Great service! The renovated rooms and views of the Bosphorus are worth choosing a room with the appropriate view. It's just amazing to sit on the balcony, admiring the Bosphorus and sipping a cup of Julius Meinl coffee. Delicious breakfasts! We are waiting for the opening of a new restaurant so that there is more room for guests :) The location is excellent - Taksim is 7-10 minutes away, Istiklal is 15 minutes. Nishintashi is around 10 min.

We returned from this beautiful hotel just a couple of days ago! About the placement...Rooms with views of the Bosphorus deserve special attention. The view is breathtaking. The furniture is new, the bed is snow-white, and there are incredible scents everywhere! Upon check-in, we received a compliment in the form of Turkish sweets, juices and fruits. The location is gorgeous. A couple of minutes on foot and you are on the famous Istiklal street. The breakfasts are decent. The pool is large and clean, the sun beds are soft with comfortable mattresses. Their covers are changed after each visitor. I want to say a big thank you to the Russian-speaking receptionist named Sira for her attentiveness and kindness! She always helped us and answered all our questions. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

It's clean , the whole hotel has a pleasant aroma from diffusers , pillows and mattresses that you don 't want to get up from . Great breakfasts (especially for Istanbul). Attentive waiters and senior managers who constantly monitor the guests in the hall: they bring coffee , fresh fruit , tea . For all this, I love chain hotels - the service is excellent. I took one off for embarrassing myself at the pool bar . On a day off, barbecue chicken and vegetables were cooked at the bar. We asked about the price , they told us to dial it, and you can order drinks from us. We realized that the barbecue is free. After that, the bill was brought to us - 2000 lire for each person. Since there were three of us , it cost 6,000 lira , almost 12 thousand rubles for 3 pieces of chicken and fresh vegetables . That is, they did not tell us the price , they kept silent . In general, the barbecue area should have a price list, and even more so, employees should not be silent about the cost .

We stayed at the hotel in early May. Beautiful room after renovation, rented with a view of the Bosphorus, very atmospheric)! Nice, cozy, spacious) The breakfasts are very good, the service is wonderful. I would also like to thank the maid for cleaning the room. After the renovation, the hotel has become more stylish, comfortable rooms, more comfortable and modern!! But!! 1. When staying in a suite, it is possible to check in through a separate reception, convenient. But when leaving at night, the reception is general, what's the joke? 2. It wasn't very fun to sit in the hotel restaurant in the evenings (on the street), since repairs are underway and it's very audible, it makes it difficult to just talk. 3. And the saddest thing that ruined our vacation and the impression of the hotel, although we are coming there for the 4th time, is the terrible audibility with the rattling of windows due to the music that was hammering until 12 a.m. every day from the neighboring site, where some kind of holiday or festival was taking place. Nothing helped, except to move into a room with windows on the other side. But we paid for a suite with windows on the Bosphorus!! Why such a renovation of the hotel if the audibility in the rooms is simply incredible?? I even have a video where you can hear the rattling of the window. We won't go to this hotel anymore, no matter how much we love it. Sadness (((

Room cleaning at "4", they often forget to report or bring something. During our stay in March, the pool was closed for repairs, and work was also underway on the territory, which did not mar our vacation. We will definitely visit more if possible.

The hotel is nice, clean, freshly renovated, excellent staff, convenient accessibility to attractions and walks. Of the cons: when booking the hotel, we needed an indoor pool because we travel with children, but upon arrival it turned out to be under repair and it was not indicated anywhere that the restoration and the second disadvantage are the connecting rooms (the door between the rooms) if someone smokes, the smell immediately penetrates the room, even if someone is talking on the phone/Yelling/ gatherings are all very audible.

The staff is always ready to help, the breakfasts are excellent. We were in the middle of April and the outdoor pools were not working yet, in the summer we would not leave the territory at all. In 2025, the renovation will be completed completely and there will be a fire in general. The hotel is located in the European part, next to the fashionable Nisantasi. There is also an excellent military museum nearby.

I asked to change the room upon check-in (due to the strong tobacco stench in the proposed one) - they changed it without question. Excellent breakfast. We parked the rented car for free. Of the "cons", I can only note the exorbitant price tag - almost 200 euros per night. If it wasn't for the business trip, I would be looking for another option.
