I really liked the hotel. Convenient location, close to metro, tram and bus. We got to all the sights quickly. There are 3 tram stops to St. Sophia, and you can also walk (about 25 minutes). A comfortable and cozy room. True, it's small enough, but for your money, it's OK. There was not enough cottage cheese and/or oatmeal for breakfast. But the breakfast as a whole was also good: a lot of egg dishes, vegetables, greens. The reception staff speaks perfect Russian. Only the spa complex has a tired renovation, it needs to be updated. And the spa's operating mode until 20:00 is also not particularly convenient (at 20:00 we were just returning from walks, we wanted to sit in the sauna before going to bed, it was already closed). The sauna and steam room are good, it's nice that they are free for guests. I would love to stay at this hotel again. He's very good for his money. I recommend.

The breakfasts are terrible, the view in the photo is the view of the restaurant, but breakfast does not take place in it, there are 2 double tables on the breakfast terrace and the view is not the same, the spa is open from 13:00 to 20:00 just at the time when people spend time on excursions, because this hotel was clearly not chosen in order to admire the shopping malls below. The cleaning is good, the room is generally clean, it is quite normal to spend the night. There are no blankets, there are strange blankets that can't be tucked into the duvet cover, you have to put them on top of the sheet, if it gets on the body, it doesn't feel good, because you don't know who it is and how it was covered before you. 4 out of 10 is my rating of this hotel The reception staff is quite pleasant, and they are also Russian-speaking, which is very nice

The room is clean and modern. I cleaned every day, and they brought me water. Russian-speaking staff. Of the disadvantages, the breakfasts are quite monotonous. We also took dinners, I don't recommend it. There was a buffet, but it was almost the same every day. But if you want to save money, you can take it. However, the restaurant is located on the 8th floor, and the view of the city and the sea is just wonderful.

BUT.If you don't have a drop of English knowledge, then you would have to pay for a taxi to the hotel yourself, because there was no sign, no identification marks, we waited for an hour just on the street, asking some incomprehensible homemade information desks, as a result, 1.5 hours after arrival we left the airport.In Istanbul, everything is in traffic jams, be prepared for the fact that it will take 2 hours to get there. We got out of the car, they took out my suitcase with a broken handle, saying Oops. I immediately asked for a better room at the reception, with an additional charge, to which I received an answer-everything was via the Internet..surprised There is no proper blanket in the room!!It's just that you need to put a washed blanket on top of the sheet, which is in someone else's hair..It's just a distraction, comrades. There aren't even toothbrush glasses in the bathroom!And the look of the towels... it's better to bring your own, honestly, they're already disheveled at the edges and look like they've been killed. You know, I'm not a pretentious tourist, but if you claim 4 stars, then you should have an elementary level, and that's barely 3. The guy at the reception greeted me and silently gave me 1 room card for two..why tell me where the restaurant is, where the guests can eat, why offer a better room if they ask you (you could earn money) that there is a sauna..no need to communicate with the guests, let them write immediately better than they are unhappy.

We visited the Venus Hotel for the first time and I want to come back here again and again! Cozy rooms, considering that the hotel is located in the heart of the Laleli shopping district, we didn't hear any noise! The staff is gentle, kind, and helpful, and many people understand and speak Russian! We had breakfast and dinner included. The breakfast is a good buffet. I really enjoyed the dinners, they served good salads, hot pans with meat, and their soups. The dinner is just great! We went to the hammam, the pool, everything is included. We recommend the Venus Hotel! Upon arrival in the beautiful city of Istanbul, we will settle only in Venus!

A great city hotel. Our room was on the 7th floor. There was no stink in the toilet, as some write, all the towels were clean, they were changed every day. The room itself is small but very cozy, carpeted, good lighting, tea, coffee, kettle, mugs. Bottles of water were brought free of charge every day. Everything is very clean. The restaurant is located on the 8th floor, the breakfasts are classic European, I can not say that they are meager, but also not super duper diverse. Everything you need to have a hearty breakfast. There is a spa area with a swimming pool and a hammam on the minus floor, but we haven't been there, so I can't estimate it. The overall impression of the hotel remained positive. The only disadvantage is the location. It should be taken into account when choosing that you will live in the epicenter of trade), and sometimes it can be noisy. But, you can close the window tightly and turn on the air conditioner. We only needed it a couple of times.

We stayed in July 2025. I give 5 stars for daily room cleaning. With a change of towels, bathroom accessories, coffee, tea, water in small bottles, etc. There is a safe in the room. A small triple room is an extra bed for a girl. The pool is open by the hour from 14-20h. The sauna was broken, there was a hammam. There is a children's type of pool 10cm deep, black mud is nailed there. In the changing rooms of the pool without repair, with mold. In general, the spa area is so-so, but it's good that there is at all. The hotel staff is super friendly, you feel good, like in the Korean TV series about the King Hotel.

I chose this hotel because of the pool. But I was disappointed . Going down to the fables, I was met by a girl with the lights off over the pool. She demanded to wear a bathing cap . I say please provide . To which she replied 80lir . To which I replied, I paid for a hotel stay with the fable. She said you'll have to pay anyway. I say can I touch the water in the Pool. Then she turned on the light. The water was very cold. I ask at the reception your hotel was chosen because of the pool to buy in it, but it is cold. To which I was answered at the construction site, it is for cooling from the steam room. Then they would have warned that this is not a swimming pool but a font with cold water . In the end, it turned out that the pool and hammam spa do not belong to the hotel but are rented. And just an agreement with the hotel that vacationers would use it .

The hotel is very clean, cozy, and smelled nice everywhere. The room was cleaned every day, linen was changed every two days, and a one-and-a-half liter bottle of water was put on. The main advantage is a cafe with panoramic windows, where breakfast was held, located on the 8th floor. Happy hours were held every day in the lobby from 10 to 18 - coffee, tea and free pastries (various sweet and salty cookies, cupcakes). Cons (however, not so significant): the hotel positions itself as a 4*, but there were no bathrobes, and there were no plastic slippers in the spa. There was a great lack of milk at breakfast: porridge at least one, cottage cheese products. Milk powder (it also went into coffee in the coffee machine, it was diluted in jugs) with all the consequences. The food is not bad, tasty in places, but monotonous, one hot dish has changed a couple of times in 8 days. Salads often turned sour for some reason and gave off obvious stale smells. It would be nice to just put hot water on high tea to dilute too strong tea, which was almost impossible to drink just like that. It was solved by bringing water with them. The area is not the most successful if you like silence and do not like the bazaar under the windows. However, I rather liked the hotel. The staff is sociable and attentive, tried to solve all the issues that arise, for which I am very grateful!

There are buns unlike other nearby hotels. The pool is just for pictures, in real life it is small, you need to sign up for a sauna. It's good that after breakfast, teapots with tea and coffee are brought out into the hall and you can sit with a cup of tea during breaks. The water in the shower is hotter, they give bubbles with shampoo, soap and so on, as it turned out, not everything is given there. The rooms are basically the same everywhere, but it was more pleasant to sleep in Venus, despite the fact that there is a mosque right next to it, so you will have to wake up with a muezzin at an average of 5 in the morning anyway, for everyone who did not have time to put on birushi. I didn't notice anything wrong with the staff.
