With the box almost empty, only 1 of the 4 lifts was occupied and refused to accept a car. And it wasn't necessary to lift the elevator, but just to lift it up. And the situation was critical, the hub bearing on the rear wheel collapsed. I got to them a little bit, they were the closest. I had to call a tow truck and transport the car to another service station.
