Amazing place to stay

Excellent location of the house. The best apartments are overlooking the Burj Khalifa! Pros: sauna, hammam, 2 gyms, nearby Playground, small supermarket, cafe, lots of greenery, proximity to the Dubai Mall. Cons: small non-functional kitchens in apartments, dirty in the women's gym, you need to wash everything there more often, dirty pool.

A wonderful house in the city center. Nearby there are shops and playgrounds for children and animals. The house has poor sound insulation, the swimming pool on the territory does not always have clear water. Security people never say hello and apparently do not know the people living in their house.

Excellent location, there is Parking,swimming pool,gym,within walking distance of shops,Bursh Khalifa,Think Mall,there are few traffic jams in the area,Kite beach is 15 km-30 minutes by scooter,for those who like alcohol there is a store nearby :)

Great location!!!!! 7 minutes walk to the fountains and wings, to which there is a constant queue in the photo, and Dubai Mall, respectively. Nice squares, nice renovation with warm lighting, which is rare in Dubai!! In general, I recommend it.

A convenient place in the center is suitable for a comfortable stay, in principle, there is a gym, a swimming pool.
