Well, what can I say. This hotel is definitely not 5 stars. 4!!! As for food, there is, but the choice is small. And the hotel itself is very small. Nowhere to walk. There is a construction site nearby. So if you choose a room with a view of the city, you will hear the noise of construction in the morning. At the end of the rest, they also started making tiles next to the pool. Very unpleasant and noisy. We were supposed to go to another emirate to another hotel, but the tour operator Pegasus really let us down and we got here. Very sorry for the day for the spoiled rest.

I stayed at the hotel with my husband from 01.05 to 08.05, booked through a tour agency. After booking, I decided to read the reviews and was a little scared, but as a result: they did not take any deposit from us (which they write about in the reviews below), the room was always cleaned during the time, in the morning (at about 10:00), leaving for breakfast, I pressed the button at the door to the room that the room could be cleaned and coming back to the room at (12-13h) the room has already been cleaned. Always leave a lot of water in the room (drinking). there is no alcohol in the hotel, which means there are no drunks and there are no women with low social responsibility (which are full in other hotels). The food at the hotel is surprisingly very tasty, I advise you to take breakfast and dinner, since food is expensive in the city and not everywhere it is delicious for a European person. The beach is very clean, the sea is also clean, there are a lot of grouse, by the way, on the coast where few people can observe small crabs). And of course very nice, polite and understanding staff. In general, we were satisfied with the hotel)

The rooms are good, technological, modern, the view from the rooms is good from almost all. The food is excellent, thanks to the hotel for the desserts, they are divine. The waiters pour coffee at breakfast, you can ask 10 times and wait a long time. There is no alcohol in the hotel, take it from the duty-free who needs it, or you can buy it at a nearby hotel on the beach. The bus to the city runs at 10 am only. By taxi to Dubai Mall 80 dirhams, to Emirates Mall 40 dirhams. Divide by 3.6 and get the price in dollars. The hotel is quiet, there is not even music. There are activities, but they apparently take place in closed settlements, since nothing is seen or heard on the street. In the evening there was no program, we listened to music and a saxophone from a nearby hotel. Room 114 with a gorgeous terrace, if anything) 😉

I had a rest in early September at this hotel for a week. The overall impression of the hotel is good, a beautiful view of the palm tree and Atlantis, a nice beach, the room was cleaned well, the food is delicious, varied. I didn't like the drinks service. It is not convenient that there is no self-service regarding drinks of coffee, tea, juices, water. Sometimes it is impossible to wait for the waiter and order drinks. When checking in, they first asked for a deposit, but said that there was no way to leave a deposit, then they took the usual fee upon check-in. I would like to come back here again if the drinks service changed.

I was thrilled to visit the gallery restaurant! Beautiful interior, mosaics, paintings and exclusive interior items create a unique atmosphere. I really liked the Greek cuisine, especially the dishes with individual serving - these are real Instagram positions! The chef came out and cooked the dishes right in front of our eyes, it was very impressive. The manager Manos is very sociable and hospitable, always wondering if everything is fine with us. I would also like to mention the hostess girls who helped book the right bed. You can also book beds on the beach or by the pool, it is very convenient. But the most interesting thing is the ice show in the pool! They throw 500 kg of ice on Saturday, it's incredibly cool! I will definitely come back to this restaurant gallery again!

We lived in this hotel from 01 to 08 January 2022. Booked through Booking. First the positive (because there is not much of it): - great breakfast; - the sea is nearby. And now, what didn't you like: 1. Upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded to pay 3,000 derham (60,000 rubles) deposit for possible damage to the property of the hotel. The website doesn't say anything about it. They promised to return it on departure, it's been 2 days since we've been in Russia, and they don't return the money. 2. The website says "we speak your language", but of all the hotel staff, this is 1 person at the reception. We saw him 2 times. 3. The number was positioned for us as Business +, in fact it is a common Standard. In Russian hotels, the lowest category. 4. Everything is paid in the room, tea, coffee, cookies, water, etc. Actually, for 50,000 rubles a day, you could do it all for free. When leaving, they took 800 rubles for a pack of cookies where there were 4 cookies. Tiny thieves. 5. Once I posted a Do Not disturb sign on the door for 2 hours. After that, they did not clean for 3 days. The cleaners are Hindus, terribly lazy. Only when I started complaining at the reception did the cleaning. 6. Towels on the beach are given out for painting! I've never seen anything like it. 7. The iron in the room is probably old, and of course the cheapest. Instead of steam, it "spits" gray-black water. If you decide to stroke white things, you can irrevocably spoil them. Naturally, no one will reimburse you for anything. 8. When checking out of the hotel at 12.00, they started calling every 5 minutes.with a request to vacate the room. Usually given within 1-2 hours extra. There's not a minute here, check out and that's it. There are still negative aspects, but they are smaller. In general, I strongly advise you not to book this hotel!

In general, everything that is necessary for a healthy lifestyle. At breakfast, you have to wait in line to get into the restaurant. The private beach is tiny, and there are no free sunbeds on it during the day. If there is still a free sunbed, then the umbrella will not open over it, since it is broken. And it's only $300 per day for one (breakfast is not included). Breakfast costs about $40.
