I recommend this option for a family stay — the price and quality correspond to Izmir. I will single out the hotel staff separately. The staff is really on top: polite, responsive, always ready to help. They communicate in English and do not refuse requests. If necessary, they will help with parking or personally tell you where to park. The staff in the kitchen is also friendly and attentive. Many thanks to the whole team. The apartments are located within walking distance of public catering and small shops. There is a small Migros store at the bottom of the main building. Breakfast is included in the price — it is enough for a short stay, but it may not be enough for a long period of meals. The building for family rooms is located opposite the main building across the street, which seemed a bit inconvenient to us. Local attractions will have to be reached by private or public transport — about 5 km on foot. There is no standard parking on site. Room and layout - We lived in family rooms in a separate building (601 and 603). The layout is different: the 603 with a balcony (see photo) turned out to be more convenient. Both have a separate bedroom and a living room. - In bedroom 603 there is a small sofa; in 601 there is a table with a mirror. Both rooms have pull-out sofa beds and a TV with a shelf in the living room. Cleanliness and maintenance - Bed linen and slippers were changed daily. - We didn't notice a complete daily cleaning, but the garbage was taken out regularly. Comfort and technology - One air conditioner for two rooms, but it cools both areas satisfactorily. - The refrigerators are small and do not work well. - Both rooms have dryers; there is no iron; there is a hairdryer in the bathroom. Result - Room 603 is more convenient in layout and is better suited for a cozy family vacation. - The disadvantage is the lack of regular complete cleaning; if you are satisfied with the daily change of linen and garbage removal, the option is acceptable. Minor flaws - Minor cosmetic defects that are noticeable upon close inspection, but do not affect functionality: • chipped/scuffed furniture • small spots on the walls/wallpaper • Loosely fixed cabinet or door handles • small cracks in the tile or chips on the windowsill Impact on accommodation - Disadvantages do not reduce comfort if cleanliness and operability of equipment are important to you. This may not be suitable for guests who are looking for a fresh renovation and a perfect view. Recommendations for owners/management - Carry out cosmetic repairs: paint the walls, restore furniture. - Fix or replace unreliable handles and hinges. - Regularly inspect the rooms and eliminate defects before they worsen. Recommendations for guests - Upon check-in, note any noticeable defects in the acceptance certificate or inform the administrator to avoid questions at check-out. - If the appearance is important, ask for a room with a more recent renovation. 100% four stars!!!
