We had a family vacation from 1.10 to 10.10. We arrived at the hotel at 6:30 a.m. and were immediately given wristbands and beach towel cards. We had breakfast and went to explore the surroundings. There is a bridge over the river nearby, where you can feed the turtles in the morning. The beach is great, with sand and smooth access to the sea. Along the sea there is a promenade past the hotels in the evening, great for evening walks. The room was in block D (for $ 20 they replaced the standard with the Family). The room has a fresh renovation, new furniture. The food is standard for Turkish hotels, we always found something to eat. Alcohol is also standard. The staff is friendly and try to help. There is a bar on the beach, tortillas, burgers with French fries. There is also lunch - we often stayed for lunch on the beach. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach. The final stop of minibuses is near the hotel - you can go to Side and Manavgat. On the downside, the animation is weak - a children's disco for 20-25 minutes and the same songs every time. There's a show every other day for adults. In block D, music is very audible through the doors because of the crack under the door. There is practically no playground - there are two swings with a slide in the sun. But overall, we had a great time and would have come back to this hotel again!

We stayed at this hotel from 05/20-05/28. Of course, it is not 5 stars, as stated. We arrived at the hotel late, were immediately sent for dinner, checked in quickly, in the main building, without extra charges. The room is large, with a view of the pool. The room was newly furnished, and everything was fine with us, except for the disgustingly dirty floors. I caught the cleaner to wash it right in front of us, but the cleaning quality is 3. Food is solid 4. Lots of vegetables, fruits, meat. Good food on the beach (we didn't go to the hotel for lunch). The sea is warm for the end of May, shallow, ideal with small children. The sea is about 7 minutes away at a leisurely pace. There is a bridge and huge turtles nearby.

We stayed at this hotel from July 24th to August 2nd. The hotel is for 4.We arrived at 10.00 a.m., paid 60 euros and immediately went to a room with 3 beds and two rooms without a door, because the ticket indicated 3 +1, which means they could accommodate us in a studio room with a cot, but we did not wait, asked how much the room we wanted cost and after 10 minutes, we were already accommodated in the room. The room is clean, cleaning every day. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, I think in the early 2000s, it was on fire. They wash and clean everything everywhere, but somehow it's not very noticeable.The glass staircase is covered with palm splashes, the windows between the floors are also not fresh, and the tables can be dirty.There were no problems with the food, everything was delicious, for anyone (both sharper and leaner)who wants what.It was a Turkish evening, everything was very beautifully decorated everywhere.There was also a seafood evening-sushi, shrimp, many different dishes of fish and marine life. We had a family vacation this summer in Sultan of Side. It took a long time to choose a hotel, compare them with each other, evaluate all the pros and cons. In the end, they chose it and didn't regret it. The choice fell on this hotel because of the child, children's entertainment was announced, in the end we didn't find them, but it didn't matter, we always had something to do with ourselves. I was pleased with the friendly attitude of the staff, all very patient, responsive and correct people. The rooms were equipped with everything necessary and cleaned every day. The bed and towels are clean and pleasantly scented. The food is unusual, peculiar, sometimes it seemed that everything tasted the same, perhaps because of the spices. Despite this, we were full and satisfied, because you can always find something delicious to eat, most importantly, a little. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant or at the pool bar, and we liked to have lunch at the beach bar. The beach is clean, there were always free deck chairs, even despite the large number of vacationers. The sea is clear and gentle, it is especially beautiful at sunset. I remember morning walks to the bridge with turtles and, of course, evening walks along the alley along other hotels at sunset. We had a great vacation, and we look forward to next summer.

We stayed at this hotel in October 2025. In general, it's fine. New renovation , clean , cozy, no problems with the room. The dining room is monotonous.. vegetables in spices , rice and pasta are always on the side .. potatoes were extremely rare . Vegetables and fruits are delicious. Alcohol - it seems to be there, but it doesn't seem to be.. diluted , tasteless .. There are no cocktails. In general, I led a healthy lifestyle) the beach is a bit far ... clean , sandy , but there are few sun beds , they were occupied from the very morning. There was a nice bar on the beach where you could have a full meal. They baked gozlime (delicious flatbread), gave ice cream and waffles. The staff is polite, does not understand Russian well. A budget hotel, definitely not 5. I have been to Turkey more than once, there is something to compare it with. The biggest disadvantage for me is a very weak Internet connection.. Next, the saddest part. There's a Coxsackie virus epidemic in the hotel (probably on the coast, too, I don't know). All small children - 4 children under 2 years old had fever and then a Coxsackie rash. Adults go with diarrhea and retched. But that's what he is. Only a different form. My whole family was unlucky. I tried to treat myself with local *swill*, it only got worse from the low-quality alcohol in the hotel. The children's animation is the same every day. Small pools and a huge crowd of people can not cope with cleaning, everything is floating in the water. As a result, we swam on another beach across a bridge where it didn't stink. At the reception we were immediately given bracelets and offered to go to breakfast. Since check-in starts at 14:00, after breakfast we changed our clothes, left our suitcases and went to the beach. From the hotel we go to the beach for about 5 minutes, passing through the boardwalk and the lobby bar of our hotel. There are no free sun beds, by the way, at all. As the last row of sun beds ends, which is closer to the beach, there are volleyball nets a meter away, and every time you are afraid that a ball will fly to you (which happened). So, here we are at the beach and there is nowhere to put our things, let alone the four of us after the flight to lie down and soak up the Turkish sun. I had to throw the towels closer to the sea and somehow it would fit. At two o'clock we came to check in. The rooms did not suit us, the first floor, in one there is a fungus up to the middle of the walls, the other has a balcony on the ground floor facing the main entrance and nearby tables for relaxing, well, maybe someone will come in) Anyway, we asked to replace the numbers. We were told the next day, at 11:00, they would relocate. That's the end of all the unpleasant moments! In general, everything is very good, it's just good, it's better to eat in the hotel restaurant, it's varied, delicious, there is always a good choice for every taste. There is always fish, both stewed and baked, and fillets in breadcrumbs, just fire.Beef, turkey, chicken, there was also duck and mutton. Animation every day, different, But not particularly incendiary (in the evening. The cocktails are delicious in the hotel lobby, thanks Mehmet) I would like to mention the employee at the restaurant, we became friends, a very wonderful young man! Very attentive! We were a couple on May 31-June 13, 2025. Anex tour with departure from Saratov. The room is standard in the main building on the 2nd floor, renovated, spacious, everything worked. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, minibar- water + mineral water was replenished daily, regardless of whether it was drunk or not. The safe is paid for 2 euros/day. The view from the balcony was on the roof of the reception (covered with pebbles) and partially on the neighboring hotel. It didn't look like much, but it wasn't a dumpster, and the room was clean, bright, cool, and quiet. The cleaning was not bad, we went barefoot in the room, our feet did not get dirty. The food is beyond praise, there are a lot of delicious and different things. They didn't have time to feel hungry. By the way, there are photos of the hotel's management staff on the wall around the corner from the reception. I've often seen these people in restaurants, on the beach, in bars among vacationers - it says a lot when the bosses eat at their own hotel. The animation is there, the guys are trying their best. Sauna + hammam are free. 90-minute complex (peeling+ massage+ mask) it cost 30 euros per person, the massage therapists were Asian girls. There are enough pools, slides are working, and the water is comfortable. You need to walk to the beach, 5-7 minutes, there is no transfer. The hotel is located on a slope. There is a sensitive slide to the entrance, where the reception is, but there is a gate that allows you not to go to the slide, but to go to the pool near the restaurant and take the elevator. The gate is open 07:00-19:00. There were not enough sun beds on the beach in the early days, but then they were added- it became enough (we came to the beach at 09:30-10:30). If you go out through the reception and turn right, there is a gendarmerie, and behind it a bus stop (final), you can go to old Side, Manavgat and elsewhereThat's it. The fare is 45 lira. The hotel guide from Anex Refik is quite an adequate person. Of course, he didn't like that we refused excursions (this is not the first time we have been to Turkey), but then we contacted him about exchanging rubles for lira (his exchange rate is more profitable than in banks), without any problems or resentment. On the day of departure, we checked in the room at about 10 a.m., we were left with bracelets and beach towels, and were allowed to check out later - we checked out at 3 p.m. Minuses: 1) The Internet was very slow, there was only enough for instant messengers, text messages passed, photos did not always, at most for voice communication (often there was not enough for it). 2) Diluted strong alcohol in bars. Sometimes my cocktail was stronger than my spouse's whiskey. But they poured generously. Well, it's really hard to do anything here- an extra maid job. About intestinal infections. We swam in the sea, in the pools, went to the spa, ate and drank in a restaurant, on the beach, drank cocktails with ice - we didn't get sick with anything like that. But we heard that families with children were sick. I don't know if they brought it with them or if they found it at the hotel. At the same time, we observed a picture when children were sculpting sand castles into which water flowed from a shower on the beach. Here, parents have to keep an eye on their children. The overall impression of the hotel is very good. For the budget five, the rest turned out to be just wonderful.

I took a cloth with me, put it along the glass, and the floor became dry. The food is quite good (for us, we are not picky), after a couple of days we did not go to the hotel for lunch.. We got a room by the pool. We were the first to move into this room after the renovation. The room is cool and modern. Condee is present in the room. But it was never useful to us. The room always had a comfortable temperature, and sometimes it was even cold, so they asked for a blanket. In the room there were: toothpaste, comb, soap, nail files. There was also just soap in the dispenser in the shower. Therefore, shampoo and shower gel, balms are better to take their toll. TV is available in different languages. About money: many people are scared by the fact that old-style dollars are not accepted in Turkey. It was poorly washed. The air conditioners are hanging over the bed, and here you can choose: either sleep in stuffy conditions or get sick. The rooms warm up very quickly. The pools are dirty, with black mold in the drains. About the food: cold, tasteless, either bland or peppery. Before leaving, we wanted to have a late-night breakfast, but there were only sliced tomatoes and cucumbers and nothing else. There are huge queues in the restaurant for one dish, which is why you have to stand behind what others don't take. This is the first time we've encountered this. There are a lot of Germans in the hotel, perhaps this is their order. I do not recommend taking vegetables with a snack bar, they are set up strongly in advance, in a heat of 40 degrees, the vegetables curl and spoil. Just like in the restaurant. We always got room cleaning for the child's sleep, so we had it extremely rarely (a couple of times in 9 nights). But they clean well. Food is everything that is fried/stewed with a lot of oil. In the morning, they can cook an omelet with a choice of additives in front of you. The rest is the same as everywhere else (pancakes, toast, pink sausage, cheese, margarine, eggs and cereal). Maybe for someone (like for me) the volume is a minus. The guide cheated by the way with the course (but maybe someone wants to and.... earns) for 2 rubles, because the store (private traders, not migros) gave us exactly this difference. By the way, the walls are thin, and the whole disc is audible in the D case.

The room has new furniture, a large TV panel, but I checked everything when I checked in, but I forgot about the toilet. There is nothing much to say about nutrition, as always vegetables, herbs, chicken. Beef is usually stewed in thinly sliced pieces with vegetables, and it is usually fished out with a spoon, and then the vegetables are left alone. Everything is cooked simply, but sometimes after two days they will take you for dinner and pleasantly surprise you with a more creative approach to cooking. Maybe the chef periodically took control of the case. I rested for 17 days and somehow felt this periodicity. It takes 5-8 minutes to walk slowly to the beach. There were plenty of sun beds at this time of the beginning of the season, but they are located right next to each other, which is not very convenient. The snack bar is open from 12 o'clock, you can have a full lunch and not go to the restaurant. The evening animation did not attract, Mr. and Mrs. Hotel, yesterday, it's not worth watching.
