you. It didn't bother me in any way, because the bees weren't aggressive. The bar is open from morning to 10 pm with a cleaning break at 14:00, alcoholic drinks, non-alcoholic cocktails and soda are served. The reception staff is friendly and happy to help guests, to orient them on any questions. The active city can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes or by minibus. There is no entertainment in the hotel at all, but for me it was a plus, since there are no eternally screaming children. If you are traveling with Anex Tour and can afford not to save money, take their excursions, but from experience I will say that they are no different from the excursions that are offered in the city, except for the price. I also highly recommend not visiting the Imperial store, which is strongly recommended by the Anex Tour guides, because the prices there are 2-3 times higher than in Migros and shops in the city. If you need wine, take a walk around the city, you can find shops with a blue Alchol sign, if you need textiles and souvenirs, I recommend the Forum store near the Blue Bay Hotel. You can visit the Grand Bazar if you want to feel the atmosphere of the Turkish bazaar, buy there only if you know how and want to bargain, the prices there, as a rule, are also quite big.

At the moment, we are having our first vacation in Marmaris, at the CLASS UNIQUE BEACH hotel. I decided to write a review from the beach, as I always get busy on arrival. The hotel has three indisputable advantages: - a view room from which the whole of Marmaris is visible, I do not close the curtain day and night, I often sit on the balcony, waking up at night I look at the lights, yachts and the port. The room is renovated, with design solutions, it's nice that the furniture, plumbing are high-quality and modern. - a restaurant where all-inclusive breakfasts, lunches and dinners are held. The menu is varied, greens, olives, watermelons, melons. Good salads and hotter. The only thing I would like to add is scrambled eggs and porridge for breakfast. But in general, in 5 days I did not get tired of the menu. And again, the view, from the second floor, from any place of the restaurant offers a gorgeous view. - the beach 20 meters from the hotel with new sun beds is fenced off from the road with beach gazebos, which in my opinion is a tangible plus. Walking along the embankment, all the beaches are open, you are resting, and the crowds walking along the embankment are looking at you. You can relax in our hotel, and the water is much cleaner than near the port. There is a locker room and a shower room on the beach, it's a pity there is no toilet, but this is how I understood it in the entire resort of Marmaris. The staff are friendly, the reception is Russian-speaking, they will always help and answer questions, and every time we greet each other with a smile, which adds to the mood. Marmaris itself is a resort, a bay closed by mountains, a calm sea, a very long embankment, a lot of entertainment, I'm sure I'll come back here more than once.
