Everything was denied at the reception: an umbrella? No! An iron? Not either! Two beds instead of one? And it's impossible. The food is meager and monotonous. The cleaning is regular, but of poor quality. The only advantage is the location of the hotel.

I had a rest in September 2024 in a double room. I liked everything: the location, the food, the cleaning, the attitude. The room was cleaned daily, the cleanliness was perfect, towels were changed, paper, shampoos, gels, etc. The breakfasts are excellent for every taste. There are two types of sauna, dry and wet, a swimming pool is included in the price. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Pros: location, friendly staff, good breakfast, sound insulation. Minuses : the declared sauna and swimming pool are not working, the hotel is undergoing partial repairs, there is no kettle in the room (hot water in a thermos, tea, coffee, sugar bags are brought on request), there are no bottles of water in the room (cooler on the 1st floor), disgusting shampoo and shower gel, the hotel has a maximum of 3, air conditioning above the bed, very old, not checked, because it was in January, if you open the windows, the noise from the street is impossible, plus there is a construction site nearby.

The hotel is being renovated. They moved into a floor where repairs are in full swing. There is no drinking water in the room, no tea station. The WiFi is not working well. The air conditioner is even worse. On departure early in the morning, the lunch box was refused. Towels are changed every day. But they're torn, just like the sheets. Of the advantages, only the convenient location. It doesn't pull at 4 stars at all.

Not a bad hotel for a few nights. It is located in a shopping area, very close to public transport. The breakfasts are not great, but you can have breakfast. There is a sauna and a swimming pool, we went, not bad. The staff is polite and friendly. The hotel is clean, the rooms are well cleaned. This is a good enough hotel for the money.
