I wanted to share my story about trying to find a job abroad. In April 2022, I applied to Global Service International, where I was offered a job in Poland, in Wroclaw, in a textile packaging and furniture factory with a salary from $ 800 to $1,000. We signed a contract, the cost of agency services was 200 euros, the payment was made in two parts: half immediately and half after receiving the visa. When all the documents were ready and the visa was issued, a lot of time passed, and by the summer there were no vacancies for Ikea and a furniture factory due to the large number of immigrants. Instead, I was offered a job at a clothing warehouse in Lodz, and I accepted. Upon arrival at the office for employment, it turned out that this was another agency that was engaged in the employment of Ukrainians. They didn't register me, but they still sent me to the bank to open an account. The bank informed me that it is impossible to open an account without PESEL. When I returned to the agency, they gave me the supervisor's phone number and indicated the address for checking into the hostel. The cost of living in the hostel was 400 zloty per month, and these expenses had to be deducted from the salary. I was warned that I needed to bring bed linen, but there were no pillows or blankets in the hostel, only four mattresses on the floor. When I lay down on the mattress, mice came running out. There was no light in the shower and toilet, and the toilet did not flush. I wrote to the supervisor that I didn't have a PESEL, and he replied that he would be registered as a refugee, but this process takes 3-4 months, and I couldn't stay that long. When I started asking additional questions, they stopped answering me. I was informed at the office that I had allegedly turned down the job, although this had not happened. I did not plan to stay in Poland for a long time and did not want to be a refugee. I was also worried about why the Belarusian agency did not inform me about the need for PESEL. When I asked the supervisors to allow me to stay for 5 days with a surcharge, since there were no places for the next buses to Belarus, they told me that I needed to leave before lunch. As a result, my experience turned out to be extremely negative, and I hope that other people will be more careful when choosing an agency for employment.

I have no complaints about the company. They got a job in Poland as an operator on the line. I was able to leave for work in Poland despite the quarantine. The salary is fine. But you need to work well and a lot. In general, I can recommend the company.
