Overall, the hotel is good, the rooms are fresh. There was only one bathrobe in the room, even though there were two of us. Toothbrushes, razor, comb, cotton pads, cotton swabs, hair dryer, iron, ironing board. The pool is beautiful, but sometimes there are not enough sun beds, thanks to compatriots who reserve a place with a towel for the whole day. Buses take you to the beach, and the last one picks you up at 13. If you want to spend more time on the bay, you can take a taxi, it's state-owned, 15 dirhams goes to the hotel, or walk 1 hour passing the local colorful fish market, where you can cook fresh shrimp. There are many supermarkets in the vicinity of the hotel. I would like to update the sofas near the reception and have tea and coffee for dinner if you take HB meals. I have not been to the Novotel proper. There is actually a complex of three hotels here: Ibis***, Novotel**** and Adagio (an apartment hotel, I do not know the number of stars). I lived in the Ibis***. The conditions are very good, but, as usual in the Emirates, the windows in the rooms do not open. But if you ask, they will come and open it with a key. But even in this case, they will only open slightly - they say this was done in order to prevent suicides. The hotel's restaurant is the same for all three hotels, they cook very tasty and a lot, you serve yourself whatever and as much as you see fit. Drinks are offered only for breakfast, lunch and dinner - there are jugs of clean water on the tables. By the way, it perfectly sets off all the flavors of food. The beach is about 15 minutes by bus, buses arrive on schedule. Tourists who do not fit on the bus (it is strictly forbidden to ride standing) are sent to the beach by taxi at the expense of the hotel. The same buses come to pick up tourists from the beach - keep in mind that the last one is at 13 o'clock, you will not have time to get there only by taxi, already at your own expense (17-20 dirhams, that is, about 410-490 rubles). Within walking distance from the hotel there are several shops with very good prices (2-5 times lower than Russian ones), a huge beautiful mosque (at night the windows should be closed, the first call to prayer is at half past five in the morning, if you do not close the window, it will wake you up). Food is a minus for me! Chicken, fish, rice, pasta, potatoes and two types of soup, all in spices, spicy. For lunch and dinner, only water, but there is boiling water, you can take the tea leaves from the room and brew them. I ate chicken and fish for a year ahead in 5 days! There is nothing for children except dessert (I would not feed my son for 13 years). The pool is good, they give towels, there are sun beds and umbrellas. There is a queue in the restaurant at least for breakfast, lunch and dinner!!! There is no entertainment!! My opinion is no more than 5 nights, as I was, and at a price of 55,000 full board and generally fire. Why did I go? I got everything - I rested.

The pool is good, moderately spacious, but at lunch there are often not enough sun beds - you have to relax on upholstered chairs with pillows near the bar, which is also a good option. In the pool bar, the prices for alcohol are lower than in the hotel bar on floor M, the best offer is 5 half-liter cans of Beck's beer in an ice bucket for 79 dirhams, it turns out 16 dirhams per jar - in the hotels I visited earlier in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, there were at least 25. The shuttle to the beach, indeed, runs only until 13:00 and is constantly full, but, again, this is not a beach hotel: either put up with the inconvenience, or use a taxi - it is inexpensive there. Umbrella beach, to which guests are brought, is indeed difficult to call a beach - no sun beds, no shade canopies, even to the toilet-locker room-shower, you need to go up to the embankment and walk fifty meters. But what a cool colony of water turtles there is on the right behind the cape! I took snorkeling gear for them and was not disappointed for a second. There are many places for shopping around the hotel - LuLu Mall, Fujeirah Mall, City Center and many discount stores with everything on the big street behind the mosque. The only thing you can find fault with at the hotel is the complete absence of beef and lamb at lunches and dinners, only chicken and fish are served, but they are so well cooked that I won't even take off a star for it.

The room is on the 16th floor (1601 window was opened), and we asked for a smoking room.Everything was dry and ventilated . There was a double bed with a gorgeous mattress and snow -white linens , plus there was a separate sofa . There was a shower, a cubicle and a separate unit with a bathtub, too, and a toilet with a separate cubicle. Upon arrival, there was a liter of water in the glass, tea, coffee, sugar, a kettle in the room, three-wire sockets, but they also worked using the usual method. The food is good, everything is fresh, delicious, without frills and variety, but if you alternate, a completely rational menu, we knew about it, so it was not news to us. We were online in the Telegram group about the hotel and were informed of everything, which I wish you, who is going to subscribe. In general, there is Internet everywhere. A shuttle bus takes you to the beach, according to the schedule, and picks you up on the last flight at 1 p.m. Sometimes we didn't go to lunch, stayed on the beach and left when it was convenient by taxi to Rotana, for 10-11 dirhams (crossing the road), as advised, to slightly reduce the prices for the trip. Still, I had to spend the next half day moving back. I checked in, the room was very damp and it lasted for the remaining 5 days. The photos of the hotel and rooms also did not meet expectations. In reality, everything is boring and outwardly dreary. They obviously know how to take pictures, well, or very old photos ( And a little more about the excursions from the hotel. I paid $160 for 3 of them. 50 for Dubai, 55 for Oman (boat tour) and 55 for Safari. I'll be brief. It's not cheap at all and it's not worth the money. For comparison, I was in Egypt, where it is 2 times cheaper and 2 times better than this type of entertainment. This is my personal opinion. The only thing I really liked was the Safari tour. I really liked Dubai, but I didn't want to see it in this format. We spent the whole day, but we didn't really see anything, the driver stopped at each location for 15-20 minutes with the words; take pictures and go on. What I can see in 15 minutes is not clear. Plus, the road from one location to another takes a lot of time. And we did not approach the locations, everything was somewhere in the distance. Therefore, I repeat, my advice to you is to go your own way and choose 2-3 locations. Dubai🔥🔥🔥 I just fell in love. I'll arrange things differently next time. Overall, I liked Fujairah as a city, but next year I will go to Sharjah, well, or to Dubai. I don't think I'll ever stay at this hotel again, but it'll do for the first time. We bought a great hotel in February 2024. I liked everything!The room wasn't big, but we came to stay out of the room. Cleaning was carried out daily. The food is good. Some of the staff speaks Russian. Upon arrival at the hotel, I felt sick. The reception immediately tried to help me. Water was brought. We asked if it was possible to call an ambulance.(is it an insurance event or not? I didn't know at that moment and refused to help) . I had pills with me, I drank the right one in the room and after a little sleep I felt better. After a while, they called back to the room and asked how I was feeling. And I also had a birthday on 02/14/2012. We went on a sightseeing tour to Dubai, and when we returned, there was a cake and a postcard waiting for me in the room. It was so nice. The location of the hotel is very good. There are two large supermarkets nearby. It is best to change money in the supermarket for Lilu. Just take your passport with you. You can also buy ready-made dishes there. We only had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. And we often bought lunch in Lilu. There is also a shop where everything ends at 99. It is located across the street in the next building from our hotel. You can buy cheap Polish chocolate, perfumes, dates and much more. The ocean is relatively nearby. You can get there by transfer (free of charge) or by taxi. The beach is beautiful. The sand is really black. There are no sun beds or umbrellas. The hotel provides a towel and water to the beach. Crabs can be found on the beach. The beach is very beautiful in the evening. Be sure to take a walk! I recommend visiting the fish market. After all, fresh seafood is much tastier. They will prepare them for you there at the market. What to say about the sights. We only went to the mosque, which is located across the street. I recommend the hotel! I am currently staying at this hotel and I am shocked by what is happening here. We arrived in a large company: we paid for 2 rooms for 3 people and one room for two people. All three rooms are terrible ... in the first two it is not clear how to accommodate the third guest and the windows in one room, as if all the birds of Fujairah had shit on the glass. The double room was so full of nicotine that they themselves stank. The bathrooms are large in the rooms, but they are so tired: the showers do not just flow, but pour everything out and it becomes a flood, the sinks are clogged. Apart from towels and liquid soap, there is nothing in the bottle (no toothbrushes, cotton pads, etc.), you will not see bathrobes and slippers here either. They went to sort out one room and brought an extra bed, where the window was dirty, they said that they would replace the room within a couple of days, and where it was smoky, they offered to ventilate the room and could not help in any way. The pool is not heated, they lie that they are heated. The food is very poor. This hotel is barely three stars high. I still can't figure out why the reviews are so good. Today is the second day, if something changes, I will add my review.
