Заключили договор в 2024 году. Взяли ипотеку, сертификат Свой дом в Арктике, оплатили ему 4.85млн. В итоге ни дома, ни денег. В суде предложил заключить мировое, согласились, все сроки прошли, мировое не исполнил, т.е. дом так и не построил, на звонки и сообщения не отвечает... Это ДНО!
