There is only one person working on 7 jobs in the hall. Visiting the department has become a routine visit to the clinic. To change the PD, I had to spend 20 minutes . The expectations are despite the fact that 3 people couldn't stand it in front of me and still the second employee came. I'm afraid to imagine the real time spent on such a simple operation. If I could do it myself in the app, it would be perfect.

It's just dark, the tables are empty, and there are 2 people working for the entire bank. I wait half an hour to change my card and the queue doesn't move at all. There is also a problem with ATMs in the city. The ATM on Proletarskaya street has been removed, and the nearest one is on Eastpal.
