The hotel is generally good. The rooms are large and nice, even with a sauna, which is generally useless to anyone. The beautiful main building was complemented by a strange extension with a large hall. Especially pleasing is the entrance to the breakfast restaurant via the stairs zigzagging through the back passage. The service is good, the breakfast is classic.

Oh, I was in a restaurant there, I felt like a noble and an aristocrat, even the toilets there are royal, with lifting the seat and washing your butt. The prices are high, but the atmosphere in the hall is appropriate.

We are staying at this hotel for the second time.The hotel is located next to famous boutiques: Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci (in not mediocre proximity) Prada, etc.It's a good hotel, but in my opinion it doesn't pull at 5 *.The cleaning of the rooms fails in autumn.The cleaners, like a year ago, scatter things around the room, which then makes them difficult to find.The hotel has a very cool meat restaurant on the ground floor.It is a must for meat connoisseurs to visit and you should definitely try the burger, which is filled with cheese and meat with gold!Upon arrival, we were provided with a bottle of wine and fruit as a compliment from the hotel.There is a small swimming pool on the second floor of the hotel (elevator from the reception).The Mir and Union pay cards do not work at the hotel.We ran to change to the next street, where there are many ATMs for lira.It is strange that Union pay is not accepted in Istanbul (in places where we were not accepted), and in Italy the card worked almost everywhere, in many cities, including Milan.

We were with my husband from 04.01 to 08.01. We really liked the hotel. The issues that arose were resolved very quickly.There is a Russian-speaking staff . I really liked the Greek restaurant on site.

The ideal location, in an expensive area, belongs to the famous chef Nusr Et, his restaurant is in the hotel, be sure to go, I can't say that the steak was very special, but pleasant service is guaranteed) A Turkish woman cooks tortillas for breakfast, be sure to order them, they are magical 👍 Beautiful room, stylish classics, the building is 100 years old, there is a swimming pool on the roof. Special thanks to the concierge service, they helped a lot! A 5-minute walk from the street of democratic brands and next to the suite. Dolmabahce is a 20-minute walk away.

It looks attractive, but taxi drivers always deliver with a mistake. In summer, the sun is terrible, but at the same time without the possibility of relaxing by the sea (access to the sea is exclusively for hiking, a place for parking / stopping ships). Basically a hotel for business meetings. 50/50.
