A small but wonderful hotel. Very clean, well renovated. The staff is a miracle, they will help in any situation and take great care of every guest. The breakfasts are good, there is not much choice, but everything is delicious and fresh. You will definitely be satisfied if you stay there, there were no complaints during the 9 days of vacation. Special thanks to the receptionists at the reception, they are always friendly and ready to help at any time.

We paid in advance for a luxury room, they arrived, they say they are busy, sorry, there is only comfort, 2 families with a disabled child -1 bed.The rooms are noisy (although it was understandable, but it's such an embarrassment that there's a disco in a cardboard box next to it until morning, it hasn't been repaired for a very long time.I don't even want to wash towels, the dirt is wild.Horror in general.

A very cool hotel. The location is super. 50 meters from Istiklal street, near the metro, funicular and generally everything that tourists need. A party area, here only without children! Recently renovated, the rooms are fresh, breakfast is included, cleaning every day. A complete sense of cleanliness. The staff are just wonderful people. You definitely won't regret coming here. It's loud at night, but it's everywhere in Istanbul, so it's not a problem.

A great hotel at a pleasant price!clean and tidy.The luggage was taken to the room without reminders, and then to the taxi at departure.the Wi-Fi works perfectly, the passwords were given immediately. I communicated through a translator, the staff patiently answered all the questions, and there were a lot of them)at my request, they ordered a taxi to the airport.the hotel only includes breakfast, but there are many cafes and restaurants around, and in the evening, at my request, they warmed up the dinner I bought. I lived from 6.08 to 08.08, many thanks to the staff of the first and second shifts.💫
