We stayed for 4 days, the room is clean, comfortable, the breakfast is not bad. The location of the hotel is convenient, just a couple of minutes and you are on the beach.

we lived in the Devran city hotel (aka pacco on booking). a wonderful hotel, for that kind of money. we had a rest on February 10-17, a room with a side view of the sea - $ 270 came out.
Among the advantages:
the room has everything you need, they clean every day, give water every day, Wi-Fi for every person, stylish rooms, refrigerator, first line from the sea (just cross the road and you're on a gorgeous embankment), hearty breakfasts, everything is clean, the staff is always ready to help, there is a minimarket right in the next house and a 10-minute walk from the migros chain store
but there are also disadvantages
, the most important of them are two
1. there is a safe, but it is not attached to anything, you can just take it and take it out on your hands, so you always had to carry money and documents with you
2. there is a club underground next to me, I sleep soundly and it does not bother me, but it did not let my companion sleep (on weekdays he finishes work somewhere before 12-01, and on weekends until 4 a.m.)
3. there is no parking, there is a city parking lot behind the hotel, but on Fridays and weekends it is impossible to find a place, everyone comes for a walk)
4. breakfast is not very varied, picky people will not like it, but it's very realistic to eat enough for the day and not be hungry (a bunch of olives, vegetables, yoghurts and a variety of cheeses, buns and jams, sausages and sausages, always boiled eggs and omelette (every other day)

I bought it as a 4* but it turned out that the operator cheated and so on.
I had no time to find out, so I stayed at this hotel and honestly I was pleasantly surprised. I have not been to 2 * before, but here, if some nuances are swept away, a solid 3 c + guest. Tea/coffee, kettle, towels are all available in the room. They clean well. That's not why I can't say anything at breakfast. There is an elevator, the rooms are ordinary. At first they gave me a room on the first floor (the first Turkish - the second Russian), but I asked to change and they gave me a room on the third. I didn't have to pay extra for changing the room or for the view from the window (but you always have to thank 10-20 $ for the norms). The photo shows the view from the room. There are plenty of cafes/restaurants around, etc.
WiFi is normal, but for work, surf pages and YouTube were quite enough.
It is definitely suitable for a business trip.

Прекрасный номер с двумя окнами на две стороны : море и ещё раз море ! Завтраки меня не интересовали (питание 🙃), прогулки по набережной, прекрасные виды, море рядом и солнце в оконце ! Порадовали ценой на проживание, по переходе на другой месяц при продлении не повысили для меня цену. Бару привет! Тыкила огонь 🔥. Девушке-бармену респект. Посетителю Сергею спасибо за работу переводчика. В целом все норм 👌

Отдыхали в этом отеле с 9-11 июля 2023 года, отличное местоположение, пляж через дорогу, рядом бары, рестораны. Завтраки однообразные, омлет готовят за дополнительную плату, отель и номера требуют реновации, все весьма пошарпано, изношенные полотенца и постельное белье не первой свежести, шкафа для одежды не было, на полке, предназначенной для вещей всего 3 вешалки, номер пропахший табаком от предыдущих постояльцев, сейф не работал. Отвратительный СПА, находящийся в подвальном помещении, присутствовал запах сырости, сауна едва прогревается, турецкая тоже.
Кроме всего этого в отеле лазят по чемоданам, сумкам и кошелькам, уборщица украла из кошелька, находящегося в открытом чемодане 100 долларов, пока мы завтракали, мы обратились с проблемой на рецепшн на что в ответ нам развели руками, а уборщицу как ветром сдуло, в этот же день мы незамедлительно покинули отель.
Однозначно не рекомендую этот отель для проживания!

Обычно. Очень маленькие номера, полотенца меняют каждый день. Чисто, но пол не всегда моют. Завтраки простые но есть что нужно. Персонал доброжелательный. В этом же доме кафе оч хорошее. Рядом пляж-это точно плюс. Номера с видом на море. Рекомендую для непритязательного отдыха.

Initially, they cheated with the number. It was bought with a French balcony and large windows, there was a corner kennel without a balcony. We resolved the issue through the tour operator, and on the third day we received what we paid for.
The towels are battered, the sheets are stained, the walls are shabby. There are no cupboards, an extremely limited number of hangers.
Very strong audibility, there is a restaurant on the corner in the next building that turns on bass music VERY loudly every day (and this is out of season, the end of December). Even with the windows closed, it is impossible to sleep until about one-thirty at night.
Of course, the hotel is not to blame here, however, it seems that somehow this should be regulated after all. Well, just keep in mind, friends vacationers.
The breakfasts are very meager and of the same type. I didn't even dare to go to the hammam, because it is located in the basement and does not cause any desire.
The result: out of 6 nights, I did not manage to get enough sleep once.
