We were in November 2024 A normal institution, a Russian-speaking cleaner. Purity-4 Room size 3 rooms (large with kitchen area) for a family of 6 people for 85€/day is normal. The geography is normal, there are many utilities within walking distance, a good store and an exchanger behind the cemetery, it is quite comfortable. There are a lot of shops and other fuss nearby. It's a good place.
