We had a vacation with our family in August 2024
I really liked the hotel
1. The sea is gorgeous, it is convenient that there is a pier with sun beds, a shower and a bar. The beach is also great, well maintained, lots of sun beds.
2. Food for 100 points out of 10))) if there are people who need to be surprised, you can safely go. There are a lot of fish and seafood! It was even scary to go to eat))) very good food selection, variety, cleanliness.
3. The staff is also excellent, and everywhere, starting from the reception (they speak Russian well), in restaurants (you don't really notice them, they clean up, help to convey, while not begging for tips. Well, a very strong animation team, there are just 10/20 people)) they entertain, light up, invite.
4. the room at first seemed very small, we lived in the main building on the 4th floor (the last floor), so due to the sloping roof, the space is still eaten up, but then we got used to it, there was enough space for two.
Who lived 2+reb there are more rooms apparently…
5. the territory is well-groomed and green, sheared, watered constantly. The mountains are very beautiful, a cool combination of sea/ mountains.
6. we went to the spa for massage and peeling, the girls from Indonesia did it, well, but it doesn't cost $ 50 per person. Only 1 hour (( and so in general I liked the spa. They also speak Russian well and are not very annoying with their procedures.
7. we went to Alaska to a seafood restaurant, also super 100 points out of 10)))

Nice family hotel. Among the strengths are delicious varied food, strong animation, entertainment is available for both children and adults, evening shows are excellent, beautiful green, well-groomed and compact territory (this is probably a minus for someone, but for us with a small child, on the contrary, a plus). The sea is amazingly clear, the beach is small pebbles and sand. The water park is interesting, there are a lot of slides for children, but here's a minus, the water in the water park is straight cold, not heated. A nice playground with a closed area.
I can't supply the service perfectly, for 11 nights of stay, the bar in the room was replenished 2 times in total, and that was the first time I had to ask for it. I also had to ask for an extra blanket. When the soap and shower gel ran out, they also had to be asked, for some reason they were not automatically left when cleaning. Once, with a "do not disturb" sign, we slept with a child in the room, but the staff knocked anyway and woke us up. The rooms in the main building are fresh, but small. These are all small things, but still strange for a 5-star hotel. The most unpleasant thing about staying at the hotel is the workload of the restaurant for dinner, you can just circle around it for 15 minutes and not find a free table. Somehow, everyone comes for breakfast and lunch at different times, but there is always pandemonium for dinner. In general, the rest was wonderful, we really liked the place and the animation, we are grateful to the hotel. Will we come back again? It is unlikely, but not because there were disadvantages, but because we prefer to explore new places and locations.

It's a beautiful place. Ideal for retirees and seals. The kitchen, the sea, the rooms, the territory are excellent. The hotel is located in a village, the surrounding sights of which can be explored in a day by renting a scooter. You can fly a paraglider - this is a place of international pilgrimage. A little further from the street market there is an atmospheric Muslim cemetery, and behind it there are sometimes abandoned houses where delicious fruits grow. Go for a walk to Kemer. Go shopping in Kemer and it's better on your own, otherwise the hotel breeders will spin about the mall of Kemer, drawing in your imagination something world-class, but in fact dull dungeons with clingy aunts and majestic one-and-a-half meter owners🤭 Look at all the retail outlets on the Google map and choose what you need.
In short, the hotel is very pleasant. You can go more than once.

We went here in the first week of September 2024. The hotel is good, there is a large aqua park, a children's center, a Playground. In general, children have something to do + a variety of food! The beach is good, there is a pier and a shore of small pebbles with sand. Personally, for me, there is a flaw in coffee, if you are coffee lovers, then you can only drink natural coffee. Cappuccino tastes terrible (apparently old machines and coffee is cheap). I didn't take cocktails either, because there are solid syrups added. It's better to buy at a local store what you like to drink. Animation is more, as I understand it, good for children. Animators are active in the children's room, they occupy children. But apparently the program is not designed to light up the adult contingent (there are no dances and songs at the pool in the morning). It's just that you usually come to the hotel and after a week you know all their group dances))). But every evening the artists come to the amphitheater and you can watch the show, and at 22.00 the disco until 00.00. In general, the hotel is designed more for holidays with children and small ones, and even there is a huge plus!!! (There is a latch in the room for children who like to escape.) In general, if you want to relax, you can come here🙂
And I forgot to tell you, there are three restaurants, but you can visit one for free! I recommend the fish restaurant!!! You have Turkish cuisine there every day, there are Italian restaurants at home, but fresh fish and more can be tasted there😍
They serve snacks and the first, second, dessert, everything is delicious!

Great hotel! We went in June 2024. I liked everything very much, the food, the territory. The rooms are unusually located in 3-storey houses, each with a separate name. From food, dorado fish every day, seafood (shrimp, mussels), different types of meat, beef tongue, fruits. Generally delicious!
And most importantly, the water park, I think children and adults will like it here! My husband and I rode on big slides, and the children where smaller.
There are 4 bars on the street, you can ask for a delicious cocktail to be prepared, 1 tea room where you can drink tea with cakes and pies. The beach is pebbly, of course, a little uncomfortable, but you can buy shoes and everything will be fine
Animation for children, of course, was at 8.00 am, we never got to it, of course. And in the evening in the amphitheater for adults.
I advise everyone, a great hotel!!!

We really liked the hotel, but we were in Turkey 1 time, before that we were in other countries!
A large territory, 2 large pools, and 2 small pools and with a canopy, there is a playground for basketball (tennis or football), many places to have a snack, sun beds can always be found, if not on line 1, then on line 3, etc.))
The animation is also not bad, for kids there is a disco and then watching a cartoon on the big screen, a very cool playground for children. Adult shows are held- Michael Jackson, magic shows, motorcycle shows. At lunch, we saw a zumba, there is also a dance floor, we saw a couple of times how they taught us to dance. Darts and water polo are held at lunch.
I also liked the main restaurant, you can find everything you want and vegetables and meat are different, but there are not very many types of fruits - apples, pears, plums, bananas, grapes, watermelon and melon.
The room is also normal, everything worked. The service is good, towels were changed, everything was quickly cleaned in the restaurant.
I really liked the water park! The water there is warm, unlike the same Riu in Dubai, and the slides are stylized, everything is done quite neatly, all the stairs are with bumps, which was important to me so that the child did not slip.
Unlimited ice cream!
I really liked the sea! The beach is certainly not wow, in terms of entering the water, it's better to buy slippers anyway, they cost 5-10 euros on site. There is a pharmacy outside the hotel, a 10-minute walk away.

I really liked the hotel: a large well-groomed territory, the rooms are clean, there are more than enough sun beds on the beach, a variety of food. Every evening there is a show program, clean beach towels every day. On the territory there is a small water park for children, a la carte restaurants, a sauna. The travel agency offered several options to our budget, this one was slightly cheaper than the others and did not regret it. I don't know what else I might need. I fully met all expectations. The only thing that is far from Kemer and Antalya, if you like excursions and trips to the city, this should be taken into account.

Great vacation, the sea is gorgeous,warm, very clean and transparent. There's so much food that you'll go crazy. Fish, chicken, beef, turkey, a huge amount of vegetables and fruits, the desserts are delicious. There are bars throughout the hotel, you will definitely not stay hungry and sober)) Alcohol is normal, I don't drink strong drinks, wine, and a couple of cocktails are good.
The rooms are always tidy, bed linen and towels are changed every day. The staff is super, everything will be brought / cleaned. They are very responsive and pleasant. There is a lot of entertainment, interesting shows every evening. The animation is on the level, I would like to thank the Animators Timofey and Momo, super guys! Very active, responsive, nice guys! It is also suitable for couples with children, there is everything for children, a separate menu, children's tables. Children's club, animators constantly entertain children. We really liked it, the hotel grounds are very well maintained and clean, the water park is good, there are large slides and smaller ones for children.

We happened to be at this hotel because ours had overbooking. And the vacation turned out great! The hotel is gorgeous, the food is great! The whole of Moscow cannot try everything that is there) Waffles by the pool are a separate love, a huge water park, the children are delighted. The sea is an extraordinary color, but you can't do without special slippers. Great shows in the evenings, a children's room and a playground. The rooms and the cleaning are also super. I had to contact a local doctor, so the next day a plate of fruit was sent to the room with a wish for a speedy recovery! They also called from the international and asked about my well-being and whether my question would have been resolved! Well, the view of the mountains is incomparable! I'll be back again!

One of the disadvantages is the cramped territory, built up with villas, slides, and an amphitheater. One path to the sea. The beach is pebbly. The smoking area is just under the room window.
There was an incident - the side staircase to the dining room was made so that from the jumps of the children the support beam came out of its fastener and the welded span collapsed, it was good that it was not high, 2.5 meters. The child, in my opinion, was not badly injured.

The territory is large, but there is little space for walking, because it is built up, the main building is located, 5 three-storey buildings, a water park, a children's center. There were many families with young children. There were a lot of people. The main restaurant is large, we always found a place. There is a lot of food and drinks. The beach is pebbly, the sea is clean, although when the wind brings garbage from somewhere (bags, bottles, watermelon rinds, etc.), only one of the two volleyball courts worked, although there were many people who wanted to play. Interesting shows were held in the amphitheater every evening. The rooms are not large, I had to change the room, because the shower was pouring only from the upper watering can. The staff is friendly.

We had a rest in August 2023. Great location, mountains, greenery. The room was a comfortable family room in the main building. Good room facilities, really very comfortable. There is everything! The cleanliness is perfect, the marble floor. The bar is replenished daily. The linen is changed every other day. The food is varied, the staff is friendly, the room is cleaned for 5, in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner, the tables are all perfectly clean, the dishes are cleaned instantly, you don't even notice when you have time to clean. The entertainment is great! The sea is clean, the beach is clean, there are no problems with the place. Drinks in the bars are varied. We left at 12 o'clock, the bracelet is not removed, the transfer is at 16, we walked around the hotel and rested. I highly recommend it!

Meets the requirements of price and quality. The transfer from Antalya took 1.5 hours with a check-in on the way to the 4th hotel. Everything is clean, good quality toiletries, replenishment daily, cleaning daily. The staff is 50% Russian-speaking -they come from the former republics of the Union. High-quality alcohol:beer, champagne, vodka, tequila, whiskey, etc. The bar in the room is replenished daily. The animation is at a good level. We lived with my husband in the main building on the 2nd floor. The elevator works without interruption. The rooms in this building No. 6 are new. I can't hear the evening shows. There were always enough sunbeds on the beach. We rested at the end of September for 10 nights in 2024. There is a SPA complex. We were not there due to lack of time. Those who were-were satisfied.
The food in restaurants and bars is varied. I liked everything. We will definitely return to this particular hotel. Thanks everyone.

This is not the first time we have rested at the hotel, the hotel is a little behind in terms of quality of service and animation, compared to what it was 5 years ago, but 5 years ago it was very cool, the animation was gorgeous for children, juices were poured from bags in the restaurant, now there was liquid in the vending machines, I don't even know how to call it even worse than jupi, but it's even good, the children drank water. The sea also failed, twice a day, apparently, the ships dumped garbage into the sea and everything sailed to the shore. We rested from June 13 to June 20, 2024, I don't know if this always happens or only in June... But keep in mind. We sailed away from the shore, the water was more or less clear there, but it was unpleasant... The food in the hotel is good, the drinks leave much to be desired, well, a disco until 12 at night, which can be heard in the room, because the music is playing sooo loud, if you want to fall asleep at 23.00 after the end of the show and children's cartoons, it will not work in the bungalow, take a room in the main building, there is most likely no disco. It was the same 5 years ago. We flew with Pegasus Tourist, the managers at the hotel from Pegasus Marina and Mohamed Said are something, their main goal is to sell excursions, nothing else, the return flight was delayed for a long time, we found out about it ourselves, at night, when they wanted to take us to the airport with the children on a flight that was delayed for 21 hours!!! It's good that we looked on the Internet ourselves and saw that the flight was delayed, Pegasus Tourist did not tell us about it the night before, they found out late themselves, and at night the managers were asleep and sent a car for us 21 hours before departure, we told them that we would not go so long to the airport, the manager is on duty on the phone, he persuaded us to go, said that the airline would put us in another hotel there, it was good that we did not go and demanded to arrange a transfer later, because people then told at the airport that they were fighting to be put in a hotel due to the flight delay. Shameless, the worst airline Ural Airlines treats people like this. By the way, we did not buy a Ural Airlines plane ticket, we were supposed to fly by Turkish charter, but Pegasus transferred us to Ural Airlines, changed the departure time 5 times, keep this in mind too, if you have a charter, it does not matter which lines you can transfer to any other airlines, it is better to take regular ones. If it hadn't been for these unpleasant moments with Pegasus, then everything would have been fine, the return transfer was still arranged for us after long negotiations with the managers, but we did not wait for an apology...

We had a great rest. I will write both the pros and cons in my review. I'll start with the pros:
1. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, lots of greenery, fruit trees, everything is washed and cleaned. The beach is cleaned, the paths are washed after 00:00.
2. Meals. We ate and we liked everything, without any frills. We took the most understandable dishes. There is a lot of meat, there is fish, themed days are held several times a week. The food is richer there. Fruits: watermelon, melon, grapes, apples, pears, nectarines, oranges, delicious large plums.
3. The animation is good. In the morning, the animators make a circle around the hotel, greet the vacationers. The animators are funny, the child does not go to the children's club, but she said that it was good there, she shot the video herself very well.
4. Cool water park, my children liked it, we didn't ride every day, but for a change- great
5. Rooms!!! We were given 3 rooms during our stay, so there is something to compare it with. I will write about the number in the cons. The last room was great! No complaints, spacious, clean. New!
6. Room cleaning is excellent. I always leave tips. They cleaned every day with a change of towels and bedding, it seemed that even too often, cleaning in restaurants is very good, there are no dirty plates. Everything is quickly cleaned up. They don't always ask about drinks. But sometimes we were asked such a question. But we were fine without it.
Now about the CONS:
- it is necessary to take into account the hotel is far from the airport. We drove for about 3 hours. It is better to book a personal transfer
- ROOMS: upon arrival, we were given room 6028. Horrible. The walls, floor, wardrobe, mirror are all wet, damp, a room like a former barn. As I later realized, this is not even some kind of hotel building, but a room converted into rooms with heating batteries. The smell in the room is of a high concentration of air freshener and damp and cold. At rasepshin, they told me that this particular room was in the reservation. But I think they lied. I asked you to pay extra and put me in a better room. But we were moved to a room in a bungalow without payment. Dry. Smoked. For 2 days. Opposite the playground. It's very noisy there at night. The window cannot be opened.
After 2 days, we were accommodated in a room in the main building, 7144, excellent as I wrote above and dry. It was important to us. We came to improve the body, not to pump mold and humidity.
FOOD: on the last day we decided to make toast and went to the bread, which is where the toasters are on the street in the main restaurant, it was with fine mold. The chef or maybe the chief changed everything after contacting him. But it's unpleasant. Especially since the children make toasts themselves even after heating and the greens on the bread are not noticeable.
It's good that the cons didn't spoil our vacation! We would go back and recommend this hotel to visit, but you need to know the nuances of the rooms. the photo with the bars is a view from the first room - the barn, and in the diagram in the photo it is indicated by an arrow at the top. People should know that there can be such a surprise.I took a star for the room.

Rest is a complete delight. Everything is at the highest level: check-in, service, all issues are resolved kindly and instantly (we changed the room so that daytime animation would not interfere with the child's sleep).
The food is just a fairy tale. Everything is fresh, tasty, not too salty, it is the good products that are felt.
The sea is a fairy tale, there are always sun beds. I recommend a boat tour of the hotel, but book in advance. Excellent coffee shop in the reception area.
The whole area is very well maintained and travertine, it's a pleasure to walk. There is order in the children's club - they are engaged in children, you can leave them freely from 4. I was there because we were younger. I am also delighted with the main alley with roses, you go to the sea and this fragrance of roses constantly envelops you, you returned a month ago - and I remember everything) and, also, the bar on the pier on the water is a pleasant place!

I liked the green area. There are many places where you can relax. There are a lot of free places on the beach, no problems with sun beds. The staff is friendly and pleasant to communicate with. Great hotel. There are two swimming pools on the territory, direct access to the sea with its own beach and sun beds. There is a water park on the territory, a Playground (something like a kindergarten). Sports ground. There is a food court on the street, in addition to the main dining room.
But there is almost nothing outside the hotel: a park of pharmacies, shops. There's nowhere to go.

Rest at the Fasel Rose Club Hotel. The hotel is located in the village of Tikirova, the transfer from Antalya airport took about two hours. We stayed at this hotel from October 20 to October 29, 2024, i.e. almost before the hotel closed for the winter. Despite the end of the season, the hotel was almost 100% full. Two families, four adults and one child of eight years old, were vacationing. The hotel left a positive impression, with the exception of one incident, which I will write about at the end. First, let's talk about the advantages of this hotel. The first line, on the beach there is sand with small pebbles. There are enough sun beds, there are awnings over the sun beds. The entrance to the sea is made of stones, it is better to enter from the pier. Wooden decking is provided for convenience.There is a volleyball court on the beach. The beach is quite well maintained. The hotel is medium in size, consists of two main buildings and several Garden buildings. The territory is quite well maintained, there is a fairly large children's club, on the territory of which there is a mini pool and mini sun beds. A very interesting solution, I have never met with such a thing in Turkish hotels before. A fairly large water park, two large pools, one next to the food court, where various activities are held, one somewhat to the side and more calm. There are a lot of activities during the day, shooting, darts, yoga, zumba, Pilates, etc. The animation team is trying despite the end of the season. Several bars, some of the alcohol is imported. Bartenders have a vague idea about the preparation of cocktails, they mix the ingredients rather on a whim, so it turns out every time some kind of bullshit. But beer is served in bottles, though of the same variety. At the children's club, my daughter enjoyed participating in a pirate quest, baking pizza and other activities, especially the foam party on the beach. One day, an old car rolled up to the pool and the children painted it. It was very cool. I would like to note that in this hotel the pools are not heated and at the end of October, the water in the sea was much warmer than in the pools. The spa is very mediocre. Our rooms were in the main building, standard, everything was in order, cleaning was done daily. The food is very decent and varied, the breakfasts and lunches are standard, and the dinners are themed, Mexican, Italian or Turkish dinner, seafood on Saturday. There is a specially designated area for children, with a children's table and chairs. There is a children's menu, juices and milk. We visited a fish a la carte restaurant. The dishes are very tasty, the service is beyond praise. An incident occurred in the main restaurant, which greatly spoiled the impression of the hotel, namely, the staircase collapsed and collapsed along which people went down to the restaurant. At the time of the collapse of the stairs, there was a mother and child on it, who were injured. Both were taken to the hospital and if the son was then met with a cast in the dining room with his dad, then the mother who was injured when the stairs fell remained in the hospital. A photo of the destroyed span is attached. In my memory, no structural elements were destroyed in any of the hotels, I want to believe that the hotel will do everything so that the hotel guests do not get into such accidents.

For a family holiday! The food is super, the rooms are clean, tidy, small. They run away every day. Entertainment is daily, but the level is slightly better than amateur activities, discos every day until 12, the sound is normal, the light is good, the repertoire is for an amateur. The beach is clean, there are enough sun loungers for everyone. There's a lot of alcohol, the bartenders are great, the cocktails are right, delicious, but you'll get drunk! Overall, I liked it.

The hotel is nice, beautiful grounds, beautiful rooms. But! If they keep cleaning badly, then soon everything will be deplorable. The food is varied and delicious. There was always fish, meat, chicken and turkey, lots of vegetables and fruits, delicious desserts. What I missed was the coffee beans in the main restaurant, but it didn't matter, after 10 o'clock I could drink delicious Turkish coffee or from a coffee machine with coffee beans.

We just got back, had a rest at this hotel.
There are disadvantages to them and I will start with them)
The service is very poor, we rested in Turkey more than once in different 5* hotels, but there was no such service anywhere.
More specifically, when coming to the dining room everywhere in all 5* hotels, the staff comes up and pours water into a glass and asks what you will drink and accordingly bring the desired drink.
Everything is different here)
The water is far away in the refrigerator and the bar, you have to stand in line)
And carry it yourself/drink water and alcohol yourself.
This is probably ok for a 3* hotel....
If breakfast/lunch/dinner is over and you haven't finished eating(I came late), then the staff turns off the air conditioners and it's just impossible to sit in the hall, it's infernal heat.Save money)
In other hotels, of course, there is no such disgrace.If guests are sitting in the dining room, no one will turn off the air conditioners, immediately otherwise.
European alcohol is not available in all bars)
And not everyone can drink Turkish swill))
I was also very annoyed by the artificial flowers that are everywhere in the hotel.

We had a rest in June. We had a great time. I liked the hotel very much , the territory is beautiful, the rooms are clean,cleaning is daily. The kitchen is super! A variety of food! It's a great 5. This is my fourth time in Turkey (I have previously been to different places and cities), but this hotel and Kemer (a combination of sea and mountains) impressed. I boldly recommend the hotel. The food is excellent, all the amenities, the room is clean and new (at least we got one, maybe after renovation), the sea is clean, Wi-Fi throughout, concerts and programs, many families with children, children's entertainment.

This is the second time we are staying at this hotel. I like everything very much. Beautiful nature, well-maintained hotel with a beautiful territory, delicious food, children 6 and 12 years old have never been bored. I would really like to note the competent layout of the territory, thanks to which there are always free places in restaurants and on the beach. A wonderful team of animators. Special thanks to animator Momo, Maxim, Timofey and the girls from the Mini Club! The entire hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. We will be happy to return to our native Phaselis.

To be honest, we haven't had such a great vacation for a long time. We were with the family for a week, in early July. The territory is large, its own guarded beach (which is closed at night), very cool animation. Lots of delicious and varied food. It is a little far from the Airport (2 hours were driven). The rooms are cozy and clean. Cleaning every day. They don't make money out of you at every turn. We were surprised, there is everything for the bathroom, even shower caps, but there are no toothbrushes and paste... I had to buy it. There are shops with everything you need on site. They went outside the territory once... There's not much to do there. Kemer is very picturesque. Lots of greenery and mountains.

A great vacation in every way. We will definitely come back. Fun, comfortable, delicious. The animation is excellent, evening shows with professional teams, restaurants with excellent cuisine, the staff is impeccable and customer-oriented.
