The worst experience of visiting a pediatric specialist. I have the most contact and sociable child (3 years old), who is easily involved in the game with any adult. But in this place, they made him a "problem" patient simply because of the total indifference of the staff. The master did not even lift a finger to get to know the child, somehow distract him or prepare him for the procedure. As a result, the whole time we spent there turned into a terrible tantrum. I was forced to hold the child by force so that the master could somehow finish the work. Is this even the norm for a place that calls itself a children's place? The most cynical thing is the rules of the institution, which are posted at every turn, where it is written in large print that the master has the right to refuse a haircut if the child resists. Why, in our case, did the master continue to cut the sobbing child under my forceful influence, instead of turning on like a professional and calming him down? The administrator does not communicate correctly, the haircut master performed and even tried within the framework of "possible conditions", but at what cost ... If you think that by installing a typewriter, you automatically became a "children's" hairdresser, you are mistaken. The essence of such a service is the approach, and here children are treated as inanimate objects. They sat down, cut their hair, and stood up. The positioning is a lie, and the service was provided abominably. Not another foot Before leaving, the receptionist recommended not to take the child to hairdressers since he reacts like that (I remind you, we came to a specialized institution), and also complained to me that because of such childish tantrums, the hairdresser had rental problems. (With such an attitude towards small clients, it's not surprising.)

I didn't like the hairdresser. They came with two children. The little boy got a good haircut, no questions asked. A 10-year-old girl was refused a haircut due to time constraints, although we came by appointment! We wanted to wash our hair and trim it 30 cm long, trim it... They said, choose one thing, some kind of game.... Decided to wash your hair, because there was an event in the evening. The styling was abandoned. They charged twice as much for washing my hair as indicated on the website (I looked at that later, they didn't come back). The attitude is indifferent. We asked if you could at least slightly trim the ends on wet hair = refusal. The master girl is young, apparently she doesn't know how to cut well yet and she needs a lot of time.... this is the first time I've encountered this.... As a result, after washing my hair, I got a haircut in the same building at another barbershop. I do not recommend it, or clarify everything in detail by phone, down to the smallest details and minutiae.
