In many halls, the screen is very dark (is the projector lamp dead or weak?). The sound is often poorly tuned (either terribly loud or unbalanced in frequencies and/or channels). It's very frustrating. I sometimes go to children's movies with my child, because the nearest cinema to the house. But I won't be watching normal movies in this cinema.

I bought a VIP ticket, it turned out that the ticket price does not include points. It is impossible to watch a 3D movie without glasses. Accordingly, they sold me a ticket for 10,000 tenge, knowing that I would have to buy glasses from the same people for 300 tenge!!!! Dear merchants! Don't you think that, firstly, this is greed, and secondly, the service cannot be provided without additional purchase of glasses?
