Best prices in Almaty for 4* hotel though it shows its age, renovated rooms are more expensive but offer modern and better furnishings. Souvenirs shop has beautiful and wide selection of gifts with Kazakh decorations

Excellent hotel, very welcoming, we had a wonderful stay. Staff is highly efficient and proactive. The room was good and comfortable, moreover, the housekeeping staff was also efficient. The buffet breakfast had various options and was very good.
