The hotel is not bad in general, it's worth a C grade. But be careful with excursions from the company Parus! The office from the exit of the hotel to the right immediately! Just cheaters, instead of two excursions they took you on one!!! To look at the flowers, for $100!!! The owner is just a boor, yelling and swearing!!! The money was not returned!!! There are 8 people who have been deceived!!!

Perfect hotel. Honest 3 stars. It is clean in the rooms, staff is polite.
Great minus of the hotel is missing of the potable water at all. At the check in it is the gift - 2 bottles with 0.5 l of water. And after it, water is available on breakfast / lunch / dinner only. No any cooler, dispenser or bottled water in lobby, on the floor or anywhere in the hotel.
Before I was always luffing about negative food reviews. But today it was “gala” dinner in favor of new year celebrations. It changed my mind…
Meet, fish, vegetables and fruits are nice, but the cooking is terrible! First time in my life shrimps were without any taste. The best dishes on the table were cabbage salad and cucumbers because cooks don’t cook it…

Hello everyone We were at this hotel in December 2021. I really liked everything!!! Clear. A large room. Good food .For Christmas, the chef has prepared a festive table, with turkey and many different goodies. We had breakfast and dinner. They changed it for lunch without any problems. The staff is very responsive . The beach is super. Many thanks to Kristina!!! They took excursions from her. I helped with advice on where to go for a walk.

We visited this hotel in April 2023. The hotel staff is attentive and polite, they try to help with all matters (for example, we agreed on a late check-out (3 hours later than the deadline) at no extra charge).The cuisine is one of the best in the UAE, despite the fact that the hotel is 3-star, the choice of dishes is quite diverse and does not get boring in 7-8 days. The location is very convenient, you can go shopping, walk to the embankment and park, a fairly inexpensive taxi to all points of the city.
From morning to lunch, there is an accessible beach (there were few people on a separate beach, sun beds and umbrellas are publicly available, towels are provided by the hotel), several buses carry from the hotel, after lunch walks around the city, trips to Dubai (twice for a vacation we went on their shuttle for free).

From 1 to 13 Apr 2023, the three of us had a rest in this hotel. I've been in it for the 3rd time. I like the location and that the room consists of 2 rooms. What changes have occurred in the 5 years since I was here?! The hotel has been renovated. The doors and cabinet were only painted, the rest was completely replaced. The bed linen and towels even had holes. As soon as we returned to the room for lunch, cleaning and cleaning immediately appeared. Accordingly, at this moment we did not need to do cleaning. Towels were changed and soap and soap accessories were replenished. 8 chocolates were brought from home for tea drinking. One day we decided to have tea with the last chocolate Inspiration and.... we didn't find it in the refrigerator. Cleaning probably thought we wouldn't notice the loss. A trifle, but not very nice!!! In terms of nutrition, breakfast has become much better. Well, this is far from Turkish abundance, but you can't go hungry. About the transfer to the beach-clearly never came. When they want, then they will come. We even waited for a bus from the beach for 1 hour once. A vacationer from Novosibirsk had a fight at the reception in English and explained how it should be and in the evening there was suddenly a compliment in her room-fruit and a bottle of water. By the way, on April 12 I had a Dr, even an anniversary. The hotel did not react to this. Although in the description, when booking, it was indicated about Dr. Now they only take you to Dubai for free by appointment. I was very surprised that the hotel was only a third full. Prices in the UAE for everything have increased almost 5 times in the 5 years I have not been here. Well, that's all I wanted to tell you about this hotel.

Cleaning for 4.The linen and bed were changed almost every day, soap accessories were replenished as they were pumped. We took them to the beach in the morning at 14h. Then they don't carry it. The big plus of the beach is that it is a bay, a private territory, no one but us. Beach towels were also provided at the hotel. There were enough sun beds for everyone. Very strange reviews have been read about the hotel. There is no Russian-speaking staff at all. Cleanliness of the room-yes daily. Old Windows, you can hear everything from the street from the rooms. Very noisy air conditioners. Towels, like a floor rag, are not washed, but one is just a cut piece and the edge is not even hemmed. The food for breakfast is fried potatoes, stewed sliced sausages with carrots. The scrambled eggs are just rubbery. Milk porridge and yogurt are more or less edible. And the main point is the beach. Transfer sometimes with fights. Sometimes it takes 30-40 minutes to wait for the bus. They take you to the beach of a closed hotel for renovation. This is a small bay, on the left an oil refinery with smoking pipes and a port. Loaded barges smoke terribly. One morning the whole bay was filled with garbage: sneakers, bottles, bags, etc. No one cleaned, and all this sailed to the beach. Walk to the beach 1-1.5 hours. If you go to the market, to the shops. You are here, and if the beach - think hard.
