A normal hotel. It is stated that business class and 5 stars, but let's just say that ordinary rooms are not very impressive. The room has everything you need. The rooms are cleaned every day. For 3 days, the bed linen was not changed, but towels were changed every day. There is a kettle, a fridge with free soft drinks. In principle, it's not bad. Breakfast is a buffet with a typical Turkish meal set. Breakfast is included in the price. There is dirt on the wallpaper in places and the wallpaper is lagging behind in places, which is unpleasant, considering that the room was charged 12 t.p. per day. It doesn't reach five stars. The hotel has a swimming pool and saunas. Unfortunately, it was not possible to visit.

The staff does not know English (neither the reception nor the breakfast staff). Even the most banal phrases are not understood in English. When you enter the room, the TV turns on automatically every time. Cleaners do not clean efficiently. They may not change one of the urns (for example, the urn was emptied in the bathroom, but forgotten in the room). In another week, the key card was sent to the room twice. You put it on - and the door to the room does not open. I had to go down to the reception and ask again. I do not recommend this hotel!

Jul Jul It would be an insult to other five-star hotels to say five-star hotel, nice clean but super (like shereton, jw marriott) nevertheless, specify your request for a nice, clean, non-smoking room with breakfast. The pub part is nice, and I also recommend trying the restaurant, especially meat.
