Awful reception always!!! Every time you must make titanic efforts to get something from the security. Absolutely indifferent, rude people. They always answer - it's not my problem. The regular smell of sewage in the apartment. No sitting space in lobby. The most uncomfortable plastic loungers in the pool area you could seen ever! The old, inconvenient system of accessing the building using residents' cards. Only one card is issued and is easily lost, while reissuing takes time and creates a lot of inconvenience for everyone. Security personnel solve their problems at the expense of residents. It is quite suffering staying in this building.
