This is a great hotel! We had a rest at the end of September. I'll start from the beginning, we arrived in Antalya in the evening, flew with the airline South Wind from Pegasus, there and back without delay, everything on time. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel, our hotel was the last 8, but all the hotels were nearby, so there was no discomfort, everything was fast. We arrived at the hotel around 22:00. They greeted us very well at the reception, took our passports, put on bracelets and invited us to dinner at the main restaurant. After dinner, they were immediately escorted to their rooms. We took rooms in the main building, the rooms are not large, but clean and freshly renovated. The rooms have a kettle, coffee, herbal and regular teas, and sugar. The minibar is free, pepsi, fanta, mineral water in glass and water are replenished every day. We cleaned well, every day in the morning, the minibar was replenished at lunch. Free Wi-Fi. At the hotel, almost all the staff speak Russian fairly well and accept rubles, which pleasantly surprised me. The food at the hotel is simply excellent and varied. There are various themed evenings, Turkish Night, etc. There are three A la Carte restaurants, Turkish, Italian and fish. One can be visited for free, we were in Rybny, liked it. Meals at the hotel are provided around the clock, and you can even eat at night. The territory is beautiful and well maintained. There is a pharmacy, a small Migros and several souvenir shops near the hotel. The prices are about the same as the shops in the hotel. The beach is large and wide, sandy and pebbly. There are small pebbles at the entrance to the sea, but then there are large ones, we went in calmly. But the sea was clear, transparent and warm, and I didn't want to get out. The animators at the hotel do not let you get bored, dancing, tennis, aerobics in the pool, aerobics at sea, foam party on the beach. In the evening there is a show in the amphitheater, live music, discos. The hotel is decent, we will definitely come again!

It's a rare case when all the rave reviews turned out to be true) We visited in October 2025. The hotel is great for family holidays, excellent infrastructure and a huge well-groomed territory, a clean and spacious beach where there are always free sun beds. The food is varied and of high quality, there is a separate line with children's food (special thanks for the milkshakes)) In general, you can eat there 24/7 almost non-stop)) a restaurant, a coffee shop, a food court by the pool, ice cream, an endless number of bars. The evening programs were high-quality and professional, and the whole family enjoyed going. The animation is unobtrusive - that's why I want to participate. Big greetings to Bogdan and Momo! The kids' club is also wonderful with very friendly animators who hold fun mini-discos every evening. We will be happy to come back again and heartily recommend it!

We had a rest for 2 adults and a child of 5 years old at the end of September.I read a lot of reviews and chose a hotel based on the principle of where it is clean-good cleaning, baby food + animation designed for children.As well as the absence of negative reviews related to infection with rotovirus and poisoning on site.I understand that you can pick up anywhere, but I tried to minimize these risks.Now about the hotel:the territory is really very nice, friendly staff, a huge variety of dishes (grilled red fish steak, shrimp, mussels, lamb, beef tongue, kebabs on skewers, etc.)You can always find something to eat. For children, there is a separate dining area where dishes adapted to the children's stomach are laid out.We are not fans of getting up early, we came to the sea around 10.00 there were always enough sun beds.I want to especially highlight the animation for adults, every day there were insanely beautiful shows with artists, it is clear that the hotel does not save on this.A mini-disco was organized for the children before the show.Children are always delighted.During the day, the child can attend a children's club, where animators play with them.We tried not to take the child there, because we came to swim and sunbathe, but the child constantly asked to go there.The animator girls are great, they involve children in games, creating crafts, etc. It is clear that all the children treat them warmly.For cleanliness:room cleaning, change of linen and towels every day (the sand underfoot never crunched after cleaning).As for the condition of the plumbing, yes, it's obvious that it's not new, but everything worked fine. The dishes in the restaurants are clean, I have not seen any dried food on the plates))

Visit time: October 2025. I liked the hotel as a whole. The normal standard five. It's not a luxury, and there are questions. But by and large, everything is fine there, you can go. The food and alcohol are good, but without frills. The cocktails don't taste good. They drank it clean. The coffee from the machines is not delicious. We took it in a coffee shop, it's normal there. Fish (sea bass, dorada) and meat every day, of different types. The ice cream is delicious. The baklava was good as well and the desserts were decent. A good selection of cheeses in the morning. Fruits were the basic set, everything was sweet and high-quality, but there were no strawberries or cherries. And watermelon and melon are tastier. The dining room is cozy, the furniture has been updated. The waiters are trying their best. Cats are a big gang on the outdoor terrace, begging together. The room is nice, the renovation is fresh, the cleaning and linen change are excellent. The spa has a nice warm pool. But the walls are peeling in places. The spa itself is a bit old. The territory is well maintained, but the layout is kind of strange. I didn't have enough coniferous trees, as this is Kemer, and there are more palm trees here. The roses are in a sad state. The beach is wide, there are always plenty of sun beds, and there is a bar on the pier. In October, the pools are icy. We swam in the sea and in the spa. Disco and shows are normal. Animators are not intrusive. The water park is good and diverse. There are shops, pharmacies, and a bazaar nearby. Will I go again?, it would be possible one more time, but no more.

The hotel left a very pleasant impression with its design and architecture, well-groomed territory, convenient layout, delicious food, and clean rooms without complaints. Two swimming pools, a food court (you can have lunch without leaving the pool), a pier with a bar (you can go swimming, take a shower and drink hot/cold drinks right on the pier), an aquapark, an excellent playground / club with a mini pool for the youngest. The evening programs are interesting, the music is a bit "clubby" (smoke, backup dancing, laser), the hotel is called the phaselis Rose CLUB Hotel for a reason. Anyway, it was the first time I wanted to return to the hotel.

We recently returned from the hotel, the experience is great. The food is delicious, everything is clean, there were no problems with the bellies, it was varied every day: shrimp, Dorado, mackerel, squid, mussels, liver, beef tongue, kebabs, lamb, turkey and chicken fried / stewed/ baked and Steaks, etc. We haven't even tried everything. Beautiful territory, roses and so many trees, beauty. The view of the mountain from the window is amazing. The animation is great, you can always play, shoot, hang out at a foam party, yoga classes, etc. The staff understands and speaks Russian. Room cleaning is fast and clean.

We had a rest from August 28 to September 06 this year. The hotel fully met its expectations. Everything is compact, clean, and tidy. Despite the large number of people , everyone seemed to disperse and there was no crowd . Everything is fine with the FOOD , you definitely won 't stay hungry ! If you want red fish for breakfast, you need to go to hotels higher in the price segment. The animation is active. I was only worried about volleyball. You can write a lot more about this hotel in a good way.… If you are positive about rest, you will definitely get it here ‘

We went as a family at the end of October: 2 adults + 2 children aged 3 and 7. We arrived at the hotel at 6 a.m., I immediately asked if it was possible for an additional fee.please check in earlier, to which the receptionist pointed out to me the price list, they say, pay the full cost of the day 314 euros and check in. We were ready to pay an additional € 100-150, which in our opinion is an adequate price for 8 hours of accommodation, but no more, so we decided to wait. Thus, we suffered before checking in, and the hotel did not receive additional earnings. There is very little animation for children, the eldest child was bored. The kids' club is kind of dirty and shabby. It seemed that the children were not being cared for, but only looked after. There was noticeably more adult animation. We read in the reviews that many people suffer from rotavirus, but fortunately it did not affect us. But the eldest child climbed into the bushes for a ball and severely injured his hand, there was a broken glass bottle. Thanks a lot honey.To my brother at the hotel for first aid! He's the only one in this hotel who helped us in this situation! Then I had to go to the hospital. We received a plate of fruit with apples and bananas from the hotel as compensation for moral and financial damage)))) On the positive side, I would like to mention the wonderful, friendly woman who cleaned our room. Thank her! I would also like to mention the bartender Ferhat, he made us delicious cocktails and tried his best. By the way, the alcohol in this hotel is only partially imported. For example, there was no original Campari. We were satisfied with the food. Yes, some of the dishes were too greasy, they just floated in oil. But you could always find something more nutritious. Delicious ice cream, delicious cheesecake. The sea is wonderful, the clearest, the view of Takhtali is beautiful, we were lucky with the weather - that's what we were driving for.

Excellent hotel, we stayed from 25.09. To 04.10.2025- we liked everything: the room, the kitchen, the animation, the service. We chose this hotel on the recommendation of friends, we never regretted it, it is very cozy, atmospheric, beautiful well-kept territory, delicious varied food, clean rooms, friendly staff and animators. A very good place to stay with children. The beach is sandy and pebbly, aquashoos are helpful and there is no discomfort when entering the sea, the sea is clean and warm. We think that we will come there again, we recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel at the end of September. It's a great hotel. Beautiful well-maintained, fairly large territory. Delicious food, the guys who work in the restaurant are well done, nimble. We had a small but cozy room on the 4th floor, above the reception, with a balcony overlooking the territory and the sea, and the mountains in the other direction...Very beautiful... The sounds of the evening animation in the room did not bother. The hotel has a large lobby, in the evening you can sit, drink coffee or a cocktail. Cool idea with courtyards. There are many locations on the territory where you can sit, relax, and take pictures. There is a beautiful waterfall next to the restaurant. In the afternoon, you can not go from the sea for lunch, but have a snack at a cafe by the sea. The territory has a "corner" area, houses for cats. We went on a short day trip to Takhtaly Mountain from the hotel, we liked the beautiful views, but we didn't have enough time: it takes a lot of time to queue for the funicular, first up, then down. I really liked everything!!!

Nice hotel, great cuisine, great selection, very good cooking (except for rolls, they don't know how to do that.) Bar: one type of effes beer and 3 types of whiskey that can be drunk, the range is not particularly wide. Draft beer would be recommended only on the skin for sunburn. As apparently everywhere, they asked for money for early check-in and like a good room, but for some reason not from all $ 20, but $ 100 and okay for a good room, in fact, there is no ordinary one in a separate house on the ground floor and with windows on the central road where everyone goes to the beach, pool. Considering that it was the first time in Turkey, it's cool and clean, the staff is working well. But I was expecting more than 5* and ultra all inclusive. Oh, and after that, we checked into a room with two single beds, apparently offended that they didn't pay for their divorce and didn't pay at least $ 50, as they said, apparently it looked rich. So that's a solid 4*. The beach is too big for your feet, but we swam at the marina, there are deck chairs and it's good, but you need to take them in the morning.

The room is a little more expensive with a sea view, not big as I thought for some reason, but we could fit with 2 children of 8 and 3 years old. It's perfect for the kids, they really liked it. Animation, soccer every night, my senior soccer player. The sea is great, the beach is normal, there were always enough sun beds, although we are not super early risers, although I am super, but with 2 children, no matter how hard you try, you will not get to the beach before 10-11. Many thanks to the animation house, it's 2 storeys high, they didn't take children there until they were 3 years old, but for a reward they could leave their daughter with an animator nanny, she was delighted with her and played wonderfully, in general, there are no special disadvantages, the territory is clean, well, of course the hotel was not opened yesterday, but repairs everywhere, new furniture in the fai in short, I recommend with children, without children there is not much as for me, the hotel is family-run

We stayed at the hotel from May 31 to June 9. We arrived at 11 a.m., checked in, as expected, at 14 and not a minute earlier, the first time I come across this, usually immediately in the room, regardless of the time. Anyone who wants to eat is here. The food is fine, there are many varieties of meat, fish, as well as fruits, strawberries, ice cream, desserts. They serve delicious pomegranate, blackberry and melon wine with meals. Alcohol and cocktails are also on the same level. The dishes, tables are clean, the waiters are polite and attentive. There is also a snack bar by the pools, 2 of them of different depths and one indoor in the main building. We lived in the main building with a view of Takhtaly Mountain, for lovers of privacy it is the best option, other accommodation options do not guarantee this. Plus the shadow side, there is no sun in the room in the morning and afternoon. There are only a few rooms with sea views in the hotel on the upper floors of the bungalows and the main building, as the hotel is low-rise and there are many trees. The territory is well maintained and beautiful. Our room was comfortable and the standard was good. I was surprised by the scarcity of soap and soap buns, there was only one jar of hair conditioner, and that was of poor quality. They would have known, they would have taken it with them from home. Last year, there were washcloths, condiments, body lotions, and nail files in Belek. Room cleaning seemed to be normal, but there was dust under the bed. They don't leave any spare towels for your feet. They don't give you dressing gowns. There are slippers. The bar was replenished daily. The sea is clean and beautiful. The beach is pebbly, there is a pier from where you can dive, but only on one side, on the other there is a mooring of recreational boats of the hotel, which is inconvenient, there is often a queue at the stairs because of the incessantly diving children. We went for a trip on a hotel boat to the islands, it's a cannon, I advise everyone. Banana, parachute, jet skis are also available. There is a water park, but we haven't been, there is animation, there is a disco in the evening and the residents of the bungalow can probably hear it well, but there is no noise in the main building. In general, everything is pretty good, but when you have something to compare it with, you start to find fault. The only thing you can fairly find fault with is a la carte. The recording is only the day before and only from 13-14. We arrived 5 minutes before the start of recording and there were no more seats in the fish and Italian restaurant. Don't leave the trip for later, but if you don't get there, it's okay too, there's no difference with the main restaurant. Italian carpaccio is not served as an appetizer. There is a bus stop next to the hotel for Phaselis, Kemer and Antalya. I do not advise you to go, the drivers ignore any questions, as well as the locals in Antalya. We arrived in the Old Town, and only the Russian receptionist at the Start Hotel, located 600 meters from Kaleichi, helped us get back to the hotel by calling a taxi. May God grant her health and prosperity. That's how it is. Actually, for the last couple of years, I've been coming back with the idea that Turkey needs to be finished, it's not worth it. It's expensive, we don't need animation anymore, the children have grown up; we don't drink because of our age, for the same reason we don't eat off our bellies and talk to you through our lips for such money, but what do I need it for.

A good hotel for a family holiday. Price is quality. The rooms are cleaned daily, very clean, no fault to find. The territory is well maintained, the beach is sandy and pebbly, access is free, sun beds are available for everyone, at any time. The hotel is good: the food is without frills, but the rooms are clean, new, the staff is responsive, and the show program for adults is amazing! A small but beautiful and well-maintained territory, a large heated swimming pool in the spa, beautiful clear sea and stunning mountain views! Phaselis is love 🫶🏻 The second time we went there , the expectations/reality match each time . The hotel has some minor drawbacks (not critical at all), but I think we'll return there for the third time)) We travel with a child, so I like that the hotel is more like a "family". Everything is calm , cozy , and beautiful . The territory is very well maintained , everything is green. The entrance to the sea is good, both sand and Pebbles , but everything is tolerable . The animation is good, there are different shows or events every day . Music for an amateur (more like some kind of strawberry), but there is also other music) In terms of food, we have never been hungry in 7 days, there is always something to choose from (fish, meat, poultry, seafood), but here again it happens for an amateur (spices, etc.) . It doesn 't come in 7 days , if you take more than 7 days , you 'll get tired of food , or just take something different every day) I really like fish day and Italian (sort of). You can also eat well by the pool (grilled vegetables , meat/fish, fruits, vegetables, shawarma can be harvested or a burger) , pizza (there is generally a separate love here) You won't stay hungry for sure We stopped going for breakfast and lunch after 3 days , and we ate right by the pool ) The sea is gorgeous, the pool is also warm, and the second pool (where it's quieter) was cool for us. The rooms are clean, the bar is replenished every day (beer, soda, water) There is a lot of alcohol , and there are imports . Cocktails are always mixed in different ways (even the same bartender, the same cocktail)Therefore , there is a slight disadvantage , although most of the time everything was very tasty!! The most delicious cocktails are served on the counters after the show! They blend fresh fruits in them . The water park is good, there are slides for kids, 2 for adults and medium ones. In general, we are very happy with our vacation and I hope to return there again!) I am very glad that both times we did not pick up any sores, as in other hotels, although it is sometimes difficult to keep track of the child (fingers in his mouth, etc.).

I've been choosing a hotel for a very long time, and I've never regretted my choice! We had a rest with our parents on 10/22/2025 - 10/31/2025. I liked the hotel so much that it was so sad to leave it. We chose a room in a bungalow with a balcony, the view from it is beautiful. The territory is beautiful, not very large, there are two large swimming pools. But I don't know how it is in the summer, in October, the pool is very cold! It's not heated! We couldn't swim in it more than once. But in the sauna there is a small cozy, warm pool, we warmed up there :) By the way, on the way to the restaurant, you can see the very takhtaly mountain, a very beautiful view. The room was cleaned every morning, bed linen, towels, etc. were changed . On his birthday, he was congratulated with a cake and the bed was decorated. Bars, drinks, coffee, I liked everything. The food is really delicious, varied, grilled every day, seafood was served almost every day. On the last day we visited the fishy a la carte restaurant, we also really liked it. The staff is pleasant. The animation is not bad, but the first days were just Turkish songs at the disco. There are performances in the evenings, they were very interesting, we liked it. After performances, outdoor parties, live music, dancing, etc. until 12 a.m. every evening. Mom and I had fun. During the day, there were also various entertainments, games, yoga, dancing, and the animators were pleasant and very sociable. The beach is great! The pebbles were tolerable, and it was possible to go into the sea without slippers. The water is really very beautiful in color and really transparent! There were always free sun beds on the beach, as well as on the pier. The only thing was, there was no music on the beach, I would have added it. It's more fun on the pier. By the way, there's not much drink in the pier bar, it's kind of useless. I really liked the village of Tekirova, which is quiet and close to excursions. However, the hotel is located far from Antalya airport, so we ordered an individual transfer. The journey took about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Beach towels could only be taken near the restaurant, which was not a very convenient location, as the pool and beach were not nearby. In general, I recommend the hotel! Mostly local Turks, Russians and tourists from Europe have a rest in it.

I chose the hotel based on reviews. There are a lot of positive reviews here, especially the fact that they praised the cuisine. I don't know what happened, whether October was considered the end of the season, whether the chef changed, whether the hotel policy changed, or maybe all together, but the food in this hotel is terrible! There was a lot of choice, but it was difficult to find something edible and tasty. All the grilled dishes were overcooked and overdried. Many things are tasteless or immediately filled with hot sauce. Some of the hot dishes were left cold. Sweets are the cheapest. Even the morning crumpets are bad: raw and flat. The first time we returned from Turkey we were hungry. And the first time I caught rotovirus. It is in this hotel. Communicating with the guests, I learned about dozens of such cases. If we were complimented with wine and fruit upon arrival, we did not replenish the tea/coffee/minibar on the penultimate day. Plus, the hotel only has a beautiful green area, good rooms (in the main building!), a good kids' club, and a spacious beach. The sea and the views of Takhtali are beautiful, but it is the merit of nature. I do not recommend the hotel!

We took 2 excursions to Istanbul and Demre from a separate guide, yes it was expensive, but we really liked it, we were lucky with the guides. We were very lucky with the weather, it was not very hot and not cold at 28-30 degrees. The alcohol is good in the lobby. A separate love is a coffee shop with delicious treats! The restaurant has food for every taste: meat, fish, chicken, salted, peppered, without salt and pepper, boiled, fried, stewed. Lots of fruits and sweets. Alcohol is both local and imported. Knowledgeable people reported that the original))) Spa is average. The fitness room is sad. At that time, it looked dreary and a couple of exercise machines were broken. The beach is comfortable - there are plenty of sun loungers. The advantage is that there is no bar on the beach, only on the pier, so visitors don't eat much on the beach, which makes it cleaner! The evening shows are just a bomb!!!
