Nice spacious rooms. I liked the huge thick mattress. It's like sleeping on a cloud on a mattress like this. Delicious breakfast. A large selection of food. Good location. I personally had a view of the park. On the other side there is a view of the beach, which by the way is located quite close. I liked the interior of the hotel and the large, deep, warm pool.

The hotel is 3 stars, the rooms are old, renovation is required, not modern. There were 2 guests in the room, but there was always 1 towel, I had to ask for a second one, 1 slipper, no towel for the floor after a shower. The room has a safe, water, tea, coffee, and an empty minibar. The Wi-Fi was only working for the first day. The bed linen is not fresh. We didn't eat at the hotel, we visited the bar on the 2nd floor, the waitresses were pleasant, they sell alcohol. The checkout is fast. The location is good. There is a shopping center within a 10-minute walk, and a Starbucks within a 3-minute walk.

You can get to the hotel from the airport by bus A2, but it rarely goes and it is difficult to get into it, because there are a lot of people and everyone goes without a queue. You can buy a card with a replenished balance for the bus at the airport, and there is also a currency exchange. We also take the A2 bus back to the airport, right at the exit from the hotel. He walks about once every half hour. There is a large grocery store next to the hotel. There is a large Day to day shop nearby, and there is a selection of Dubai chocolate at 20-30 dirhams per bar. The chocolate is delicious. The hotel is tired. View from the room to the bay, floor-to-ceiling windows, but a little dirty. The room is large, but there are few outlets. There is a bathroom, without a shower, only a watering can on top, it is not very convenient to wash. At check-in, there was only 1 towel for 3 people. They asked for more, and they brought it on the same day. Water / tea / coffee only at check-in, then not replenished. Cleaning is not done, only on request. They didn't take breakfast, it was expensive, 79 dirhams per person per day. There is a small swimming pool, deep enough, 2 meters, at the level of 6-7 floors and a sauna, separate men's / women's. Towels are provided at the entrance, there are sun beds. The elevator only goes by card from the room and to the floor where the room is. The location is excellent, near a large green park, lots of playgrounds, a lake. It takes about 20 minutes to walk through the park to the embankment. Then walk along the embankment to the beach for another 10 minutes. The beach is wide and clean, but at the end of January the water is icy and there is a very strong wind near the water. It's warm in the afternoon, the sun is warming. It gets chilly in the evening.

Disadvantages: It is worth understanding that the hotel does not pull in 5 stars, but when faced with the choice of a hotel upon arrival, I realized that in general the situation is the same in all Abu Dhabi hotels. The rooms are already old, but this is not critical and everything is quite clean and tidy. The audibility of the neighbors behind the wall is of course average. Cons: TVs don't show anything interesting, there are blunders in some places. The kitchen is monotonous and mediocre. We're not picky, but it really doesn't taste good. Once a week, only something more or less tasty turns out. The location is such that either a view of an ordinary park with roads and neighboring houses (in the evening you have to close the curtains), or the sea, but only above the 10th floor, I think something will be visible. It's about 1-2 km away on foot. A highway separates from the sea, which takes a very long time to cross. There are not transitions everywhere. But you can take a walk in the park, where there are also barbecue areas. The service is generally average. They seem to be cleaning, but they don't give napkins to the room. On the first day, there was no second large towel and there was only one pair of slippers. It's like a room for one. Cosmetics in the room: shampoo, gel and conditioner. Small and jelly-like a bit. Shampoo is not very good. More cotton wool and sticks in a separate set. But it was one of the most affordable hotels. (We took it for the New Year holidays, and the price is still cosmic) So maybe the price is really worth it. If it's purely passing through, then it's fine, even good. The Sheikh Zayed Mosque is about an hour away by bus. If you haven't found a route that goes directly to the place (and buses arrive there, but for some reason they are always empty)- Don't miss the stop! Click on the button in advance. To get in the opposite direction only with a transfer by minibus or bus. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk from the bus stop. Go around the mosque on the right. Follow the blue path. Have a nice stay!

There are no balconies. There is NO transfer to the sea. There is a small tour fee, paid upon check-in for the entire stay at once. There are no other collateral. There is a small swimming pool. There is a small gym. In principle, the Corniche beach is within walking distance, but in the heat ... we took a taxi on average from 12 to 15 dirhams in one direction. (The taxi fare is 5 dirhams, but the minimum fare will still be 12 dirhams, even if the meter shows a smaller amount!). Within walking distance of Lulu shopping center, there is a large supermarket. Opposite the park, there are several supermarkets nearby, a small alcohol market next door to Day to Day. Very close to the Dampa Seafood and Grill restaurant - I highly recommend it! Suitable for 4-5 nights, for a longer stay, you can choose another hotel, in terms of the cost of a taxi to the beach, maybe it will be more profitable.

I was very upset by the lack of a transfer to the beach, the first days we walked, but under the scorching sun it was still tedious and far to walk 3 km on foot. In the following days we took a taxi: 12-15 dirhams from the hotel and back the same amount. There are many supermarkets and cafes around the hotel. I especially remember the Filipino Dump cafe, where seafood is served on the grill. No cutlery is offered, you need to eat with your hands in disposable gloves right from the table covered with parchment, very authentic and delicious. You can get to it by crossing the road at the intersection to the left of the hotel, it is in the courtyard of the second building on the edge, 5 minutes from the hotel. Abu Dhabi Mall is also not far away, there is also an oriental bazaar in the right wing of the building - shopping malls with national goods. You can get there by taxi, or you can walk about 15 minutes in a straight line from the hotel to the right. It can be seen from afar, the facade of the building is finished with a brown wooden rail. There's also a large LuLu hypermarket inside, similar to our Spar or Auchan. If you did not take full board at the hotel, there are a lot of various ready-to-take-away food no worse than restaurant food and cheaper. Alcohol is not sold openly anywhere, there is a single store next to the playground, or rather at the very end of it, on the left, the second building from the highway with an inconspicuous sign "Bottle". The beach is clean, beautiful, white sand, azure waters, but the water at this time (December-January) is cold, although people swim. We took excursions from Anex sightseeing tour and a New Year's dinner on a boat. Both did not justify themselves in the price category. They built marketing, they made advertising, but in the end the service does not meet the declared quality, in other words, customers are misled by promises that are not in the program. We were ready for this only because the vacation was short and we didn't want to waste time looking for alternatives. Unfortunately, there will be no next time, dear tour operator.

We had a rest in January, the company, my wife and I in the UAE for the first time and honestly I liked this vacation (not all inclusive, there is no alcohol, you have to go everywhere, etc.)We liked the hotel itself, the rooms and linen were clean, cleaned regularly, fed well only for an amletic with various additives, which is prepared when you need to stand, 1 time forgot to report coffee, teas and sugar, but this is not a problem, the hotel has a Russian-speaking manager at the reception, 1 time came up and everything was decided, they didn't forget anymore. We had food, breakfast and lunch, although then we decided that if we still eat, we will only take breakfast (because there are a lot of different, cool and not expensive cafes everywhere + there is a supermarket LULU, hefty, there is ready-made food for sale, a large selection from salads to meat, sometimes we took ourselves we didn't go to the room and for dinner), opposite across the street there is a park with various children's slides and shells for classes, on the other hand there is a walking coastline along which we went to the beach every day, the first 2-3 times it bothered me a little, because it's about 3 km away, but then I got involved and even had a joke. We took alcohol with us, but we didn't calculate it a little, but it's okay, the Google map showed several shops where they sell it, the nearest one is a 5-minute walk away, it's like our red and white, the prices are reasonable, the choice is huge, we stopped at Indian menthol vodka, we liked it. You can talk for a long time, in general, we are satisfied with the hotel and recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is not bad for the money! I had a rest in September 2023. But it was a whole quest to get to the beach! Maybe in November it's already a pleasant walk) but I wasn't so lucky. The heat was so intense that 15-20 minutes just turned into torture. And I'm a slender girl, without excess weight. I mostly traveled by taxi, and the prices were also adequate: the Louvre, the mosque, the presidential palace, the shopping center. The food was modest, but I did not starve). Lots of greens, meat, poultry.

A large room, a comfortable bed, but at the same time the blanket filler was all rolled into lumps, the sound insulation was weak, there was no hot water, it was barely warm, there was one set of slippers for two guests, there were no bathrobes in the room, there was a cold floor in the bathroom, and there was nothing to lay when leaving the shower, there were only three towels, one for hands and there are two shower, dental, shaving kits. Very decent breakfasts, with a good selection of dishes. The staff is responsive, they asked for an iron through a bell at the reception, they brought it to us literally in a minute. For a short stop, the hotel is quite suitable.
