Umidjon Osh makes one of the best oshi sofi I’ve tried in Bukhara. The rice is fluffy, not oily, and the meat is soft with a really nice flavor. It feels like proper homemade plov, simple and honest. The place itself is nothing fancy, but the taste speaks for itself. Definitely worth coming here if you want a real Bukhara-style oshi sofi.

The most disgusting pilaf I've ever tasted! The portion is small, there is almost no meat, and it is served separately after the pilaf is served, when there is almost no meat left. Service -10000. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The Plov is much better than here. By the way, they also say that Tashkent is an expensive city, for such a price as in umid osh, in Tashkent in the city center on glinka you can eat CHOIKHONA osh (inside the dumba zhaz, plenty of meat, a spicy pepper)..... In short, I am very disappointed in umid pilaf. I don't know who got them or when, but the pilaf is really garbage...
