The expectations of the burger for 840 dinars were simple: warm bun, normal presentation and basic respect for the guest. A complete failure on all fronts. The bun was cold. Not "a little chilly", but really cold — as if the burger was standing or they didn't even try to warm it up before serving. I immediately told the waiter and asked for a replacement. And that's where the problem begins. The answer — no reaction. Instead of apologizing and resolving the situation, the waiter enters the discussion. Arguing with a guest for a cold bun-that's already a level. There is no desire to solve the problem, no concern for the guest — just proving that everything is okay, even though it is not. The second problem-complete lack of meeting. The food doesn't change, the problem doesn't solve. A clear message: "Eat as it is". The burger itself might be right for the price, but with this approach to cuisine and service — it's just a bad dish. The fries are almost gone, and are still scattered on the plate as if they were leftovers rather than side dishes. Conclusion: 1. Disrespect to the guest, poor kitchen and service that does not solve problems but creates them. If you are not ready to listen to guests and correct mistakes-why do you even do this job? 2. The waiter didn't get a well-deserved tip!

Pleasant atmosphere, delicious dishes, everything is served with a huge flatbread the size of a plate. But the staff is not super efficient. We waited 5 minutes for the menu to arrive, asked for it in English, and waited for another 7 minutes. We managed to translate and place an order with a translator during this time.

A wonderful gastropub. We ordered the traditional dish "Pleskavitsa" and grilled sausages. They arrived quickly, excellent service, friendly staff.
