There are stylish cloths, HOWEVER!!! The service was absolutely awful. Some woman who clearly knew the cashier was standing right at the register, casually trying on clothes and chatting with her for over 10 minutes while we stood waiting in line. No one cared. When I got tired of waiting and put the clothes I wanted to buy on the counter, the woman had the nerve to hand them back to me and mutter something in Russian. Then they started talking about us and laughing — right in front of us. I asked the woman to go to the fitting room so we could finally pay and leave. Instead, they dragged over another staff member to translate, who just rolled her eyes like we were the problem. The whole thing was ridiculous — like we were begging them to take our money. And at the end, the cashier literally shoved each price tag in our faces, one by one, as if trying to make some point about how much things cost. Nothing was over 70 GEL. Not sure what they were trying to imply, but it was insulting. It’s laughable how low the level of service was. Unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. I honestly don’t know why this place is even open if they treat paying customers like that.
