We contacted the architectural bureau "Civil&ko" via onliner.by , the conditions and terms of reference on our part were difficult, the time to complete the work was minimal, and the deadlines for submitting the AR for approval were burning. The project of the house was in the "picture" according to the principle "we want exactly the same, only different" - And it turned out for Andrey and his team - exactly "different" and exactly the way we wanted. It took a maximum of 3-4 days for global discussions on architecture, and 1.5 (one and a half months) for full "good" and order fulfillment. After such a result, both from the side of the architectural solution and the execution of all the "wishlist, taking into account the budget" - there was no question of who to do the CD, S, KV with. We chose Andrey and his team (of course, we checked that the prices are quite marketable and not overstated). Communication with Andrey and his team, both in person and in absentia (and there were quite a few of them - mail /chats/photos/documents on the cloud) - at maximum height and speed, question-answer, document - answer , change something - 2-3 options in the mail. The possibility of on-the-job communication for us as customers was one of the conditions, a minimum of interactions - maximum results. Can we give recommendations to Andrey and his team? Not only can we do it, but we also want to do it. Professionalism, ability to work, DEADLINES, the ability to adjust the project with the budget and the customer's "wishes" are the main points that I would like to note in working with Andrey and his team.
