I would like to note that salads do not need to be ordered separately. They are included in the price of hot, and salads are also incredibly delicious. My companion usually does not eat tomatoes or cucumbers, but here he ate with pleasure and praised))). Tea flowed freely and also at no extra charge. But most of all I want to write about the excellent service!!! Such genuine attention and hospitality that I did not want to leave. And that's not all! I would like to mention the kitchen! It is open and we were surprised to see that each dish is prepared not from blanks, but right there! For example, the meat was cut into minced meat for each lahmajun or kebab separately. And the chefs themselves, as if they were acting in a cooking show, are active, laugh, then scold if the meat was not brought to them on time, briskly give the order and immediately clean the surface. This is a truly national institution: its service, cuisine, hospitality. Everything is on top. And I've been traveling in Turkey for a sooo long time and I know a lot about it.
