Recently visited this hotel. The location is good, there is a Mega Mall shopping center nearby, a lot of hyper-supermarkets. The hotel itself is normal, but does not pull on 4 stars. If you come here in the winter season, then be prepared that the split in the room blows ONLY COLD AIR. It was quite cold in the evenings. The rooms themselves are decent, everywhere in the hotel is pleasantly fragrant with aromas. Buffet for an amateur, meat, salads are all peppered. Quite a lot of fast food (In this regard, I was upset. The service is 50/50, the staff is responsive, but the laundry… They ruined my white T-shirt, it was all with streaks. Constantly cleaned, made the beds 👍🏻 I liked that.
Someone is sitting at the reception around the clock, i.e. there will be no problems.
I'm happy, the city itself is beautiful closer to the bay.

A 2-star hotel. There is 1 towel per person, the room was not cleaned, only water, shampoo, tea bags were put on. A plus can be considered the location on a busy street, next to a megamall. But for someone it's a minus, because it's noisy. The food is normal, you can live. Some rooms had problems with hot water. In short, the hotel is for very unassuming guests

not right away!! never!! read negative reviews, the rest is written for money. dirt. you are stupidly not expected, then there is no hot water, then cold, then wifi, then the sewer flows to your bathroom!!! it rained on Christmas Day, it got chilly, but the air conditioner only worked for the cold. the technicians came and just spread their hands - everything is broken.
There is NO POOL, consider IT!!!! it's cold!!!!+16 you don't even buy there drunk, and their sauna is turned off.
the worst hotel. and no one speaks Russian, it's hard to speak English either - Hindus, Pakistanis are the staff.
television is also only in Arbs, barely found 1 channel in English.
at 5 am, the infernal cry of the Muezzins, the hotel next to the mosque, right through the window you will howl.the first time they heard it, they fell out of bed, the volume was like a steamboat horn.the food is very so-so, monotonous.

Dump. There is dirt and cockroaches in the room. Never cleaned, only the floor and the shower was wiped and the bed was made. The carpet is all stained, the furniture and walls are scuffed. The heating in the pool does not work for six months. The women's sauna does not work, the Jacuzzi is dirty. Cosmetics are not put. We had paid for two meals a day, on arrival, after lengthy negotiations, pizza was brought. The next day I had to use the hotel guide to feed the second time. The choice of food is small, and in the evening they brought the same thing in a plate every day. There is no trace of four stars there, and it hardly pulls on a two. I strongly advise against it.

Initially, we were saddened by the fact that the rooms in this hotel are for two, we needed 4 beds, but everything was quickly decided at the reception🙏 we are satisfied, for such a price a great hotel. In the pool, the water is not heated, this is a minus. Yes, the area is where local hard workers live, but shops and cafes are also at affordable prices, if you want to go to the Emirates on a budget, then it's not bad enough. Near the fish market and Jubail bus station, you can take the E 303 to Dubai

Nice hotel. At first they settled in a 2-room apartment. the number where someone came into the room behind the door. But I told the guide and they moved me to another room.

The hotel is of course on its 4 stars. I really liked everything.. reception-any of our requests-is fulfilled.. we were on New Year's Eve, we were presented with 8 mini-chocolates. And a postcard! Super, especially a pleasant attitude at lunch / dinner replacement was taken. The choice of dishes, I liked the rest. We were on winter holidays in January 2020. +28,water-24. Shuttle to the sea three times a day. The rest was a success😎✌🤪

It may be better, but for 4**** everything was great! The service is excellent, the food is delicious and a lot, helpful staff, free shuttles to a perfectly clean city beach! Although no one speaks Russian at the hotel from the staff, but thanks to the young man who organizes fur tours in the lobby, everything was solved easily and simply. Special thanks to him for this. I definitely recommend it, I liked everything!

Not bad at all. But it's dirty, they clean it only when you complain at the reception. The food is monotonous, the menu is meager. Transfer to the beach, 15-20 minutes drive from the hotel. I really liked the spa: jacuzzi, outdoor pool on the 13th floor, sauna-everything is free, this is a huge plus! The staff is polite, helpful. Who has breakfast / dinner- you can change breakfast / lunch! Lunch is ordered by dishes (portions are huge and varied!!!!). Delicious and free. In general, the hotel is four-star, if you don't sit in it, then everything is fine)

The first day of staying at the hotel is immediately a minus, no one speaks Russian at the reception!Learn sign language right away!Russians are considered as a small nuisance rather than as guests, there is only room in the bathroom for charging phones and equipment,adapters are needed, it's dirty in the hotel district, who wants to get up at 5.30 here, there are 2 mosques around and the clergy will not let you sleep with morning prayer, There is one towel in the room, for everything!TV forget channels even in English -0 !We are waiting for the second day!

The room is dirty, the toilet is terrible, there are no hygiene supplies, there is hair in the bathroom. There are no sockets to charge the phone. There are no adapters at the reception. And there is no wi-fi. It is written that 4 stars, but does not correspond to this. The street where this hotel is located is all in the trash. We arrived at night, spent the night, and in the morning we left this hotel, found another one in Dubai.

Valentina Belgorod. The hotel is just super! Everything is clear. They take you to and from the sea. Everything is set up, everything is without problems. The staff is very respectful to vacationers. I especially liked that on the 13th floor there is a sauna, Jacuzzi and a huge outdoor pool, shower. Especially in the evening you look at the sparkling lights of the city from above- beauty .....!!!!! The hotel room is always clean, there is an electric kettle, bags of coffee, tea, sugar, cream. In general, everything is 5+. I am very happy. Thanks!

There is an old wing, we didn't know, the old wing is disgusting. Everything is old. The breakfasts are very but bad, they also extend to the new wing. Far from the center, but not far from the Mega Mall. I don't recommend it! Although there is a very friendly, smiling, Russian-speaking administrator at the reception.
