An expensive view bar in a beautiful hotel. Don't expect a noisy party, but if you want to see an expensive hotel without living in it, then this is a good way. Cocktails at the level of an average restaurant in St. Petersburg or Moscow, there will definitely be no miracle. The staff is trying their best. To travel to the territory, book in advance.
